Objective:To analyze the mental health status of Hainan Provincial medical staff who aided Hubei Province to combat ***:The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20(SRQ-20)and PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C)were used to evaluate the mental health status of 243 medical staff who aided Hubei Province to combat ***:A total of 221 persons have completed the psychological *** survey showed that 9.05%of the medical staff had different degrees of anxiety,16.29%had different degrees of depression,13.12%were abnormal in Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20,and 9.05%were abnormal in PTSD Checklist-Civilian *** were difference in scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale across different genders,age groups,profession and educational levels,But Regression analysis rejects the ***:The mental health status of Hainan Provincial medical staff who aided Hubei Province to fight against COVID-19 was abnormal,regardless of gender,age,profession or education *** measures at an early stage are warranted to alleviate the psychological problems.

During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the *** which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid *** contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive ***,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding *** results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 K,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles *** addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually *** one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the *** findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels.

This paper introduces a method for modeling the entire aggregated electric vehicle(EV)charging process and analyzing its dispatchable *** methodology involves developing a model for aggregated EV charging at the charging station level,estimating its physical dispatchable capability,determining its economic dispatchable capability under economic incentives,modeling its participation in the grid,and investigating the effects of different scenarios and EV penetration on the aggregated load dispatch and dispatchable *** results indicate that using economic dispatchable capability reduces charging prices by 9.7%compared to physical dispatchable capability and 9.3%compared to disorderly ***,the peak-to-valley difference is reduced by 64.6%when applying economic dispatchable capability with 20%EV penetration and residential base load,compared to disorderly charging.

Various nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems for the treatment of neurological disorders have been widely ***,their inability to cross the blood–brain barrier hampers the clinical translation of these therapeutic *** are nanoparticles composed of lipid bilayers,which can effectively encapsulate drugs and improve drug delivery across the blood–brain barrier and into brain tissue through their targeting and ***,they can potentially treat traumatic and nontraumatic central nervous system *** this review,we outlined the common properties and preparation methods of liposomes,including thin-film hydration,reverse-phase evaporation,solvent injection techniques,detergent removal methods,and microfluidics ***,we comprehensively discussed the current applications of liposomes in central nervous system diseases,such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,Huntington's disease,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,traumatic brain injury,spinal cord injury,and brain *** studies related to liposomes are still in the laboratory stage and have not yet entered clinical ***,their application as drug delivery systems in clinical practice faces challenges such as drug stability,targeting efficiency,and ***,we proposed development strategies related to liposomes to further promote their development in neurological disease research.

珠江口盆地文昌A凹陷珠海组发育低孔低渗储层,其中次生孔隙十分发育,控制了储层物性,但是该区次生孔隙控制因素不清楚。为了加深了解该区次生孔隙的形成演化过程及其控制因素,通过对文昌区珠海组砂岩岩样薄片进行模拟溶蚀实验来研究孔隙变化,实验过程中利用偏光显微镜、阴极发光仪、图像分析软件等对砂岩薄片溶蚀特征进行观察研究,从而认识该区砂岩次生孔隙发育的控制因素。研究表明,在相对封闭的有机酸环境下,长石和铁方解石共存于一个溶蚀体系中,次生孔隙主要源于铁方解石胶结物的溶蚀,产生大量粒间溶孔,而长石粒内溶孔和粒间溶孔均不太发育;同时反应体系中有机酸浓度越大,铁方解石胶结物的溶蚀现象越明显,形成的溶蚀孔越大。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Melanocortin four receptor,MC4R rs489693 polymorphism on glucose and Lipid metabolism in schizophrenia patients treated with Olanzapine for 12 ***:171 patients with schizophrenia were divided into AA Group(N=12),AC group(N=59)and CC Group(N=100)according to the polymorphism of MC4R gene at 489693 locus detected by DNA *** Glucose and lipid levels were measured before and 12 weeks after treatment,the differences of variables among the 3 groups were compared,and the incidence of glucose and lipid abnormalities after treatment was statistically ***:After 12 weeks of treatment,the net increase of blood glucose in AA group was greater than that in CC group(P<0.05),and the net increase of cholesterol and triglyceride in AA group was greater than that in AC group and CC group(all P<0.05),and the incidence of Blood Glucose and at least one dyslipidemia in AA Group was higher than that in AC and CC group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The rs489693 gene polymorphism of MC4R gene is related to the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in schizophrenia treated with olanzapine.

Background:Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), characterized by its lack of traditional hormone receptors and HER2, presents a significant challenge in oncology due to its poor response to conventional therapies. Autophagy is an important process for maintaining cellular homeostasis, and there are currently autophagy biomarkers that play an effective role in the clinical treatment of tumors. In contrast to targeting protein activity, intervention with protein-protein interaction (PPI) can avoid unrelated crosstalk and regulate the autophagy process with minimal interference pathways.Methods:Here, we employed Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, and k-Nearest Neighbors to elucidate the complex PPI network associated with autophagy in TNBC, aiming to uncover novel therapeutic targets. Meanwhile, the candidate proteins interacting with Beclin 2 were initially screened in MDA-MB-231 cells using Beclin 2 as bait protein by immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry assay, and the interaction relationship was verified by molecular docking and CO-IP experiments after intersection. Colony formation, cellular immunofluorescence, cell scratch and 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) tests were used to predict the clinical therapeutic effects of manipulating candidate PPI.Results:By developing three PPI classification models and analyzing over 13,000 datasets, we identified 3733 previously unknown autophagy-related PPIs. Our network analysis revealed the central role of Beclin 2 in autophagy regulation, uncovering its interactions with 39 newly identified proteins. Notably, the CO-IP studies identified the substantial interaction between Beclin 2 and Ubiquilin 1, which was anticipated by our model and discovered in immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry assay results. Subsequently, investigations showed that overexpressing Beclin 2 increased Ubiquilin 1, promoted autophagy-dependent cell death, and inhibited proliferation and metastasis in MDA-MB-231 cells.
