In this paper,the method of polynomial particular solutions is used to solve nonlinear Poisson-type partial differential equations in one,two,and three *** condition number of the coefficient matrix is reduced through the implementation of multiple scale technique,ultimately yielding a stable numerical *** methodological process can be divided into two main parts:first,identifying the corresponding polynomial particular solutions for the linear differential operator terms in the governing equations,and second,employing these polynomial particular solutions as basis function to iteratively solve the remaining nonlinear terms within the governing ***,we investigate the potential improvement in numerical accuracy for equations with singularities in the analytical solution by shifting the computational domain a certain *** experiments are conducted to assess both the accuracy and stability of the proposed method.A comparison of the obtained results with those produced by other numerical methods demonstrates the accuracy,stability,and efficiency of the proposed method in handling nonlinear Poisson-type partial differential equations.

深度学习在医学图像分类应用过程中存在以下问题:一是无法针对医学图像性质构建深度学习模型层级;二是深度学习模型网络初始化权重未能得到较好优化。为此,首先从网络优化角度出发,通过优化方法提高网络的非线性建模能力,提出了一种新的网络权重初始化方法,缓解了现有深度学习的初始化理论受限于非线性单元类型的问题,增加了神经网络处理不同视觉任务的潜力。同时,为了充分利用医学图像的特性,通过对多列卷积神经网络框架进行深入研究,发现通过改变卷积神经网络不同层次的特征数目和卷积核大小,可以构建不同的卷积神经网络模型,以更好地适应待处理医学图像的医学特性,并训练得到的异构多列卷积神经网络。最后,利用提出的一种自适应的滑动窗口融合机制,共同完成医学图像的分类任务。基于上述思想,提出了一种基于权重初始化-多层卷积神经网络滑动窗口融合的医学分类算法。利用提出方法对乳腺肿块分类、脑肿瘤组织分类实验和医学图像数据库分类分别进行实验,实验结果表明,所提方法不仅平均准确率较传统机器学习、其他深度学习方法有明显提高,而且具有较好的稳定性和鲁棒性。

Background: Many Parkinson disease (PD) patients complain about chronic fatigue and sleep disturbances during the night. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between fatigue and sleep disturbances by using polysomnography (PSG) in PD ***: Two hundred and thirty-two PD patients (152 with mild fatigue and 80 with severe fatigue) were recruited in this study. Demographic information and clinical symptoms were collected. Fatigue severity scale (FSS) was applied to evaluate the severity of fatigue, and PSG was conducted in all PD patients. FSS ≥4 was defined as severe fatigue, and FSS <4 was defined as mild fatigue. Multivariate logistic regression and linear regression models were used to investigate the associations between fatigue and sleep ***: Patients with severe fatigue tended to have a longer duration of disease, higher Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale score, more advanced Hoehn and Yahr stage, higher daily levodopa equivalent dose, worse depression, anxiety, and higher daytime sleepiness score. In addition, they had lower percentage of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep (P = 0.009) and were more likely to have REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) (P = 0.018). Multivariate logistic regression analyses found that the presence of RBD and proportion of REM sleep were the independent predictors for fatigue. After the adjustment of age, sex, duration, body mass index, severity of disease, scores of Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression, Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale, and other sleep disorders, proportion of REM sleep and degree of REM sleep without atonia in patients with PD were still associated with FSS ***: Considering the association between fatigue, RBD, and the altered sleep architecture, fatigue is a special subtype in PD and more studies should be focused on this debilitating symptom.
