One of the important indicators of shale gas reservoir excavation is capacity evaluation,which directly affects whether large-scale shale gas reservoirs can be *** evaluation is the basis of system analysis and dynamic ***,it is particularly important to conduct capacity evaluation studies on shale gas horizontal *** order to accurately evaluate the horizontal well productivity of shale gas staged fracturing,this paper uses a new method to evaluate the productivity of Fuling shale *** new method is aimed at the dynamic difference of horizontal wells and effectively analyzes the massive data,which are factors affecting the productivity of shale gas horizontal *** to the pressure system,production dynamic characteristics,well trajectory position,fracturing transformation mode and penetration depth,32 wells were divided into four ***,based on the classification,the principal component analysis methods can be used to evaluate the horizontal well productivity of shale *** new method of capacity evaluation has improved the accuracy by 10.25%compared with the traditional method,which provides a theoretical basis for guiding the efficient development of the horizontal wells of Fuling shale gas.

Adenomatoid tumors （ATs） are benign neoplasms that most commonly occur in the genital tracts of both male and females. Extragenital ATs are rare and have been reported in the pleura, heart, omentum, the mesentery of the small intestine, pancreas, mediastinal lymph nodes and peri-umbilical skin. 1,2 AT of the adrenal gland is typically an asymptomatic neoplasm with benign behavior, which has been recently recognized as a diagnostic challenge, as it is both rare and can present in such a manner as to suggest a wide range of differential diagnoses. 1,3-8 Here we report a very large AT of the left adrenal gland, which at present appears to be the largest tumor of this type that has ever been reported. It may be the first case of AT associated with a high level of plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone （ACTH）.

In this paper, after presenting the functions of the wavelength converter in all optical networks, we educe and analyze the blocking probabilities of the network. Based on the above, we propose an algorithm for allocating wavelength converters in all optical networks and use the computer simulations to evaluate the performance of the proposed allocation algorithm. The simulation results show that the performance of our algorithm is close to that of the optimal ones in terms of blocking probabilities. However, the time complexity of our algorithm is only O(3H+w 2/2).

Back grinding of wafer with outer rim(BGWOR)is a new method for carrier-less thinning of silicon *** present,the effects of process parameters on the grinding force remain ***,a BGWOR normal grinding force model based on grain depth-of-cut was established,and the relationship between grinding parameters(wheel infeed rate,wheel rotational speed,and chuck rotational speed)and normal grinding force was ***,a series of experiments were performed to verify the BGWOR normal grinding force *** study proves that the BGWOR normal grinding force is related to the rotational direction of the wheel and chuck,and the effect of grinding mark density on the BGWOR normal grinding force cannot be ***,this study provides methods for reducing the grinding force and optimizing the back thinning process of the silicon wafer.

藤椒(学名竹叶花椒)作为一种药食同源资源应用广泛,其化学成分和生物活性会随果实的生长过程发生变化。研究不同成熟期各指标变化,根据不同使用目的进行适时采收,有利于藤椒资源的最大化利用。以不同成熟期的四川洪雅藤椒为原料,采用HPLC、GC-MS分别测定藤椒的麻味物质和挥发性香气物质。结果表明,6月中下旬至7月底采收的藤椒麻味物质含量较高且保持相对稳定,羟基-α-山椒素含量最高达48.25 mg/g。不同成熟期藤椒挥发性风味组分有所差异,但均以D-柠檬烯和芳樟醇为主,以D-柠檬烯为代表的萜烯类物质在果实成熟期逐渐降低,以芳樟醇为代表的醇类物质、以柠檬醛为代表的醛类物质在果实成熟期逐渐积累。相对气味活度值分析结果显示芳樟醇、D-柠檬烯、蒎烯是藤椒整个生长期的关键风味化合物,橙花醇、β-石竹烯、3-蒈烯、(1 S)-β-蒎烯、2-十一烷酮为藤椒未成熟期的关键风味化合物,癸醛则是成熟期藤椒的关键风味化合物,该文为藤椒的适时采收提供参考。

Background and objective:Although pre-operative biliary drainage(PBD)is frequently performed in patients with cholangiocarcinoma(CCA),its impact on patient survival is *** aim was to evaluate the impact of PBD on overall survival of patients with extra-hepatic ***:This was a retrospective study using the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)-Medicare *** who underwent biliary drainage within 3 months prior to and/or after diagnosis of CCA were included in the PBD *** who did not receive biliary drainage were included in the non-PBD *** proportional hazard regression was used to determine independent predictors of ***:Of 3862 patients with extra-hepatic CCA,433(11.2%)underwent curative surgical resection,with a median survival of 14 months(95%confidence interval[95%CI],10-21months)in the PBD cohort(n=126)vs 31 months(95%CI,26-39 months)in the non-PBD cohort(n=307)(P<0.001),during the median follow-up duration for the surgical cohort of 26 months(range,1-60 months).Among the 433 patients,126(29.1%)underwent PBD and had significantly higher Charlson comorbidity index and advanced SEER stage than those without PBD before *** multivariable analysis in patients who underwent curative surgical resection,after adjusting patient demographics,tumor characteristics,Charlson comorbidity index,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,PBD was significantly associated with shortened survival time(hazard ratio,2.35;95%CI,1.34-4.10;P=0.003).Conclusions:PBD appears negative impact on long-term survival in patients with potentially resectable CCA and should be avoided if possible.

We present here the first synthesis of cyclic oligo（ethylene adipate）s （COEAs） via pseudo-high dilution condensation reaction of adipoyl chloride with ethylene glycol, and the synthesis of corresponding poly（ethylene adipate）（PEA） via the melt polymerization of COEAs. The structure of COEAs was characterized and proved by 1H-NMR and MALDI-TOF mass measurements. The effects of organic base, reaction temperature and the ratio of adipoyl chloride to ethylene glycol on the yield of COEAs were studied, and the optimum reaction condition was revealed. PEA, a diacid and diol based semi-crystalline green aliphatic polyester, was synthesized by the melt polymerization of COEAs using Ti（n-C4H90）4 as catalyst and 1,10-decanediol as initiator at 200 ℃, which follows the polycondensation-coupling ring- opening polymerization method. Our strategy should be applicable to the synthesis of versatile aliphatic polyesters based on diacid and diol monomers, which have potential applications as biocompatible and biodegradable materials.

Aimming at the difficulty in getting semantic informarton from each problem in problem set archives, We propose a new method of ontology based semantic annotation for problem set archives, which utilizes programming knowledge domain ontology to add semantic annotations to problems in the Web. The system we developed adds semantic annotation for each problem in the form of Extensible Makeup Language. Our method overcomes the difficulty of extracting semantics from problem set archives and the efficiency of this method is demonstrated through a case study. Having semantic annotations of problems, a student can efficiently locate the problems that logically corre spond to his knowledge.
