This article presents research work on a spectroscopic survey *** idea is as follows:for such a telescope,a pure reflecting optical system is designed,which should have an aperture and a field of view(FOV)both as large as possible and excellent image quality,and then a strip lensm(lens-prism)atmospheric dispersion corrector(S-ADC)is added,only for correcting the atmospheric *** the fund limitation and the simplicity of scaling up,some 12-m telescopes are designed as ***,Korsch,and Meinel put forward the four-mirror Nasmyth systems I and II,which are used in this *** of 1.5°,2°,and 2.5°are *** all systems,the image qualities are *** the S-ADC relaxes the optical glass size restriction,this 12-m telescope with a FOV of 2.5°can be magnified in proportion to a 16-m *** etendue(from Frenchétendue)and focal surface will now be the largest in the *** such a telescope,a pure reflecting optical system can also be obtained.A subsequent coudésystem is designed with excellent image quality.

The Hengduan Mountains Region(HMR) is essential for the future ecological protection, clean energy production,Sichuan-Xizang and Yunnan-Xizang railways, and other major infrastructure projects in China. The distributions of climate and vegetation exhibit significant regional differentiation and vertical zonality due to the rugged longitudinal ranges and gorges and the complex disaster-prone environments in HMR. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the climate-vegetation regionalization in HMR to effectively satisfy the national requirements such as agricultural production and ecological protection, mountain disaster risk prevention, and major project construction. We here develop a new scheme of climate-vegetation regionalization with the latest demarcation outcome of HMR, the ground observation from 122 meteorological stations in HMR and its surrounding areas during 1990–2019, and the high-precision remote sensing data of land cover types. The new scheme first constructs the regionalization index system, fully considering the extraordinarily complicated geomorphic pattern of mountains and valleys, the scarcity of meteorological observations, and the remarkable differentiation of climate and vegetation in HMR. The system consists of three primary regionalization indices(i.e., days with daily average temperature steady above 10°C, aridity index, and main vegetation types, dividing the temperature zones, moisture regions, and vegetation subregions, respectively) and three auxiliary indices of the accumulated temperature above 10°C, and the temperatures in January and July. Then, the HMR is divided into five temperature zones, 20 moisture regions, and 55 vegetation subregions. Compared with previous regionalization schemes, the new scheme optimizes the climate spatial interpolation model of thin plate smoothing spline suitable for the unique terrain in HMR. This paper focuses on the finite element method in the complex frequency domain(CFD-FEM)for the transient electric ***,the initial value and boundary value problem of the transient electric field under the electroquasistatic field in the complex frequency domain is *** addition,the finite element equation and the constrained electric field equation on the boundary are ***,the indirect algorithm of the numerical inverse Laplace transform is *** on it,the calculation procedures of the CFD-FEM are illustrated in ***,the step response,zero-state response under the positive periodic square waveform(PPSW)voltage,and the zero-input response by the CFD-FEM with direct algorithm and indirect algorithm are ***,the reason for the numerical oscillations of the zero-state response under the PPSW voltage is analyzed,and the method to reduce oscillations is *** results show that the numerical accuracy of the indirect algorithm of the CFD-FEM is more than an order of magnitude higher than that of the direct algorithm when calculating the step response of the transient electric *** proposed method can significantly reduce the numerical oscillations of the zero-state response under the PPSW *** proposed method is helpful for the calculation of the transient electric field,especially in the case of frequency-dependent parameters.

Understanding how hydrological factors interrelate is crucial when examining the impact of climate warming on ***,these connections are often overlooked,leading to an unclear relationship between temperature and *** study investigates the complex interplay between temperature and snowmelt in the Tibetan Plateau from 1961 to 2020,focusing on how extreme high-temperature events affect the frequency of extreme *** a structural equation model,we detected three temperature-related factors that predominantly influenced snowmelt and extreme *** annual average temperature was found to have a significant indirect impact on snowmelt,mediated by changes in snowfall,snow depth and snow *** contrast,high-temperature days(daily maximum temperatures exceeding the 90th percentile)and heat waves(at least three consecutive high-temperature days)negatively affected extreme snowmelt directly or *** direct effect of increasing extreme temperature events was associated with an earlier onset of high-temperature periods,which accelerated snowmelt and shortened the duration of extreme snowmelt ***,the reduction in snow cover owing to warming emerged as a main factor suppressing snowmelt and extreme snowmelt *** also revealed spatiotemporal variations in the temperature‒snowmelt relationship that highly depended on changes in snowmelt *** study elucidated why warming suppresses snowmelt and extreme snowmelt events in the Tibetan Plateau,highlighting the mediating roles of snow-related and phenological *** findings will provide scientific support for climate simulation and water management policymaking in alpine regions worldwide.

Small molecule inhibitors have dominated the pharmaceutical landscape for a long time as the primary therapeutic paradigm targeting pathogenic ***,their efficacy heavily relies on the amino acid composition and spatial constitution of proteins,rendering them susceptible to drug resistance and failing to target undruggable *** recent years,the advent of targeted protein degradation(TPD)technology has captured substantial attention from both industry and *** an event-driven mode,TPD offers a novel approach to eliminate pathogenic proteins by promoting their degrada-tion,thus circumventing the limitations associated with traditional small molecule ***-bic tag tethering degrader(HyTTD)technology represents one such TPD approach that is currently in the burgeoning *** employ endogenous protein degradation systems to induce the degrada-tion of target proteins through the proteasome pathway,which displays significant potential for medical *** this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of the development history and the reported mechanism of action of ***,we delve into the physiological roles,structure-activity re-lationships,and medical implications of HyTTDs targeting various disease-associated ***,we propose insights into the challenges that necessitate resolution for the successful development of HyTTDs,with the ultimate goal of initiating a new age of clinical treatment leveraging the immense po-tential of HyTTDs.

Digital assets have boomed over the past few years with the emergence of Non-fungible Tokens(NFTs).To be specific,the total trading volume of digital assets reached an astounding$55.5 billion in ***,numerous security concerns have been raised by the rapid expansion of the NFT *** holders are exposed to a plethora of scams and traps,putting their digital assets at risk of being ***,academic research on NFT security is scarce,and the security issues have aroused rare *** this study,the NFT ecological process is comprehensively *** process falls into five different stages encompassing the entire lifecycle of ***,the security issues regarding the respective stage are elaborated and analyzed in depth.A matrix model is proposed as a novel contribution to the categorization of NFT security *** data are collected from social networks,the Ethereum blockchain,and NFT markets to substantiate our claims regarding the severity of security concerns in the NFT *** this comprehensive dataset,nine key NFT security issues are identified from the matrix model and then subjected to qualitative and quantitative *** study aims to shed light on the severity of NFT ecosystem security *** findings stress the need for increased attention and proactive measures to safeguard the NFT ecosystem.

Porous carbon fibers are promising cathodes for zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHSs)owing to their abundant active sites,great conductivity,and stable physical and chemical ***,designing a proper preparation technique to regulate the microstructure of carbon fibers still remains a great ***,a poly vinylpyrrolidone/po-lyacry lonitrile(PVP/PAN)-derived porous carbon fiber is developed via the PVP/PAN blend electrospinning and hydrothermal selective PVP removal *** hydrothermal selective PVP removal strategy can effectively avoid a cross-linking between PVP and PAN during the traditional stabilization at air *** PVP/PAN-derived porous carbon fiber,the sufficient micropores provide abundant space for the Zn^(2+)storage,whereas the proper mesopores contribute to the fast ion *** hierarchical porous structures endow ZHSs with high specific capacity and high-rate *** ZHS assembled with the optimal PVP/PAN-derived porous carbon fiber(PVP-PANC-0.8)displays an outstanding specific capacity of 208 mAh·g^(-1),high rate capability(49.5%)from 0.5 to 5 A·g^(-1),and 72.25%capacity retention after 10,000 cycles at 0.5 A·g^(-1).

本文仅对深度偏移和时间偏移的关系 ,叠前深度偏移和叠后深度偏移的关系 ,法向射线与成像射线、射线偏移、相干反演等相关概念进行了分析。明确了所有的偏移公式都是在深度域定义的 ;只有当前层以上所有各层的速度都正确时 ,修改速度模型使其共成像点道集上同相轴达到平直 ,方可认为该速度和深度接近于真实值。论述了射线偏移在建立速度一深度模型过程中的重要作用 ,它可以把时间域层位转化为深度域层位 ;进一步明确了法向射线与成像射线的概念 ,利用法向射线可以将叠加时间剖面上层位转换为深度域层位 ;利用成像射线可以把时间偏移剖面的层位转化为深度域层位 ;提出了利用相干反演建立初始速度一深度模型的优缺点及克服其缺点的办法。只有深入地理解这些概念才能提高利用深度偏移方法解决问题的能力。
