The Tianshan range,a Paleozoic orogenic belt in Central Asia,has undergone multiple phases of tectonic activities characterized by the N-S compression after the early Mesozoic,including the far-field effects of the Cenozoic Indian-Asian ***,there are limited reports on the tectonic deformation and initiation of Triassic intracontinental deformation in the Tianshan *** this structural context is crucial for interpreting the early intracontinental deformation history of the Eurasian continent during the early *** strata and syn-tectonic sediments provide a rich source of information on tectonic activities and have been extensively used in the studies of orogenic *** on detail fieldwork conducted in this study,the middle-late Triassic Kelamayi Formation of the northern Kuqa Depression in the southern Tianshan fold-thrust belt has been identified as the typical syn-tectonic growth *** youngest detrital zircon component in two lithic sandstone samples from the bottom and top of the Kelamayi growth strata yielded U-Pb ages of 223.4±3.1 and 215.5±2.9 Ma,respectively,indicating that the maximum depositional age of the bottom and top of the Kelamayi growth strata is 226-220 and 218-212 *** geochronological distribution of detrital samples from the Early-Middle Triassic and Late Triassic revealed abrupt changes,suggesting a new source supply resulting from tectonic activation in the Tianshan *** coupling relationship between the syn-tectonic sedimentation of the Kelamayi Formation and the South Tianshan fold-thrust system provides robust evidence that the Triassic intracontinental deformation of the South Tianshan range began at approximately 226-220 Ma(during the Late Triassic)and ended at approximately 218-212 *** findings provide crucial constraints for understanding the intraplate deformation in the Tianshan range during the Triassic.

BACKGROUND Cognitive reserve(CR)and the catechol-O-methyltransferase(COMT)Val/Met polymorphism are reportedly linked to negative symptoms in ***,the regulatory effect of the COMT genotype on the relationship between CR and negative symptoms is still *** To investigate whether the relationship between CR and negative symptoms could be regulated by the COMT Val/Met *** In a cross-sectional study,54 clinically stable patients with schizophrenia underwent assessments for the COMT genotype,CR,and negative *** was estimated using scores in the information and similarities subtests of a short form of the Chinese version of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence *** COMT Met-carriers exhibited fewer negative symptoms than Val *** the total sample,significant negative correlations were found between negative symptoms and information,*** between information,similarities and negative symptoms were observed in Val homozygotes only,with information and similarities showing interaction effects with the COMT genotype in relation to negative symptoms(information,β=-0.282,95%CI:-0.552 to-0.011,P=0.042;similarities,β=-0.250,95%CI:-0.495 to-0.004,P=0.046).CONCLUSION This study provides initial evidence that the association between negative symptoms and CR is under the regulation of the COMT genotype in schizophrenia.

Phlomoides,with 150-170 species,is the second largest and perhaps most taxonomically challenging genus within the subfamily Lamioideae(Lamiaceae).With about 60 species,China is one of three major biodiversity centers of *** some Phlomoides species from China have been included in previous molecular phylogenetic studies,a robust and broad phylogeny of this lineage has yet to be ***,given the myriad new additions to the genus,the existing infrageneric classification needs to be evaluated and ***,we combine molecular and morphological data to investigate relationships within Phlomoides,with a focus on Chinese *** observed that plastid DNA sequences can resolve relationships within Phlomoides better than nuclear ribosomal internal and external transcribed spacer regions(nrITS and nrETS).Molecular phylogenetic analyses confirm the monophyly of Phlomoides,but most previously defined infrageneric groups are not *** addition,morphological analysis demonstrates the significant taxonomic value of eight characters to the *** on our molecular phylogenetic analyses and morphological data,we establish a novel section Notochaete within Phlomoides,and propose three new combinations as well as three new *** study presents the first molecular phylogenetic analyses of Phlomoides in which taxa representative of the entire genus are included,and highlights the phylogenetic and taxonomic value of several morphological characters from species of Phlomoides from *** study suggests that a taxonomic revision and reclassification for the entire genus is necessary in the future.

与陆王心学的兴起演进相伴而生的便是心学批判史的展开,而王船山即此心学批判史中的一位代表性人物。首先,基于心性之辨,批评陆王“心即理”说,克服心学“主体性形上学”,在超越与内在之间保持均衡;其次,承继朱子“格物始教”,并积极回应阳明之问,批评陆王“第一义工夫”;最后,对心学之社会政治风气影响的批判显然属“外在批判”,但针对李贽、陶望龄等对当时文风影响的批判,却也言之成理。可见,船山的心学批判有其思想效力,但亦有其限度,与陆王心学共享“仁义固有”,这决定其在人性的看法上仍属于广义道学,且其“外在批判”存在苛评。

目的:通过网络药理学结合体内实验验证,探讨白虎加人参汤治疗肥胖症合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的潜在活性成分和作用靶点。方法:利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS)分析鉴定白虎加人参汤物质基础。在ChEMBL、疗效药靶数据库(TTD)、YaTCM、DisGeNET和中药免疫肿瘤学(TCMIO)等数据库中查询活性成分作用的潜在靶点,并将这些靶点与疾病靶点取交集确定共同靶点。将共同靶点导入STRING数据库构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络,通过cytoHubba插件确定hub基因,利用分子对接验证hub基因与白虎加人参汤中生物活性成分的结合能。同时,将共同靶点导入DAVID平台进行基因本体(GO)功能注释及京都基因和基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。通过动物实验验证预测结果,将18只8周龄雄性骨骼肌胰岛素样生长因子-1受体功能缺失(MKR)小鼠高脂饮食饲养12周,制备肥胖症合并T2DM小鼠模型。随机将小鼠均分为模型组、二甲双胍组(0.2 g·kg^(-1))、白虎加人参汤组(以生药计27 g·kg^(-1)),另设6只同龄雄性FVB小鼠作为正常组,各组小鼠给予相应药物灌胃,正常组及模型组灌胃等量蒸馏水,1次/d,连续6周。给药结束后,检测各组小鼠的体质量、Lee's指数、空腹血糖(FBG)、口服糖耐量试验(OGTT),观察附睾白色脂肪组织病理形态,并采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)检测附睾白色脂肪组织中hub基因mRNA的表达水平。结果:共鉴定出白虎加人参汤200种化合物,其中64种生物活性成分反向匹配到384个靶点,与肥胖症合并T2DM相关的靶点共308个。hub基因包括丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1(MAPK1)、信号转导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)、MAPK3、白细胞介素(IL)-2、Janus酪氨酸蛋白激酶1(JAK1)、核转录因子-κB p65(RELA)、雌激素受体1(ESR1)、转录因子AP-1(JUN)、MAPK14和淋巴细胞特异性蛋白酪氨酸激酶(LCK)。GO功能注释结果显示,主要富集于细胞内的胞质、胞膜和胞核等成分,且与肽丝氨酸磷酸化、蛋白质磷酸化、炎症反应等重要生物过程密切相关。在KEGG富集分析中,代谢途径、脂质与动脉粥样硬化、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)和MAPK等信号通路被明显富集。分子对接结果显示,hub基因与白虎加人参汤中的槲皮素、异甘草素、桑黄素等10种生物活性成分具有稳定的结合关系。动物实验结果显示,白虎加人参汤能够显著降低肥胖症合并T2DM小鼠的体质量、Lee's指数和FBG水平(P<0.01),并能够改善附睾白色脂肪组织的病理变化,下调附睾白色脂肪组织中hub基因的mRNA表达(P<0.01)。结论:该研究通过网络药理学及动物实验验证确定了白虎加人参汤中槲皮素、异甘草素、桑黄素等10种潜在活性成分,可能通过调节代谢途径、脂质与动脉粥样硬化、PI3K/Akt和MAPK等信号通路治疗肥胖症合并T2DM,为其机制与临床研究提供了重要的线索和理论基础。

明确我国关键粮食产区水土资源平衡状况,有利于粮食生产结构调整及保障国家粮食安全。以南方洞庭湖流域为研究区,在多期土地利用数据、常规气象站点数据和DEM数据支持下,从耕地的新增、类型转换、存续和灭失4方面系统识别耕地利用变化特征,并运用Penman-Monteith公式、有效降水量模型等揭示其气候水分平衡特征及耕地利用下水土资源平衡效应。结果表明:(1)40年间,洞庭湖流域的水田处于较为稳定的空间分布状态,而旱地重心向西北方向移动了17.36 km~2。耕地存续的相对面积比例达到70.63%,灭失类型多分布于怀化、湘西州等地,新增的耕地来源主要是林地,内部转换集中于衡邵娄等地;(2)流域南端以及洞庭湖区的蒸散能力较强,而西部至西北端偏弱,有效降水量呈西北至东南逐渐增大的特点;(3)1980年水分亏缺区面积比例仅为1.79%,至2020年该比例已增至32.84%,洞庭湖区以及永州市等地水分亏缺风险较高;(4)耕地的气候水分平衡历经了以水分盈余为主到水分亏缺与盈余并存阶段,亏缺区主要分布于洞庭湖区、湘江流域西北部以及永州等地,且亏缺区扩张更多围绕以水田为核心的耕地利用变化类型进行。研究结论可为该流域的耕地合理开发与利用提供决策支持。
