Due to the non-linearity in ozone(O_(3))formation,reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))may increase O_(3) *** the counteractive O_(3) response to NO_(x) reduction,overall impact of air pollution controls can be ambiguous when the assessments focus on the changes in pollutant *** this study,a risk-based method was used to gauge the net effect of air pollution controls on mortality risk in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei(BTH)region during the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics(WOP).This mega-event presents a unique opportunity to investigate the efficacy of deep cuts in pollutant *** show that O_(3) concentrations greatly increased as nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))concentrations decreased in the *** to the active photochemical formations,O_(3) became the dominant pollutant that affected human health during the *** the substantial O_(3) increases,the health benefits of NO_(2) reductions overwhelmed the adverse health effects of O_(3) increases in most regions of the BTH(at 81 out of 112 stations).After considering the impacts of particulate matter,the integrated health risk of air pollution mixtures declined almost everywhere in the *** results underscore the great necessity of changing the assessment paradigm of pollution control from using concentration-based methods to using risk-based *** with the carbon neutrality policy,stringent control of NO_(x)emission from combustion sources is a promising way to achieve synergistic control solutions for air pollution and climate change.

Effects of ozone on mortality have been widely assessed in developed countries but rarely in developing countries,and the effects of season and temperature on these associations remain *** present study aimed to explore the modifying effects of temperature on the association of ozone with mortality,and to examine the lag effect structure In Guangzhou,*** non-accidental mortality,air pollution and meteorological data from January 1st 2006 to December 31 st 2008 in Guangzhou were *** additive models(GAM) and distributed lag models(DLM) were used to estimate the excess risk(ER)of ozone on daily mortality and capture the lag effect *** revealed that,in cold season,an increment in the ozone concentration of 10 μg m was associated with a 0.87%(95%CI:-0.06 to 2.29%) and334%(95%CI:1.36-5.35%) increase of mortality for lagO and lag0-6,***,no significant effects were observed in the warm *** average temperature and ozone concentration had interactive negative effects on non-accidental mortality in the cold season and at daily average temperatures in the 0—25th percentile,and mortality displacement was also found in these ***,the short-term effect of ambient ozone on mortality is modified by temperature in Guangzhou,China.

We aimed to investigate the effects of ambient air pollutants on daily mortality in a relatively stable and homogeneous population in Guangzhou,*** mortality,air pollution,and weather data between 2006 and 2009 were *** generalized additive model with poison regression was used to estimate the excessive risks(ERs) of air pollutants(PM,*** NO) on total,cardiovascular and respiratory *** effects of lagO-1 were the greatest for total non-accidental and cardiovascular *** increments of 10μg m in ***,and PM were associated with ERs of 1.54%(95%CI: 1.03-2.06%).1.42%(95%CI:1.06-1.78%),and 1.26%(95%CI:0.86-1.66%) respectively for total non-accidental deaths,and 2.28%(95%CI:1.40-3.16%),1.81%(95%CI:1.20-2.41%).and 1.79%(95%CI:1.11-2.47%) respectively for cardiovascular *** persons who died from respiratory disease,however,the maximum effects occurred at *** ERs for SO,NO,and PM were 1.36%(95%CI:0.23-2.50%),1.47% (95%CI:0.66-2.29%) and 0.93%(95%CI:0.03-1.83%).*** effects of the three air pollutants on mortality were stronger in elderly and in *** ERs in the present study were higher than those reported in *** U.S..and most other Asian *** findings show relatively higher ERs of daily mortality by ambient air pollutants in the center of Guangzhou,China,compared with estimates in other *** studies with accurate exposure measurement among homogeneous population are needed to evaluate the precise magnitudes of the effects of the air pollutants.

Nebulized Mycobacterium vaccae protects against asthma by attenuating the imbalance of IRF4/IRF8 expression in dendritic cells

以铝丝、镁粉、无水乙醇为原料,分别以Na_(3)VO_(4)、Li_(2)MoO_(4)、Na_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)MoO_(4)和NaCl为熔盐,采用非水解溶胶-凝胶工艺结合熔盐法制备镁铝尖晶石多孔片。借助XRD、FE-SEM、TEM、BET等测试手段研究了熔盐种类对镁铝尖晶石合成与形貌的影响,并探讨了镁铝尖晶石片的形成机制。结果表明:只有在Na_(2)MoO_(4)和NaCl熔盐中,长出了长度分别为140~160 nm和120~180 nm的镁铝尖晶石多孔片。Na_(2)MoO_(4)熔盐中获得镁铝尖晶石多孔片的比表面积为73 m^(2)/g。TEM和氮气吸脱附曲线测试表明,样品存在明显的介孔结构。这种独特的结构有利于提高材料比表面积,有助于增大活性点位的暴露面积,有望应用于催化剂载体和吸附等领域。

Association of HBV DNA *** antiviral treatment outcomes in the patients with early-stage HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing curative resection

Background:It remains unclear what the antiviral therapy affects disease-free survival(DFS) and overall survival(OS)of patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) at different tumor stages and baseline HBV DNA *** this study,we analyzed the association of antiviral treatment with DFS and OS based on the stratification of baseline HBV DNA load in early-stage(stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ) HCC ***:We included 445 patients with early-stage HBV-related HCC who underwent curative resection,and then classified them into four subgroups based on baseline HBV DNA load and antiviral therapy *** KaplanMeier and Cox regression analyses were performed to determine the association of clinical characteristics with ***:The median follow-up period was 74 *** all patients,cumulative OS rates in the antiviral group were significantly higher than those in the non-antiviral group(log-rank test,P = 0.023),whereas no significant differences in DFS rates were *** baseline HBV DNA level was a risk factor associated with short DFS and OS in all *** patients with baseline HBV DNA levels ≥2000 lU/mL,antiviral treatment was significantly associated with prolonged DFS and OS(log-rank test,P = 0.041 and 0.001,respectively).In patients with HBV DNA levels <2000 lU/mL or undetectable,antiviral treatment did not show a significant benefit in prolonging DFS and ***:High baseline HBV DNA levels are associated with poor prognosis in the patients with early-stage HCC,and the antiviral treatment could generate survival benefits for the ***,antiviral treatment should be given for these ***,the effect of antiviral treatment on the patients with low viral load remains unclear,and further investigation is warranted.

【目的】通过研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)患者的出生日期、急性加重日期的五运六气特点,探讨运气禀赋与慢阻肺发病的相关性,为其临床防治提供中医运气学的辨治思路。【方法】运用流行病学横断面研究方法,结合中医五运六气时间划分,对3411例慢阻肺患者进行回顾性分析研究。【结果】(1)出生日期运气分布:主气以阳明燥金最多;客主加临以太阴湿土-阳明燥金最多;五运三纪以火运太过残差最大;综合运气以太徵-少阳相火-厥阴风木最多。上述出生日期的运气分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)急性加重日期运气分布:岁运以太徵、少宫居多;司天-在泉以太阳寒水-太阴湿土残差最大;客气以阳明燥金最多;客主加临以阳明燥金-少阴君火最多;五运三纪以木运平气残差最大;综合运气以太徵-太阳寒水-太阴湿土最多。上述急性加重日期的运气分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】慢阻肺病例运气禀赋与发病趋势存在一定的五运六气关联,通过分析慢阻肺患者出生日期和急性加重日期的五运六气特点,有利于较早发现易患人群和急性加重时间,及早进行干预、未病先防。

X_(0)(2900)and its heavy quark spin partners in molecular picture

The X_(0)(2900),recently observed by the LHCb Collaboration in the D-K+invariant mass of the B+→D+D-K+process,is the first exotic candidate with four different flavors,beginning a new era for the hadron *** the assumption that the Xo(2900)is a I(J^(P))=0(0+)D*K* hadronic molecule,we extracted the whole heavy-quark symmetry multiplet formed by the(D,D*)doublet and the K**** the bound state case,there would be two additional I(J^(P))=0(1+)hadronic molecules associated with the DK*and D*K*channels,as well as one additional I(J^(P))=0(2+)D*K**** the light quark limit,they are 36.66 MeV and 34.22 MeV below the DK*and D*K*thresholds,respectively,which are unambiguously fixed by the mass position of the Xo(2900).For the virtual state case,there would be one additional I(J^(P))=0(1+)hadronic molecule,strongly coupled to the DK*channel,and one additional I(J^(P))=0(2+)D*K**** for these heavy quark spin partners will help shed light on the nature of the X_(0)(2900).
