A high-entropy-designed cathode with V^(5+)-V^(2+) multi-redox for high energy density sodium-ion batteries

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)is gifted with fast Na^(+)conductive NASICON *** it still suffers from low electronic conductivity and inadequate energy ***,a high-entropy modification strategy is realized by doping V^(3+)site with Ga^(3+)/Cr^(3+)/Al^(3+)/Fe^(3+)/In^(3+)simultaneously(***_(3)V_(2-x)(GaCrAlFeIn)_x(PO_(4))_(3);x=0,0.04,0.06,and 0.08)to stimulate the V^(5+)■V^(2+)reversible multi-electron *** configuration high-entropy can effectively suppress the structural collapse,enhance the redox reversibility in high working voltage(4.0 V),and optimize the electronic induced *** in-situ X-ray powder diffraction and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests efficaciously confirm the robust structu ral recovery and far lower polarization throughout an entire charge-discharge cycle during 1.6-4.3 V,***,the density functional theory calculations clarify the stronger metallicity of high-entropy electrode than the bare that is derived from the more mobile free electrons surrounding the vicinity of Fermi *** grace of high-entropy design and multi-electron transfer reactions,the optimal Na_(3)V_(1.7)(GaCrAlFeIn)_(0.06)(PO_(4))_(3)can exhibit perfect cycling/rate performances(90.97%@5000 cycles@30 C;112 mA h g^(-1)@10 C and 109 mA h g^(-1)@30 C,2.0-4.3 V).Furthermore,it can supply ultra-high185 mA h g^(-1)capacity with fa ntastic energy density(522 W h kg^(-1))in half-cells(1.4-4.3 V),and competitive capacity(121 mA h g^(-1))as well as energy density(402 W h kg^(-1))in full-cells(1.6-4.1 V),demonstrating enormous application potential for sodium-ion batteries.

Identifying malicious traffic under concept drift based on intraclass consistency enhanced variational autoencoder

Accurate identification of malicious traffic is crucial for implementing effective defense countermeasures and has led to extensive research efforts. However, the continuously evolving techniques employed by adversaries have introduced the issues of concept drift, which significantly affects the performance of existing methods. To tackle this challenge, some researchers have focused on improving the separability of malicious traffic representation and designing drift detectors to reduce the number of false ***, these methods often overlook the importance of enhancing the generalization and intraclass consistency in the representation. Additionally, the detectors are not sufficiently sensitive to the variations among different malicious traffic classes, which results in poor performance and limited robustness. In this paper, we propose intraclass consistency enhanced variational autoencoder with Class-Perception detector(ICE-CP) to identify malicious traffic under concept drift. It comprises two key modules during training:intraclass consistency enhanced(ICE) representation learning and Class-Perception(CP) detector construction. In the first module, we employ a variational autoencoder(VAE) in conjunction with Kullback-Leibler(KL)-divergence and cross-entropy loss to model the distribution of each input malicious traffic flow. This approach simultaneously enhances the generalization, interclass consistency, and intraclass differences in the learned representation. Consequently, we obtain a compact representation and a trained classifier for nondrifting malicious traffic. In the second module, we design the CP detector, which generates a centroid and threshold for each malicious traffic class separately based on the learned representation, depicting the boundaries between drifting and non-drifting malicious traffic. Effect of Humidity on Formaldehyde Oxidation over Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O_(y)Catalyst

In the preparation of a series of Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O_(y)catalysts catalyzing the removal of formaldehyde,BET,H2-TPR,IR,SEM,XPS,and XRD were used to characterize the catalyst,and the influence of humidity on the catalyst activity was studied by adjusting the humidity during the *** experimental results showed that the formaldehyde removal rate increased with the increase of *** the humidity was higher than 50%,the formaldehyde removal rate decreased by 3%over that when the humidity was 50%.The characterization results showed that humidity facilitated the activation of oxygen and the formation of hydroxyl groups,which both promoted the formation and oxidative decomposition of intermediates and prevented the deposition of intermediates that clogged the pores,allowing more formaldehyde to be adsorbed and oxidized,which increased the activity of the *** provides new mechanistic evidence for the oxidation of formaldehyde and helps in the development of relatively low-cost materials for formaldehyde purification.

Effect of drying cracks on swelling and self-healing of bentonite-sand blocks used as engineered barriers for radioactive waste disposal

Experiments were conducted to evaluate the healing of drying cracks in air-dried bentonite-sand blocks after hydration and swelling in groundwater,providing justifications to simplify the protection of blocks prior to installation in a high-level radioactive waste *** groundwater was prepared to represent the geochemistry of Beishan groundwater,and was used to hydrate the blocks during the swelling pressure and swelling strain measurements,as Beishan is the most promising site for China's *** of the surface cracks was recorded by photography,and healing of the internal cracks was visualized by CT images and hydraulic conductivity of air-dried *** results indicate that the maximum swelling pressure and swelling strain are primarily affected by the geochemistry of Beishan groundwater,but not affected by the drying *** maximum swelling pressure and swelling strain of air-dried blocks are comparable to or even higher than the pressure and strain of fresh *** maximum swelling pressure measured in strong(*** ion strength)Beishan groundwater was 44%of the pressure measured in deionized(DI)water,and the maximum swelling strain was reduced to 23%of the strain measured in DI ***,the remained swelling of the blocks hydrated in strong Beishan groundwater was sufficient to heal the surface and internal drying cracks,as demonstrated by the pictures of surface cracks and CT *** hydraulic conductivity of the air-dried block permeated with strong groundwater was comparable(3.7×higher)to the hydraulic conductivity of the fresh block,indicating the self-healing of drying cracks after hydration and swelling in groundwater.A simplified method of protecting the block with plastic wraps before installation is recommended,since the remained swelling of the block hydrated in Beishan groundwater is sufficient to heal the drying cracks.

Isorhamnetin Downregulates MMP2 and MMP9 to Inhibit Development of Rheumatoid Arthritis through SRC/ERK/CREB Pathway
