Small-molecule organic solar cells(SMOSCs)have attracted considerable attention owing to the merits of small molecules,such as easy purification,well-defined chemical structure.To achieve high-performance SMOSCs,the rational design of well-matched donor and acceptor materials is extremely essential.In this work,two new small molecular donor materials with subtle change in the conjugated side thiophene rings are synthesized.The subtle change significantly affects the photovoltaic performance of molecular donors.Compared with chlorinated molecule MDJ-Cl,the non-chlorinated analogue MDJ exhibits decreased miscibility with the non-fullerene acceptor Y6,can more efficiently quench the excitons of Y6.As a result,a improved PCE of 11.16% is obtained for MDJ:Y6 based SMOSCs.The results highlight the importance of fine-tuning the molecular structure to achieve high-performance SMOSCs.

An effective algorithm based on signal coverage of effective communication and local energy-consumption saving strategy is proposed for the application in wireless sensor networks.This algorithm consists of two sub-algorithms.One is the multi-hop partition subspaces clustering algorithm for ensuring local energybalanced consumption ascribed to the deployment from another algorithm of distributed locating deployment based on efficient communication coverage probability（DLD-ECCP）.DLD-ECCP makes use of the characteristics of Markov chain and probabilistic optimization to obtain the optimum topology and number of sensor nodes.Through simulation,the relative data demonstrate the advantages of the proposed approaches on saving hardware resources and energy consumption of networks.

On the basis of real-world clinical data,the study aimed to explore the effect and mechanisms of the treatment plan of“traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regulating liver regeneration.”A total of 457 patients with HBV-related liver failure were retrospectively collected.The patients were divided into three groups:the modern medicine control group(MMC group),patients treated with routine medical treatment;the control group combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine(CTW),patients treated with routine medical treatment plus the common TCM formula;and the treatment group of“TCM regulating liver regeneration”(RLR),patients treated with both routine medical treatment and the special TCM formula of RLR.After 8 weeks of treatment,the mortality of patients in the RLR group(12.31%)was significantly lower than those in the MMC(50%)and CTW(29.11%)groups.Total bilirubin level significantly decreased and albumin increased in the RLR group when compared with the MMC and CTW groups(P<0.05).In addition,there were significant differences in the expression of several cytokines related to liver regeneration in the RLR group compared with the MMC group.RLR treatment can decrease jaundice,improve liver function,and significantly reduce the mortality in patients with HBV-related liver failure.The mechanism may be related to the role of RLR treatment in influencing cytokines related to liver regeneration.

Numerical investigation on free air blast loads generated from center-initiated cylindrical charges with varied aspect ratio in arbitrary orientation

In current guidelines, the free air blast loads(overpressure and impulse) are determined by spherical charges, although most of ordnance devices are more nearly cylindrical than spherical in geometry. This may result in a great underestimation of blast loads in the near field and lead to an unsafe design.However, there is still a lack of systematic quantitative analysis of the blast loads generated from cylindrical charges. In this study, a numerical model is developed by using the hydrocode AUTODYN to investigate the influences of aspect ratio and orientation on the free air blast loads generated from center-initiated cylindrical charges. This is done by examining the pressure contours, the peak overpressures and impulses for various aspect ratios ranged from 1 to 8 and arbitrary orientation monitored along every azimuth angle with an interval of 5°. To characterize the distribution patterns of blast loads,three regions, i.e., the axial region, the vertex region and the radial region are identified, and the propagation of blast waves in each region is analyzed in detail. The complexity of blast loads of cylindrical charges is found to result from the bridge wave and its interaction with primary waves. Several empirical formulas are presented based on curve-fitting the numerical data, including the orientation where the maximum peak overpressure emerges, the critical scaled distance beyond which the charge shape effect could be neglected and blast loads with varied aspect ratio in arbitrary orientation, all of which are useful for blast-resistant design.

The paper presented topology optimization of 2 D and 3 D Nanofluid-Cooled Heat Sink(NCHS). The flow and heat transfer problem in the NCHS was treated as a single-phase nanofluid based convective heat transfer model. The temperature-dependent fluid properties were taken into account in the model due to the strong temperature-dependent features of nanofluids. An average temperature minimum problem was studied subject to the fluid area and energy dissipation constraints by using the density method. In the method, the design variable is updated according to the gradient information obtained by an adjoint based sensitivity analysis process. The effects of the energy dissipation constraint, temperature-dependent fluid properties and nanofluid characteristics on optimal configurations of NCHS were numerically investigated with following conclusions.Firstly, branched flow channels in the optimal configuration increased with the rise of the allowed energy dissipation. Secondly, temperature-dependent fluid properties were significant for obtaining the appropriate optimal results with best cooling performance. Thirdly, heat transfer performances of optimal configurations were enhanced by reducing the nanoparticle diameter or increasing the nanoparticle volume fraction. Fourthly, the optimal configuration for nanofluid had better cooling performance than that for its base fluid.

Objective:The main characteristics of diabetic nephropathy(DN)at the early stage are abnormal angiogenesis of glomerular endothelial cells(GECs)and macrophage infiltration.Galectin-3 plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of DN via binding with its ligand,advanced glycation end products(AGEs).Catalpol,an iridoid glucoside extracted from Rehmannia glutinosa,has been found to ameliorate vascular inflammation,reduce endothelial permeability,and protect against endothelial damage in diabetic milieu.However,little is known about whether catalpol could exert an anti-angiogenesis and anti-inflammation effect induced by AGEs.Methods:Mouse GECs(mGECs)and RAW 264.7 macrophages were treated with different concentrations of AGEs(0,50,100,200 and 400μg/mL)for different time(0,6,12,24 and 48 h)to determine the optimal concentration of AGEs and treatment time.Cells were treated with catalpol(10μmol/L),GB1107(1μmol/L,galectin-3 inhibitor),PX-478(50μmol/L,HIF-1αinhibitor),adenovirus-green fluorescent protein(Ad-GFP)[3×10^(7)plaque-forming unit(PFU)/mL]or Ad-galectin-3-GFP(2×10^(8)PFU/mL),which was followed by incubation with 50μg/mL AGEs.The levels of galectin-3,vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)and pro-angiogenic factors angiopoietin-1(Ang-1),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),tunica interna endothelial cell kinase-2(Tie-2)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)assay was used to evaluate the proliferation of these cells.The expression levels of galectin-3,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(VEGFR1),VEGFR2,and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)in mGECs and those of galectin-3 and HIF-1αin RAW 264.7 macrophages were detected by Western blotting and immunofluorescence(IF)staining.The rat DN model was established.Catalpol(100 mg/kg)or GB1107(10 mg/kg)was administered intragastrically once a day for 12 weeks.Ad-galectin-3-GFP(6×10^(7)PFU/mL,0.5 mL)or Ad-GFP(6×10^(6)PFU/mL,0.5 mL)was injected into the tail vein of rats 48 h before the sacrifice of the animals.The expression of gale

In this paper,the flow field characteristics of Oblique Detonation Waves(ODWs)induced by a finite wedge under argon dilution are studied by solving the Euler equations with a detailed chemical model of hydrogen and air.First,the effects of the expansion waves,argon concentration,geometric parameters,and Mach number on the ODW are discussed.The results show that the changes of these parameters may make the oblique detonation not be initiated.Then,the ODW initiation criterion of the finite wedge is summarized,as the characteristic length of the induction zone LCand the characteristic length of the oblique wedge LWmeet the condition LC/LW<1,the initiation of the ODW occurs;otherwise,it does not occur.What’s more,the Constant Volume Combustion(CVC)theory is applied to study the characteristic length of induction zone.It is found that CVC theory is more suitable for the“smooth transition”type of ODW flow field,the theoretical and numerical characteristic length in induction regions are in good agreement.This work is of great significance for the design of oblique detonation engines for hypersonic vehicles.

事件预测需要综合考虑的要素众多,现有预测模型多数存在数据稀疏、事件的组合特征及时序特征考虑不足、预测类型单一等问题。为此,提出了基于关系图卷积神经网络的多标签事件预测方法,通过节点特征聚合技术实现数据的稠密化表示。模型利用卷积神经网络的卷积和池化运算,提取预测数据的组合时间段特征信息,并结合长短期记忆网络的时序特征提取能力,进一步提取预测数据的时序规律特征;最后,模型通过全连接的多标签分类器,输出多种类型事件发生的概率值。实验结果表明,所提模型可以支持进行多日期、多类型事件预测,在特定数据集上最高F 1值可以达到0.85。
