BACKGROUND Human-derived gastric cancer organoids(GCOs)are widely used in gastric cancer research;however,the culture success rate is generally *** To explore the potential influencing factors,and the literature on successful culture rates of GCOs was reviewed using *** PubMed,Web of Science,and EMBASE were searched for *** trained researchers selected the studies and extracted *** 17.0 software was used for meta-analysis of the incidence of each outcome *** adjusted Methodological Index for Non-Randomized Studies scale was used to assess the quality of the included *** plots and Egger’s test were used to detect publication *** analyses were conducted for sex,tissue source,histo-logical classification,and the pathological tumor-node-metastasis(pTNM)cancer staging *** Eight studies with a pooled success rate of 66.6%were *** derived from women and men had success rates of 67%and 46.7%,*** from surgery or biopsy/endoscopic submucosal dissection showed success rates of 70.9%and 53.7%,*** of poorly-differentiated,moderately-differentiated and signet-ring cell cancer showed success rates of 64.6%,31%,and 32.7%,*** with pTNM stages I-II and III-IV showed success rates of 38.3%and 65.2%,respectively.Y-27632 and non-Y-27632 use showed success rates of 58.2%and 70%,*** generated with collagenase were more successful than those constructed with Liberase TH and TrypLE(72.1%vs 71%,respectively).EDTA digestion showed a 50%lower success rate than other methods(P=0.04).CONCLUSION GCO establishment rate is low and varies by sex,tissue source,histological type,and pTNM *** Y-27632,and using Liberase TH,TrypLE,or collagenase yields greater success than EDTA.

BACKGROUND This study presents a case of rapidly developing respiratory failure due to antisynthetase syndrome(AS)following coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in a 33-year-old man diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome(KS).CASE SUMMARY A 33-year-old man with a diagnosis of KS was admitted to the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine of a tertiary hospital in China for fever and shortness of breath 2 wk after the onset of *** tomography of both lungs revealed diffuse multiple patchy heightened shadows in both lungs,accompanied by signs of partial bronchial *** next-generation sequencing of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid suggested absence of pathogen.A biopsy specimen revealed organizing pneumonia with alveolar septal ***,extensive auto-antibody tests showed strong positivity for anti-SSA,anti-SSB,anti-Jo-1,and *** multidisciplinary discussions,the patient received a final diagnosis of AS,leading to rapidly progressing respiratory *** This study underscores the clinical progression of AS-associated interstitial lung disease subsequent to viral infections such as COVID-19 in patients diagnosed with KS.

为揭示南方苋(Amaranthus australis)萌发和幼苗期对镉胁迫的适应性及生理特征,研究了不同镉浓度(0,10,20,40 mg·kg^(-1))对其种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理特征的影响。结果表明:镉对南方苋种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数影响不显著,但显著降低了活力指数;随着镉胁迫浓度的升高,生长量显著下降,表现为胚根和胚芽长度下降,株高降低,地上部和地下部干重减少,叶片电导率和丙二醛含量均显著增加,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)活性先升高后下降,过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性显著下降,非蛋白巯基(Non-protein thiols,NPTs)、植物螯合肽(Phytochelatins,PCs)、谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)、地上和地下部镉含量以及转移系数和富集系数均显著升高。研究结果表明,南方苋具有较强的耐镉、镉转运和富集能力,并能通过提高细胞内的NPT,PCs和GSH等重金属络物来缓解镉对细胞的毒害作用。

在全球气候变化的背景下,长江流域发生了多次严重的高温干旱灾害,流域抗旱管理面临着旱情监测告警效率较低、旱灾预报预警精度不高、抗旱预案推演能力不足等瓶颈,迫切需要开展数字化转型。从长江流域抗旱减灾业务管理和“四预”应用需求出发,基于智慧水利和数字孪生建设的总体要求,综合运用WebGL、GIS等技术,建立了干旱防御数字孪生平台,研发了遥感干旱监测评估、干旱专业模型动态加载、旱警水位超限预警、抗旱预案可视化等关键技术,初步实现了“预报-预警-预演-预案”全链条贯通业务应用,切实提升了长江流域抗旱管理智能化、精细化水平,为流域干旱防灾减灾提供了技术支撑。

Magicity,or shell closure,plays an important role in our understanding of complex nuclear *** this work,we employ one of the state-of-the-art density functional theories,the deformed relativistic Hartree-Bogoliubov theory in continuum(DRHBc)with the density functional PC-PK1,to investigate the evolution of the N=20,28,50 shell closures in the 20≤Z≤30 *** show how these three conventional shell closures evolve from the proton drip line to the neutron drip line by studying the charge radii,two-neutron separation energies,two-neutron gaps,quadrupole deformations,and single-particle *** particular,we find that in the 21≤Z≤27 region,the N=50 shell closure disappears or becomes quenched,mainly due to the deformation ***,both experimental data and theoretical predictions indicate that the N=28 shell closure disappears in the Mn isotopic chain,mainly due to the deformation *** DRHBc theory predicts the existence of the N=20 shell closure in the Ca,Sc,and Ti isotopic chains,but the existing data for the Ti isotopes suggest the contrary,and therefore further research is needed.

城乡融合发展是新时代实施新型城镇化与乡村振兴协调发展战略的新导向,探究黄河流域城乡融合系统耦合协调发展的时空演进特征对全面推动城乡高质量融合和区域协调发展具有重要作用。文章基于系统耦合视角,从经济发展、社会生活、生态环境等维度,构建黄河流域城乡融合系统耦合协调评价指标体系,运用熵权法和耦合协调度模型,测度2005~2020年黄河流域城乡融合系统耦合协调度,结合Kernel密度估计、探索性数据分析和标准差椭圆等方法研究系统耦合协调度时序与空间演进特征。研究发现:黄河流域城乡融合系统耦合协调度整体呈现稳健上升态势,但子系统间则存在较大差异,相较于城乡经济发展系统和城乡社会生活系统,城乡生态环境系统整体发展进程较为缓慢,其发展水平相对滞后。黄河流域城乡融合系统耦合协调度分布呈分散化趋势,区域间城乡融合系统耦合协调发展差距在持续拉大,随着时间的推演,逐步演变为二层分化式发展结构。空间视角下,黄河流域省区城乡融合系统耦合协调度呈正空间相关性,省区间城乡融合系统耦合协调度的局部集聚特征表现为正、负空间相关性并存。黄河流域城乡融合系统耦合协调度的空间分布重心主要位于陕西,标准差椭圆的长半轴和短半轴略有增长,但方位角趋于缩小。最后,依据研究发现提出系统优质协调发展路径,为黄河流域城乡融合发展和区域协调发展提供决策参考。
