Unlocking the stable interface in aqueous zinc-ion battery with multifunctional xylose-based electrolyte additives

The growth of dendrites and the side reactions occurring at the Zn anode pose significant challenges to the commercialization of aqueous Zn-ion batteries（AZIBs）. These challenges arise from the inherent conflict between mass transfer and electrochemical kinetics. In this study, we propose the use of a multifunctional electrolyte additive based on the xylose（Xylo） molecule to address these issues by modulating the solvation structure and electrode/electrolyte interface, thereby stabilizing the Zn anode. The introduction of the additive alters the solvation structure, creating steric hindrance that impedes charge transfer and then reduces electrochemical kinetics. Furthermore, in-situ analyses demonstrate that the reconstructed electrode/electrolyte interface facilitates stable and rapid Zn2+ion migration and suppresses corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions. As a result, symmetric cells incorporating the Xylo additive exhibit significantly enhanced reversibility during the Zn plating/stripping process, with an impressively long lifespan of up to 1986 h, compared to cells using pure ZnSO4electrolyte. When combined with a polyaniline cathode, the full cells demonstrate improved capacity and long-term cyclic stability. This work offers an effective direction for improving the stability of Zn anode via electrolyte design, as well as highperformance AZIBs.

目的评价冠状动脉介入治疗对高龄冠心病患者生存质量的影响。方法选择我院心内科年龄≥80岁的高龄冠心病患者196例,根据治疗方法不同分为介入治疗组92例和药物治疗组104例,对2组患者进行门诊或电话随访12个月,随访内容包括无事件生存、再入院、再发心律失常、心源性猝死、出血等不良事件,并进行回顾性分析。结果与药物治疗组比较,介入治疗组冠状动脉3支病变比例和肌酐水平明显增加,有统计学差异[70.65%vs25.00%,(82.63±25.35)μmol/L vs(71.09±22.71)μmol/L,P0.05)。结论高龄冠心病患者进行冠状动脉介入治疗,能够明显改善生存质量。

Circular RNAs(circRNAs) play pivotal roles in the development and progression of various diseases, including malignant tumors. However,the biological functions and the underlying mechanisms of many circRNAs remain elusive. In this study, we identified a novel circRNA,circTP63-N, generated through the splicing of exons 2–4 of the TP63 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). circTP63-N was found to be downregulated in clinical samples of NPC. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments unequivocally demonstrated that circTP63-N inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of NPC cells. Further investigations revealed that circTP63-N interacted with the HSP90AB1 protein, leading to the recruitment of LATS/YAP1 proteins. This, in turn, induced phosphorylation and ubiquitination-dependent degradation of YAP1, resulting in reduced nuclear translocation of YAP1 and inhibition of the transcriptional activation of downstream oncogenic genes, including INHBA, MMP3, and CCNE2. Our findings highlight the identification of circTP63-N, a novel circRNA encoded by an important tumor-relevant gene TP63 and elucidate its molecular mechanism as a tumor suppressor in NPC. These insights offer novel potential molecular markers and therapeutic targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NPC.

Enhanced Mechanical Properties, Corrosion Behavior and Bioactivity of Ti-based Bulk Metallic Glasses with Minor Addition Elements

In this research, corrosion behavior, mechanical properties and bioactivity of Ti–Zr–Cu–Pd–Sn bulk metallic glasses with minor addition of Au, Pt, Nb or Ta elements were investigated. The results revealed that minor additions of the elements were beneficial to enhancing mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Ti-based bulk metallic *** addition of the element（especially with Nb and Ta addition） results in the improvement in plastic deformation ability due to the existing of nanoparticles with a size smaller than 10 nm in glassy matrix, inhibiting the deformation of the shear bonds. Enrichments of Ti and Zr elements in oxide layer were responsible for high corrosion resistance. The bioactivity of Ti-based bulk metallic glasses was also investigated. The best combination of large plastic deformation ability, good corrosion resistance and bioactivity in Ti40Zr10Cu33Pd（14）Sn2Ta1 BMG was obtained.

目的:比较经输尿管镜镜体内留置双J管与退镜后沿超滑导丝推管留置双J管应用于输尿管镜下碎石取石术的效果。方法:选取住院治疗的130例输尿管结石患者,按住院号的奇偶性随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(70例)。观察组术后采用经输尿管镜镜体内留置双J管,对照组术后采用退镜后沿超滑导丝推管留置双J管。比较留置双J管期间两组患者发生并发症的情况;拔管后1个月随访,比较两组患者治疗后并发症的发生率。结果:双J管留置期间,对照组患者膀胱刺激征、血尿、耻骨上腹不适、感染及滑脱并发症的发生率均高于观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=14.637,x^2=24.710,x^2=9.307,x^2=5.698,x^2=8.288;P<0.01)。全部碎石手术结束后1个月进行随访,两组均全部清除结石,清除率均为100%;观察组并发症的发生率为1.67%,对照组并发症发生率为2.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.698,P<0.05)。结论:在输尿管镜下碎石取石术中,经输尿管镜镜体内留置双J管临床效果优于退镜后沿超滑导丝推管留置双J管,可酌情优先选用。

Exploring outstanding rare-earth activated inorganic phosphors with good thermostability has always been a research focus for high-power white light-emitting diodes(LEDs).In this study,we report a Sm^(3+)-activated KNa_(4)B_(2)P_(3)O_(13)(KNBP)powder *** particle morphology,photoluminescence properties,concentration quenching mechanism,thermal quenching mechanism,and chromatic properties are *** the near-ultraviolet(NUV)irradiation of 402 nm,the powder phase exhibits orange-red visible luminescence performance,originating from typical ^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H_(J/2)(J=5,7,9)transitions of Sm^(3+).Importantly,the photoluminescence performance has good thermostability,low correlated color temperature(CCT),and high color purity(CP),indicating its promising application in the NUV-pumped warm white LEDs.
