Background Growing evidence attests to the efficacy of mindfulness-based interventions(MBIs),but their effectiveness for healthcare workers remains *** To evaluate the evidence for MBIs in improving healthcare workers’psychological *** A systematic literature search was conducted on Medline,Embase,Cumulative Index for Nursing and Allied Health Literature,PsycINFO and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials up to 31 August 2022 using the keywords‘healthcare worker’,‘doctor’,‘nurse’,‘allied health’,‘mindfulness’,‘wellness’,‘workshop’and‘program’.Randomised controlled trials with a defined MBI focusing on healthcare workers and quantitative outcome measures related to subjective or psychological well-being were eligible for inclusion.R V.4.0.3 was used for data analysis,with the standardised mean difference as the primary outcome,employing DerSimonian and Laird’s random effects *** of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation framework was used to evaluate the quality of ***’s Risk of Bias 2 tool was used to assess the risk of bias in the included *** A total of 27 studies with 2506 participants were included,mostly from the USA,involving various healthcare *** such as stress reduction programmes,apps,meditation and training showed small to large effects on anxiety,burnout,stress,depression,psychological distress and job strain outcomes of the *** effects were also seen in self-compassion,empathy,mindfulness and ***,long-term outcomes(1 month or longer postintervention)varied,and the effects were not consistently *** MBIs offer short-term benefits in reducing stress-related symptoms in healthcare *** review also highlights limitations such as intervention heterogeneity,reduced power in specific subgroup analyses and variable study quality.

Phosphorus-containing compounds are considered as the potential alternatives of traditional inhibitors for suppressing the formation of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs),but the suppression characteristics are scarcely *** this study,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(ADP)was selected as the inhibitor to inhibit the PCDD/F formation via de novo synthesis at 350℃.The influence of oxygen content and addition method on PCDD/F inhibition was systematically investigated by means of statistical analysis and morphological *** results showed that oxygen enhanced the formation of PCDD/Fs from 1470 ng g^(−1)(9.78 ng I-TEQ g^(−1))to 2110 ng g^(−1)(14.8 ng I-TEQ g^(−1)).ADP significantly inhibited the PCDD/F formation,with inhibition efficiencies ranging from 82.0%to 97.7%.Herein,a higher oxygen content and the premixed way intensified the suppression ***-p-dioxin(DD)/dibenzofuran(DF)chlorination was proven to be effectively suppressed while chlorophenol(CP)route was not obviously *** the addition of ADP,Cl source was significantly reduced and the formation of organic Cl was effectively ***,it decreased the proportion of C–O/C=N and C=O,revealing the efficient inhibition of carbon ***,the formation of copper phosphate and copper pyrophosphate was observed in XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy)spectra,indicating that the catalytic metal Cu was chelated and passivated by *** premixed way had a better effect on reducing Cl resources,inhibiting oxidation and chelating metals,due to the direct contact with ***,the separation method could only depend on the decomposed gases,resulting in a lower inhibition efficiency.

We develop a numerical method for the time evolution of Gaussian wave packets on flat-band lattices in the presence of correlated disorder. To achieve this, we introduce a method to generate random on-site energies with prescribed correlations. We verify this method with a one-dimensional (1D) cross-stitch model, and find good agreement with analytical results obtained from the disorder-dressed evolution equations. This allows us to reproduce previous findings, that disorder can mobilize 1D flat-band states which would otherwise remain localized. As explained by the corresponding disorder-dressed evolution equations, such mobilization requires an asymmetric disorder-induced coupling to dispersive bands, a condition that is generically not fulfilled when the flat-band is resonant with the dispersive bands at a Dirac point-like crossing. We exemplify this with the 1D Lieb lattice. While analytical expressions are not available for the two-dimensional (2D) system due to its complexity, we extend the numerical method to the 2D alpha-T3 model, and find that the initial flat-band wave packet preserves its localization when alpha = 0, regardless of disorder and intersections. However, when alpha not equal 0, the wave packet shifts in real space. We interpret this as a Berry phase controlled, disorder-induced wave-packet mobilization. In addition, we present density functional theory calculations of candidate materials, specifically Hg1-xCdxTe. The flat-band emerges near the Gamma point (k = 0) in the Brillouin zone.

The aim was to study the pharmacokinetics of xylazine as a stable anesthetic in *** this study,goats were injected with xylazine at the rate of 0.3 mL·kg-1 intramusculally,and blood samples were collected at 1,3,5,10,20,30,45,60,90,120,180,and 240 min after administration,*** was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction and separation method,and blood concentration was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The pharmacokinetic characteristics of xylazine in healthy goats were analyzed by pharmacokinetic *** results showed that the chromatographic peak time of xylazine chromatography was 9-11 *** specificity of the method was *** linear correlation coefficient R2 of the standard curve was 0.9982 when the concentration of xylazine was in the range of 10-1×1000 *** pharmacokinetic model of xylazine in goats was a one-chamber model with first-order rate absorption,distribution half-life t1/2Ka was(0.49±0.041)min,elimination half-life t1/2Ke was(23.3±2.5)min,and the peak time(Tp)of the highest concentration was(2.8±0.2)*** total drug clearance CL/F was(0.00016±0.000016)mg·kg-1·min-1(ng·mL-1),and the minimum effective blood concentration was 56.6 ng·mL-1,which was consistent with the clinical anesthetic *** results showed that xylazine had the characteristics of rapid absorption,wide distribution,short peak time,slow clearance rate,and long anesthetic time in goats,which could be used as the basic drug for the development of goat complex anesthetic preparation.

A biodegradable Ca-P coating mainly consisting of β-tricalcium phosphate （β-TCP） was fabricated on pure magnesium via the chemical deposition in a simulated Hank’s solution. The method significantly accelerated the coating formation on magnesium. Moreover, the morphology, phase/chemical composition, the coating formation mechanism as well as degradation behavior in phosphate buffered saline （PBS） solution were in- vestigated. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM） images showed that the coating had three layers and X-ray diffraction （XRD） patterns showed that the coating mainly contained Ca3（PO4）2 and （Ca,Mg）3（PO4）2. Elec- trochemical test showed that the corrosion current density （Icorr） of the coated Mg was decreased by about one order of magnitude as compared to that of pure magnesium. The immersion test indicated that the coating could obviously reduce the degradation rate.

评估指标在代码合成领域中至关重要.常用的代码评估指标可以分为3种类型:基于匹配、基于语义和基于执行.其中,基于执行的Pass@k指标通过执行测试用例,能够准确判断预测代码的功能准确性.然而,该指标的计算需要大量开销,因此亟需设计一种自动化评估指标,在无需测试用例时仍可评估预测代码的功能准确性.此外,好的评估指标应当具有鲁棒性,即预测代码发生微小改变时,评估指标仍能保持其准确性.为此,提出了一种基于UniXcoder和对比学习的自动化鲁棒指标CodeScore-R,用于评估代码合成的功能准确性. CodeScore-R采用草图化处理、语法等价转换和变异测试等技术手段,有效减轻了标识符、语法结构和运算符对评估结果的干扰.实验结果表明,在Java和Python语言上的代码生成和迁移任务中,CodeScore-R的表现优于其他无需测试用例的评估指标,且更接近Pass@k指标,并具有更强的鲁棒性.
