The FEM technology is used to analyze the welding line movement behavior of deep drawing TWB sheet with different thickness. It is found that high stress fields are concentrated around the welding line and large residual stresses are left. The effect of the welding line movement is like a rigid string and the selected nodes of the thin part near the welding line show the related larger strain.

The deformation process of H-beams was simulated by explicit dynamic FEM, and the influence of deformation parameters on the spread of rolling piece was obtained. The results show that the flange width, elongation ratio between flange and web and flange thickness are the maior influencing factors on the spread of rolling piece, and the inclination and diameter of vertical roll together with web inner width can also influence to some extent on the spread of rolling piece.

BACKGROUND Radical D2 lymphadenectomy for advanced gastric cancer as a standard procedure has gained global consensus. Mounting studies have shown that the number of lymph nodes dissection directly affects the prognosis and recurrence of gastric cancer. Our previous study showed that there was no obvious lymph node around the abnormal hepatic artery derived from the superior mesenteric artery. AIM To investigate the relationship between celiac artery variation and the number of lymph nodes dissection in gastric cancer surgery. METHODS The clinicopathological data of 421 patients treated with radical D2 lymphadenectomy were analyzed retrospectively. The difference of the number of lymph nodes dissection between the celiac artery variation group and the normal vessels group and the relationship with prognosis were analyzed. RESULTS Celiac artery variation was found in 110 patients, with a variation rate of 26.13%. Celiac artery variation, tumor staging, and Borrmann typing were factors that affected lymph node clearance in gastric cancer, and the number of lymph nodes dissection in patients with celiac artery variation was significantly less than that of non-variant groups (P 0.05). Univariate and multiple Cox regression analysis showed that celiac artery variation was not a prognostic factor for gastric cancer (P > 0.05). Tumor staging, intraoperative bleeding, and positive lymph node ratio were prognostic factors for gastric cancer patients (all P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The number of lymph nodes dissection in patients with celiac artery variation was reduced, but there was no obvious effect on prognosis. Therefore, lymph nodes around the abnormal hepatic artery may not need to be dissected in radical D2 lymphadenectomy.

Objective:We sought to identify potential therapeutic targets for breast cancer patients by employing a bioinformatics analysis to screen for genes linked with an unfavorable ***:The Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database was utilized to obtain three gene expression profile datasets,namely GSE42568,GSE86374,and *** identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs),the GEO2R online tool was ***,a func-tional enrichment analysis was ***,a protein-protein interaction network was established using STRING,and DEGs were subjected to module analysis via Cytoscape software to identify pivotal ***,the selected pivotal genes underwent further ex-amination and validation utilizing three databases:GEPIA,UALCAN,and Kaplan-Meier ***:A total of 121 DEGs were detected,comprising 74 genes with increased expression and 47 genes with decreased *** key genes were identified:HMMR,RRM2,CDK1,TOP2A,AURKA,CCNB1,MAD2L1,KIF2C,BUB1B,*** in the GEPIA database revealed high expression levels for all key genes except CDK1.A survival analysis conducted using the Kaplan-Meier Plotter database revealed noteworthy associations between nine crucial genes and the overall survival(OS)of individuals diagnosed with breast ***,these nine key genes exhibited significantly increased expression across different molecular subtypes of breast cancer according to the UALCAN data ***:We identified nine crucial genes significantly linked to the onset,progression,and unfavorable prognosis of breast cancer,providing potential targets for novel treatment options and biomarkers to predict patient outcomes.
