结合土池育苗的试验，对中国蛤蜊的繁殖习性和胚胎发育过程进行了研究。中国蛤蜊在山东省海阳市丁字湾海区的繁殖期为6～8月，7月下旬至8月上旬为产卵盛期。鲜出肉率的变化与性腺发育具有明显的相关性，产卵前达到最大，为45．3％。水温在20℃以上时性腺发育速度明显加快，23-24℃肥满度最大。可用阴干、流水或降低盐度等方法诱导其排放精卵，也可进行解剖受精。中国蛤蜊雌雄异体，个别雌雄同体。胚胎发育可在盐度18～30，温度20～28℃条件下进行，超过30℃则引起幼虫大量死亡。

采用多变量形态度量学方法,对大连(DL)、青岛(QD)、厦门(XM)、珠海(ZH)4个菲律宾蛤仔群体和湛江(RV)1个杂色蛤仔群体的形态变异进行了比较研究,建立了群体形态聚类图和形态判别函数,结果较客观地显示了4个菲律宾蛤仔群体之间以及与杂色蛤仔群体之间的差异。利用4对引物组合对菲律宾蛤仔青岛群体与杂色蛤仔湛江群体共48个个体进行了AFLP分析,共得到216个位点,其中特有位点29个,可作为2个物种鉴别的分子标记。两种蛤仔都显示了较高的群体遗传多样性,菲律宾蛤仔群体内遗传相似度为0.6051,杂色蛤仔为0.6882,群体间的平均遗传相似度只有0.2968。群体内香农多样性指数菲律宾蛤仔为0.2526,略高于杂色蛤仔的0.2154。对所有个体聚类分析,同种个体可以很好地聚在一起,没有出现种间的交叉,表明两种蛤仔具有明显的遗传差异。

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.
