Preparation of Polystyrenylphosphonous Acid of Low Polymerization Degree and Influence of Initiators upon the Free Radical Reaction Mechanism

The polystyrenylphosphonous acid (PSPA) of low polymerization degree was prepared with one step reaction. The reaction mechanism was changed with different initiators. For the reaction with AIBN or BPO as the initiator, there are 2 or 3 series of radical reaction chains and 5 or 9 series of polystyrenyl products. The main products are PSPA without or with the fragment of the initiator H[CH(C6H5)-CH2]n-PO2H2 and C6H5CO2-[CH2CH (C6H5)]n-PO2H2 respectively.

The Research on the Stability of TiO_2, MoO_3, PEO Doped Four-member Tungstic Acid Sols

The TiO2, MoO3, PEO doped four-member tungstic acid sols were prepared for the first time. The stability of different doped content sols were investigated and optimized with rotational viscometer. The four-member doped tungstic acid sol was very stable which could be stored more than two months at room temperature. The WO3 electrochromic film prepared from this doped four- member tungstic acid sol had excellent performance and longevity of service.

Study on Synthesis and Intercalation Behavior of Layered Zirconium Proline-N-methylphosphonate-phosphate

Zirconium proline-N-methylphosphonate-phosphate (α-ZPMPP) was prepared in the presence of HF for the first time. The a-ZPMPP sample is highly crystallized with interlayer distance of 1.52 nm. The interlayer distance of complex of α-ZPMPP with n-butylamine (α-ZPMPP-BA) is in 0.45 nm larger than that of α-ZPMPP. The α-ZPMPP possesses different intercalation behavior of host-guest compound from α-ZP.
