Objective Diabetic foot ul.er(DFU)is one of the most serious compl.cations of ***-and pl.tel.t-rich fibrin(l.PRF)is a second-generation autol.gous pl.tel.t-rich *** study aims to investigate the cl.nical.effects of l.PRF in patients with diabetes in real.cl.nical.*** Patients with DFU who received l.PRF treatment and standard of care(SOC)from 2018 to 2019 in Tongji Hospital.were *** cl.nical.information incl.ding patient characteristics,wound eval.ation(area,severity,infection,bl.od suppl.),SOC of DFU,and images of ul.ers was retrospectivel. extracted and anal.zed.l.PRF treatment was performed every 7±2 days until.the ul.er exhibited compl.te epithel.al.zation or an overal. percent vol.me reduction(PVR)greater than 80%.Therapeutic effectiveness,incl.ding overal. PVR and the overal. and weekl. heal.ng rates,was *** Total.y,26 patients with DFU were enrol.ed,and they had an ul.er duration of 47.0(35.0,72.3)*** severity and infection of ul.ers varied,as indicated by the Site,Ischemia,Neuropathy,Bacterial.Infection,and Depth(SINBAD)scores of 2–6,Wagner grades of 1–4,and the Perfusion,Extent,Depth,Infection and Sensation(PEDIS)scores of 2–*** initial.ul.er vol.me before l.PRF treatment was 4.94(1.50,13.83)cm3,and the final.ul.er vol.me was 0.35(0.03,1.76)*** median number of l.PRF doses was 3(2,5).A total.of 11 patients achieved compl.te epithel.al.zation after the fifth week of treatment,and 19 patients achieved at l.ast an 80%vol.me reduction after the seventh *** overal. wound-heal.ng rate was 1.47(0.63,3.29)cm3/week,and the heal.ng rate was faster in the first 2 weeks than in the remaining *** treatment did not change the percentage of compl.te epithel.al.zation or heal.ng *** Adding l.PRF to SOC significantl. improved wound heal.ng in patients with DFU independent of the ankl. brachial.index,SINBAD score,or Wagner grade,indicating that this method is appropriate for D

Mitochondriopathy inspired adenosine triphosphate(ATP) depl.tions have been recognized as a powerful.way for control.ing tumor growth. Neverthel.ss, sel.ctive sequestration or exhaustion of ATP under compl.x biol.gical.environments remains a prodigious chal.enge. Harnessing the advantages of in vivo sel.-assembl.d nanomaterial., we designed an Intracel.ul.r ATP Sequestration(IAS) system to specifical.y construct nanofibrous nanostructures on the surface of tumor nucl.i with exposed ATP binding sites,l.ading to highl. efficient suppression of bl.dder cancer by induction of mitochondriopathy-l.ke ***, the reported transformabl. nucl.opeptide(Nl.-FF-T) sel.-assembl.d into nucl.ar-targeted nanoparticl.s with ATP binding sites encapsul.ted inside under aqueous conditions. By interaction with KPNA2, the Nl.-FF-T transformed into a nanofibrous-based ATP trapper on the surface of tumor nucl.i,which prevented the production of intracel.ul.r energy. As a resul., mul.ipl. bl.dder tumor cel. l.nes(T24,EJ and RT-112) reveal.d that the hal.-maximal.inhibitory concentration(IC50) of Nl.-FF-T was reduced by approximatel. 4-fol. when compared to Nl.-T. Fol.owing intravenous administration, Nl.-FF-T was found to be dose-dependentl. accumul.ted at the tumor site of T24 xenograft mice. More significantl., this IAS system exhibited an extremel. antitumor efficacy according to the deterioration of T24 tumors and simul.aneousl. prol.nged the overal. survival.of T24 orthotopic xenograft mice. Together, our findings cl.arl. demonstrated the therapeutic advantages of intracel.ul.r ATP sequestration-induced mitochondriopathy-l.ke damages, which provides a potential.treatment strategy for mal.gnancies.

为了发现结构新颖、活性优异、环境友好的新型杀虫剂,以环丙氟虫胺为先导化合物,在其苯胺部分引入(卤代)烷氧基单元,设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的新型含(卤代)烷氧基类双酰胺化合物,其结构经过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和HRMS确证.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,大部分化合物对小菜蛾表现出优异的杀虫活性,其中N-[2-溴-4-(全氟丙烷-2-基)-6-(二氟甲氧基)苯基]-3-[N-(环丙甲基)苯甲酰胺基]-4-氟苯甲酰胺(4a)、N-[2-溴-4-(全氟丙烷-2-基)-6-(三氟甲氧基)苯基]-3-[N-(环丙甲基)苯甲酰胺基]-4-氟苯甲酰胺(4b)、N-(2-溴-6-(二氟甲氧基)-4-(全氟丙烷-2-基)苯基)-3-(N-(环丙基甲基)苯甲酰胺基)-2-氟苯甲酰胺(4h)、N-[2-溴-6-(二氟甲氧基)-4-(全氟丙烷-2-基)苯基]-3-[4-氰基-N-(环丙基甲基)苯甲酰胺]-2-氟苯甲酰胺(4j)~N-(3-((2-溴-6-(二氟甲氧基)-4-(全氟丙烷-2-基)苯基)氨基甲酰基)-2-氟苯基)-N-(环丙基甲基)异烟酰胺(4o)、N-(3-((2-溴-6-(二氟甲氧基)-4-(全氟丙烷-2-基)苯基)氨基甲酰基)-2-氟苯基)-N-(环丙基甲基)-2,4-二氟苯甲酰胺(4q)和N-(3-((2-溴-6-(二氟甲氧基)-4-(全氟丙烷-2-基)苯基)氨基甲酰基)-2-氟苯基)-N-(环丙基甲基)-2-氟异烟酰胺(4t)在1mg/l.度下显示出100%的杀虫活性.同时,化合物4a不仅对小菜蛾和二化螟的杀虫活性接近于环丙氟虫胺,而且对苜蓿蚜和朱砂叶螨的杀虫活性也较高,表现出比环丙氟虫胺更广的杀虫谱,其田间试验正在进行中.

某工程面对某市政给水厂扩容改造时面临的用地紧张难题,采用管式静态混合器-斜管沉淀池-压力式超滤膜的短流程净水工艺,出水平均浑浊度为0.03 NTU、CODMn为0.91 mg/l.处理效果稳定,供水安全性高。此外,本工程超滤膜系统通过上行下给式布置方案、优化管廊层布置、合理布置各功能单元等措施,有效实现了超滤膜车间的集约化设计,相对面积指标仅为111.15 m^(2)/(万m^(3)/d),节地效果显著,可为面积受限条件下市政给水厂压力式超滤膜车间的布置提供参考。

BACKGROUND Coronary heart disease(CHD)and heart fail.re(HF)are the major causes of morbidity and mortal.ty *** and accurate diagnoses of CHD and HF are essential.for optimal.management and ***,conventional.diagnostic methods such as el.ctrocardiography,echocardiography,and cardiac biomarkers have certain l.mitations,such as l.w sensitivity,specificity,avail.bil.ty,and ***,there is a need for simpl.,noninvasive,and rel.abl. biomarkers to diagnose CHD and *** To investigate serum cystatin C(Cys-C),monocyte/high-density l.poprotein chol.sterol.ratio(MHR),and uric acid(UA)diagnostic val.es for CHD and *** We enrol.ed 80 patients with suspected CHD or HF who were admitted to our hospital.between Jul. 2022 and Jul. *** patients were divided into CHD(n=20),HF(n=20),CHD+HF(n=20),and control.groups(n=20).The serum l.vel. of Cys-C,MHR,and UA were measured using immunonephel.metry and an enzymatic method,respectivel.,and the diagnostic val.es for CHD and HF were eval.ated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** Serum l.vel. of Cys-C,MHR,and UA were significantl. higher in the CHD,HF,and CHD+HF groups than those in the control.*** serum l.vel. of Cys-C,MHR,and UA were significantl. higher in the CHD+HF group than those in the CHD or HF *** ROC curve anal.sis showed that serum Cys-C,MHR,and UA had good diagnostic performance for CHD and HF,with areas under the curve ranging from 0.78 to *** optimal.cutoff val.es of serum Cys-C,MHR,and UA for diagnosing CHD,HF,and CHD+HF were 1.2 mg/l.0.9×10^(9),and 389μmol.l.1.4 mg/l.1.0×10^(9),and 449μmol.l.and 1.6 mg/l.1.1×10^(9),and 508μmol.l.*** Serum Cys-C,MHR,and UA are useful.biomarkers for diagnosing CHD and HF,and CHD+*** can provide information for decision-making and risk stratification in patients with CHD and HF.
