目的探究自服农药及药物中毒患者躯体化障碍发生情况及其与焦虑、抑郁的相关性,改善患者生存和生活质量。方法2019年2月—2020年6月,以某综合医院220例自服农药及药物而急性中毒的患者为研究对象,应用《躯体化症状自评量表》(Self-Rating Somatic Symptom,SSS)评估研究对象的躯体化障碍情况,应用《广泛性焦虑障碍量表》(Generalized Anxiety Disorder,GAD-7)和《抑郁自评量表》(Patient Health Questionnaire,PHQ-9)分析研究对象的焦虑、抑郁情况,并分析其间的相关性。结果220例患者中存在躯体化障碍者198例,检出率为90.0%。仅存在1种躯体化症状的患者有28人(占14.1%),而存在2种、3种甚至3种以上症状的患者分别有35人(占17.7%)、56人(占28.3%)、79人(占39.9%)。在198例躯体化障碍患者中检出有焦虑症状120例,检出率为60.6%;抑郁108例,检出率为54.5%。两者同时检出者48例,而整体阳性检出率(焦虑或抑郁任一项检出人数占比)为90.9%。女性整体阳性检出率高于男性,已婚组最低,学历越高检出率也越低(P<0.05)。有序变量多组独立样本的秩和检验结果显示:随着患者躯体化障碍程度的加深,中度、重度焦虑、抑郁的检出率以及焦虑合并抑郁的检出率都相应升高(P<0.05)。结论存在躯体化障碍的患者更易出现情绪障碍。应加强对自服农药及药物而中毒的患者躯体化症状及心理障碍的认识,及时给予相应的心理干预,减少患者自杀风险。

目的比较中线导管与静脉留置针在急性中毒患者静脉输液治疗中相关并发症的发生情况,探讨中线导管在急性中毒患者静脉输液中的临床应用价值。方法选择2019年1月至2020年6月收治的106例急性中毒患者为研究对象,将采用中线导管治疗的56例患者作为中线导管组,选取同期采用普通前臂静脉留置针建立静脉通路的50例患者作为对照组。比较两组穿刺处渗液、穿刺处渗血、静脉炎、疼痛、输液部位肿胀、输液不畅/导管堵塞、导管移位/脱出并发症发生情况。结果中线导管组患者穿刺处渗液、疼痛、输液部位肿胀、输液不畅/导管堵塞发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性中毒患者静脉输液选用中线导管效果明显优于静脉留置针。

There have been reports about Fe ions boosting oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity of Ni-based catalysts in alkaline conditions,while the origin and reason for the enhancement remains ***,we attempt to identify the activity improvement and discover that Ni sites act as a host to attract Fe(Ⅲ)to form Fe(Ni)(Ⅲ)binary centres,which serve as the dynamic sites to promote OER activity and stability by cyclical formation of intermediates(Fe(Ⅲ)→Fe(Ni)(Ⅲ)→Fe(Ni)-OH→Fe(Ni)-O→Fe(Ni)OOH→Fe(Ⅲ))at the electrode/electrolyte interface to emit O_(2).Additionally,some ions(Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),and Cr(Ⅲ))can also be the active sites to catalyze the OER process on a variety of *** Fe(Ⅲ)-catalyzed overall water-splitting electrolyzer comprising bare Ni foam as the anode and Pt/Ni-Mo as the cathode demonstrates robust stability for 1600 h at 1000 mA cm^(-2)@~1.75 *** results provide insights into the ioncatalyzed effects boosting OER performance.

In this paper, we report a 21?year?old female worker who inhaled excessive chlorine gas in an accident. The main symptoms include pulmonary tightness, palpitation, cough, sputum, throat pain, tearing, dizziness, fatigue, nausea and vomiting. The patient had poor spirit and shortness of breath with cy?anotic lips, congestion in nasal and throat. Enhanced breath sound and diffuse moist rale were audible in both lungs. The heart rate of the patient was regularly 120 beats per minute. The initial electrocardiograph showed sinus tachycardia with flat or inverted T wave. But high resolution CT ( HRCT) of lung showed con?solidation and edema. The patient was in coincidence with the occupational acute moderate chlorine poison?ing. High dose of glucocorticoid steroid was injected in the early stage, proton pump inhibitors ( lanso?prazole) was given to protect the gastric mucosa and promote mucus excludi, and diuretics was admitted for dehydration. Other therovpies included maintaining water?electrolyte balance, protecting vital organs and So on. The patient recovedred well and was discharged from hospital with therapy for 18 days.

目的探讨复方甘草酸单铵联合蒲公英治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的急性百草枯中毒患者80例为研究对象，随机分为常规治疗组38例和中药治疗组42例，中药治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加用复方甘草酸单铵和蒲公英。观察两组患者入院治疗后第3、7、9天不同时间段血清中丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBIL）、血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）值及动脉血Lac、PaO2，分析两组患者口腔黏膜溃烂、肺纤维化、多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）及病死率之间的差异。结果常规治疗组患者入院治疗后第3、7、9天血清中A坍、TBIL、BUN、Cr、动脉血Lac值明显高于中药治疗组，常规治疗组动脉血PaO：明显低于同时段中药治疗组、而中药治疗组口腔黏膜溃烂发生率、肺纤维化、MODS的发生率、病死率均明显低于常规治疗组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方甘草酸单铵联合蒲公英治疗急性百草枯中毒，能够有效改善脏器功能，降低肺纤维化及MODS的发生率，提高口腔溃烂愈合率，改善预后，降低病死率。
