试验旨在研究不同添加量螺旋藻粉对怀乡鸡产蛋性能影响,以探索发挥最佳效应的螺旋藻粉添加量。选用11月龄怀乡鸡20只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只鸡。对照组鸡饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在日粮中添加5、10、20 g/kg的螺旋藻粉。试验期6周。结果显示:试验1~3周,试验B组蛋鸡平均日采食量显著高于其他各组(P0.05)。日粮添加不同浓度的螺旋藻粉对11月龄怀乡鸡蛋型指数、蛋黄颜色、哈夫单位无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加螺旋藻粉可在一定程度上提高11月龄怀乡蛋鸡平均日采食量、产蛋率、平均蛋重,降低料蛋比,对提高11月龄怀乡鸡的产蛋性能具有一定积极作用。

试验旨在研究菊科植物白术干燥根茎切片提取物(白术提取物)、鼠李科植物酸枣的种子提取物(酸枣仁提取物)单独和联合作用对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。通过微量肉汤法测定抑菌浓度和抑制率;用酶标仪测定相应OD值以检测核酸和蛋白质含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力,以确定对细菌细胞膜和细胞壁的影响,用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺(SDSPAGE)凝胶电泳检测金黄色葡萄球菌菌体总蛋白含量变化;用结晶紫染色法检测对细菌生物膜的抑制作用。结果表明:0.4 mg/mL白术、酸枣仁提取物单独及0.1 mg/mL二者联合作用对金黄色葡萄球菌均具有显著抑菌效果;与对照组相比,白术、酸枣仁提取物单独和联合作用均使菌液上清液OD_(260)、OD_(280)数值和AKP活力显著增加,菌体LDH活力和总蛋白含量降低,抑制了生物膜的形成。说明白术、酸枣仁提取物单独和联合作用均可显著抑制金黄色葡萄球菌,且联合作用抑菌效果显著强于各药物单独作用。

There are several misunderstandings about“family”in today’s world:first,“individual”and“family”are viewed as two incompatible choices of values;second,the existential experience of“affection towards their relatives(qin qin)”is confused with the institutional expression of“family”in history;third,the asymmetric structure of“family”is wrongly taken as the root of a relationship between superiority and subordination;fourth,there is a false assumption that one’s role and responsibility within the family is incompatible with freedom as an individual in the modern world;fifth,“family”is merely viewed as a social organization,and its identity as a spiritual and cultural existence is largely *** that sense,the inherent value of“family”is overlooked in the modern *** an idea of“family”surrounded by“individual consciousness”in the modern context can clarify the positive value of“family”,make“family”a solid guarantee for the achievements of“individuals”,and effectively relieve the negative consequences of the“individual standard”.Meanwhile,the modern world must also renew the relationship between“cultivating the moral self and regulating the family”and“running the state rightly and making the world peaceful”,and help“family”exert a more universal influence.“Family”must be reinterpreted as a basic pattern of human existence and the modern world must redefine the ontological meaning of“family”as a carrier of“relationships”,an“emotional encounter”,an“ethical principle”,a“way of understanding the world”and a“method to transcend spiritually”.

Nano-Fe3O4 particles were prepared by a two-step microemulsion method, the influence of molar ratio of water to NP-5 (R), alkali concentration and temperature on dispersibility and shape of the nanoparticles were discussed. Magnetic studies were also carried out using VSM in this paper. It was found that the optimum preparation parameters are R = 6.0, alkali concentration = 2.5 mol.L–1, initial total iron concentration as 0.88 mol.L–1, and the temperature being 30°C, the prepared nano magnetite particles have uniform size and good dispersibility with a crystal structure belonging to cubicFe3O4 and lattice parameters of a = 8.273 ?. The results of magnetic studies show, magnetic properties of particles are influenced by dispersibility of nanoparticles which depends on size of clusters. The better dispersibility of nanoparticles leads to more ordered inner magnetic vector, and so the stronger magnetic behavior of nano-Fe3O4 particles.

Volumetric defects in high-strength aluminum alloy components were repaired via friction stir remanufacturing(FSR).Various consumable pins made of AA7075-T6 were *** diameters of the consumable pins afected material fow,which ensured that the materials at the repairing interface were forged to metallurgical *** angles determined load transfer besides material fow,which afected the fracture of the pins before the dwelling *** repaired components were achieved when the conical angle of the consumable pin was 1°larger than that of the volumetric *** ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the repaired components reached 445.9 MPa and 9.6%,*** design criteria of the consumable pin in the FSR was established,which provided valuable references to repair volumetric defects in high-strength aluminum components.

An in vivo Study of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor on Activation and Proliferation of Retinal Progenitor Cells in RCS Rat

Purpose: To investigate the effect of intravitreal injection of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on activation and proliferation of endogenous retinal progenitor cells in the Royal College of Surgeons(RCS) rat. Methods: Twenty-four rats were studied after the 30th postnatal day(≥30). Eighteen RCS-p+/LAV rats were divided into 3 groups: bFGF-treated, vehicle-treated and untreated groups randomly, and 6 RCS-ray+p+/Lav respectively rats were used as normal controls. 6 μl of bFGF (5 μg/10 μl) or vehicle was injected into the vitreous on day 31, 33 and 35 after birth (P31, P33, P35) in the bFGF group and vehicle group respectively, and no injections were administered in the untreated and control groups. All the rats were euthanized, and their eyes were enucleated, hemisected and fixed at 50 d ays after birth for immunohistochemistry and measurement of outer nuclear layer thickness. Results:Nestin and Chx10 were positive in all retinal layers, intravitreal injection of bFGF in retina-dystrophic RCS(RCS-p+/Lav) rats induced intense labeling for the retinal progenitor cell markers Chx10 and Nestin, which were highly colocalized. Fluorescence intensity for both labels was somewhat less in the control rats, and much less in the vehicle-injected rats as well as in the untreated RCS rats. The outer nuclear layer(ONL) was significantly thicker in bFGF group than that in vehicle-treated or untreated group(P0.05). Conclusion:bFGF may contribute to the activation of retinal progenitor cells in RCS rats,thus counteract degeneration by promoting the proliferation of the progenitor cells.
