The development of efficient and robust anode materials for stable alkaline seawater electrolysis is severely limited by chlorine evolution reaction and chloride corrosion.Here,the sulfur-doped cobalt-nickel bimetallic phosphides(CoNiPS)are specifically designed as a pre-catalyst for navigating a surface reconstruction to fabricate the anions(PO^(3-)_(4) and SO^(2-)_(4))-decorated Co(Ni)OOH catalyst(R-CoNiPS)with exceptional durability and high activity for stable alkaline seawater oxidation(ASO).Various experiment techniques together with theoretical simulations both demonstrate that the in situ-generated PO^(3-)_(4) and SO^(2-)_(4) anions on catalyst surface can improve the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity,regulating and stabilizing the catalytic active species Co(Ni)OOH,as well as make a critical role in inhibiting the adsorp-tion of chloride ions and extending the service life of electrode.Therefore,this R-CoNiPS electrode exhi-bits superb OER activity toward AsO and stands out among the non-precious ASO electrocatalysts reported recently,requiring low overpotentials of 420 and 440 mV to attain large current densities of 500 and 1000 mA cm^(-2) in an alkaline natural seawater electrolyte,respectively.Particularly,the catalyst displays a negligible chloride corrosion at room temperature during ASO operation(>200 h)at 500 mA cm^(-2).This work opens up a new viewpoint for designing high-activity and durable electrocata-lystsforseawaterelectrolysis.

针对光伏电站接入中性点经电阻接地配电线路后,配电网单相接地故障特征发生显著变化即电网侧故障电流增大、光伏侧短路电流因受控而受限的问题。结合光伏电站控制策略进行单相接地故障分析,利用叠加原理和三序网络推导出电网侧和光伏侧三序电流,得到光伏侧零序电流不受光伏控制器控制策略影响、电网侧检测不到零序电流并且负序电流显著增大的故障特征。最后,用Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了所开展故障分析的正确性。

Geochemical fractionation and potential release behaviour of heavy metals in lead–zinc smelting soils

The lack of understanding of heavy metal speciation and solubility control mechanisms in smelting soils limits the effective pollution control.In this study smelting soils were investigated by an advanced mineralogical analysis(AMICS),leaching tests and thermodynamic modelling.The aims were to identify the partitioning and release behaviour of Pb,Zn,Cd and As.The integration of multiple techniques was necessary and displayed coherent results.In addition to the residual fraction,Pb and Zn were predominantly associated with reducible fractions,and As primarily existed as the crystalline iron oxide-bound fractions.AMICS quantitative analysis further confirmed that Fe oxyhydroxides were the common dominant phase for As,Cd,Pb and Zn.In addition,a metal arsenate(paulmooreite)was an important mineral host for Pb and As.The pH-stat leaching indicted that the release of Pb,Zn and Cd increased towards low pH values while release of As increased towards high p H values.The separate leaching schemes were associated with the geochemical behaviour under the control of minerals and were confirmed by thermodynamic modelling.PHREEQC calculations suggested that the formation of arsenate minerals(schultenite,mimetite and koritnigite)and the binding to Fe oxyhydroxides synchronously controlled the release of Pb,Zn,Cd and As.Our results emphasized the governing role of Fe oxyhydroxides and secondary insoluble minerals in natural attenuation of heavy metals,which provides a novelty strategy for the stabilization of multi-metals in smelting sites.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is known as one of the most malignant tumors with high recurrence and fatality rate.The poor tumor-targeting ability of traditional chemotherapeutic drugs has been a grand challenge for anti-OSCC therapy.Beyond that,a large quantity of tumor associated macrophages in OSCC tissues further diminish the anti-tumor effects of these drugs.Therefore,we produced a therapeutic nano drug delivery system(FA-PEG-PLA-JQ1)through encapsulating JQ1[a small-molecule inhibitor of bromodomain containing protein 4(BRD4)]into the folic acid(FA)-modified nanoparticle(PEG-PLA),which could prolong the half-life of JQ1 and target the tumor tissues.And then,JQ1 released from this nanoparticle could prevent OSCC growth inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and the polarization of M2 type macrophages.In conclusion,our date demonstrated the therapeutic benefits of FA-PEG-PLA-JQ1 against OSCC in vivo or in vitro,which could be a novel treatment strategy for OSCC in coming days.

为明确30%乙螨唑悬浮剂、23%阿维菌素·乙螨唑悬浮剂和15%乙螨唑·唑螨酯悬浮剂等3种杀螨剂对松毛虫赤眼蜂和七星瓢虫的急性毒性效应和初级风险,采用试管药膜法分别测定了3种杀螨剂对松毛虫赤眼蜂和七星瓢虫的急性毒性,并预测杀螨剂在农田内外的暴露量,表征毒性风险。结果表明:3种杀螨剂对松毛虫赤眼蜂急性接触毒性LR50为0.255~63.400 g a.i./hm^(2);对七星瓢虫的急性接触毒性LR_(50-48 h)和LR_(50-16 d)分别为9.30~21.70 g a.i./hm^(2)和3.72~8.36 g a.i./hm^(2)。30%乙螨唑悬浮剂和15%乙螨唑·唑螨酯悬浮剂在农田内外对松毛虫寄生蜂的危害商值HQ均小于5,风险可接受;23%阿维菌素·乙螨唑悬浮剂在农田内外对松毛虫寄生蜂的危害商值HQ均大于5,风险不可接受;30%乙螨唑悬浮剂和23%阿维菌素·乙螨唑悬浮剂对七星瓢虫的农田内危害商值HQ均大于5,风险不可接受;15%乙螨唑·唑螨酯悬浮剂对七星瓢虫的农田内危害商值HQ均小于5,风险可接受;3种杀螨剂对七星瓢虫的农田外危害商值HQ均小于5,风险可接受。综之,2种复配杀螨剂相比单剂的毒性增大,30%乙螨唑悬浮剂和23%阿维菌素·乙螨唑悬浮剂对非靶标节肢动物的风险均不可接受,农药施用时需采用一些风险降低措施来减轻对松毛虫赤眼蜂和七星瓢虫的风险。

Stress sensitivity of carbonate gas reservoirs and its microscopic mechanism

In order to evaluate the stress sensitivity of carbonate reservoirs,a series of rock stress sensitivity tests were carried out under in-situ formation temperature and stress condition.Based on the calibration of capillary pressure curve,the variable fractal dimension was introduced to establish the conversion formula between relaxation time and pore size.By using the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)method,the pore volume loss caused by stress sensitivity within different scales of pore throat was quantitatively analyzed,and the microscopic mechanism of stress sensitivity of carbonate gas reservoirs was clarified.The results show that fractures can significantly affect the stress sensitivity of carbonate reservoirs.With the increase of initial permeability,the stress sensitivity coefficient decreases and then increases for porous reservoirs,but increases monotonously for fractured-porous reservoirs.The pore volume loss caused by stress sensitivity mainly occurs for mesopores(0.02–0.50μm),contributing more than 50%of the total volume loss.Single high-angle fracture contributes 9.6%of the stress sensitivity and 15.7%of the irreversible damage.The microscopic mechanism of the stress sensitivity of carbonate gas reservoirs can be concluded as fracture closure,elastic contraction of pores and plastic deformation of rock skeleton.

The relationship between the fate of nitrogen (N) fertilizer and the N application rate in paddy fields in Northeast China is unclear,as is the fate of residual N.To clarify these issues,paddy field and15N microplot experiments were carried out in 2017 and 2018,with N applications at five levels:0,75,105,135 and 165 kg N ha–1(N0,N75,N105,N135 and N165,respectively).15N-labeled urea was applied to the microplots in 2017,and the same amount of unlabeled urea was applied in 2018.Ammonia (NH3) volatilization,leaching,surface runoff,rice yield,the N contents and15N abundances of both plants and soil were analyzed.The results indicated a linear platform model for rice yield and the application rate of N fertilizer,and the optimal rate was 135 kg N ha–1.N uptake increased with an increasing N rate,and the recovery efficiency of applied N (REN) values of the difference subtraction method were 45.23 and 56.98%on average in 2017and 2018,respectively.The RENwas the highest at the N rate of 135 kg ha–1in 2017 and it was insignificantly affected by the N application rate in 2018,while the agronomic efficiency of applied N (AEN) and physiological efficiency of applied N (PEN) decreased significantly when excessive N was applied.N loss through NH3volatilization,leaching and surface runoff was low in the paddy fields in Northeast China.NH3volatilization accounted for 0.81 and 2.99%of the total N application in 2017 and 2018,respectively.On average,the leaching and surface runoff rates were 4.45% and less than 1.05%,respectively,but the apparent denitrification loss was approximately 42.63%.The residual N fertilizer in the soil layer (0–40 cm) was 18.37–31.81 kg N ha–1in 2017,and the residual rate was 19.28–24.50%.Residual15N from fertilizer in the soil increased significantly with increasing N fertilizer,which was mainly concentrated in the 0–10 cm soil layer,accounting for 58.45–83.54% of the total residual N,and decreased with increasing depth.While the ratio of residual N in the 0–10 cm soil layer to that in the 0–40 cm soil

目的探讨聚唾液酸修饰的β⁃胡萝卜素纳米乳制剂的优缺点并使用星点设计效应面法探究最优化处方。方法以β⁃胡萝卜素的溶解度为指标筛选最优油相条件;然后以离心稳定常数、包封率与药物载药量等为考察指标,采用星点设计效应面法筛选出最优化处方以及制备工艺,采用马尔文电位仪测定粒径和电位,考察纳米乳制剂的释放度和热稳定性,并以此类指标对纳米乳制剂进行表征。结果得到聚唾液酸修饰的β⁃胡萝卜素纳米乳制剂最优化处方为:0.4%(w)β⁃胡萝卜素、25%(w)中链甘油三酸酯(MCT)、4%(w)聚唾液酸⁃十八胺(PSA⁃C18)、0.4%(w)司盘80(Span 80),该纳米乳制剂具有较小且均一的粒径,较高的Zeta电位,以及显著的缓释作用。研究初步证明聚唾液酸修饰的纳米乳能够高效装载β⁃胡萝卜素,并且能够有效提高β⁃胡萝卜素的热稳定性。结论通过对聚唾液酸修饰的β⁃胡萝卜素纳米乳的处方工艺进行优化研究,将为β⁃胡萝卜素纳米乳制剂的开发和应用提供理论依据和技术支持。

Background:The effects of acupuncture have varied in different randomized controlled trials(RCTs),and there are many factors that influence treatment effect of acupuncture in different outcomes,with conflicting results.Objective:To identify factors and their impact on the treatment effect of acupuncture in different outcomes.Methods:Acupuncture RCTs were searched from 7 databases including Medline(Pub Med),Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and China Biology Medicine disc between January 1st,2015 and December 31st,2019.Eligible studies must compare acupuncture to no acupuncture,sham acupuncture,or waiting lists,and report at least 1patient-important outcome.A multi-level meta-regression was conducted using a 3-level robust mixed model and univariate analyses were performed for all independent variables,even those excluded from the multivariable model due to collinearities.We used thresholds of 0.2 and 0.4 for the difference of standardized mean differences(SMDs),categorising them as small(0.4) effects.Results:The pain construct analysis involved 211 effect estimates from 153 studies and 14 independent variables.High-frequency acupuncture treatment sessions produced larger effects compared to low-frequency sessions [large magnitude,the difference of adjusted SMDs 0.46,95% confidence interval(CI) 0.07 to 0.84;P=0.02].The non-pain symptoms construct analysis comprised 323 effect estimates from 231 studies and 15 independent variables.Penetrating acupuncture showed moderately larger effects when compared to non-penetrating acupuncture(0.30,95% CI 0.06 to 0.53;P=0.01).The function construct analysis included 495 effect estimates from 274 studies and 14 independent variables.Penetrating acupuncture and the flexible acupuncture regimen showed moderately larger effects,compared to non-penetrating acupuncture and fixed regimen,respectively(0.40,95% CI 0 to 0.80;P=0.05;0.29,95% CI 0.06 to 0.53;P=0.01).
