Plant viruses are a group of intracellular pathogens that persistently threaten global food *** advances in plant virology have been achieved by Chinese scientists over the last 20 years,including basic research and technologies for preventing and controlling plant viral ***,we review these milestones and advances,including the identification of new crop-infecting viruses,dissection of pathogenic mechanisms of multiple viruses,examination of multilayered interactions among viruses,their host plants,and virus-transmitting arthropod vectors,and in-depth interrogation of plantencoded resistance and susceptibility ***,various plant virus-based vectors have also been successfully developed for gene function studies and target gene expression in *** also recommend future plant virology studies in China.

涤纶垫片加强胰十二指肠切除术中胰肠吻合的初步临床研究

目的:探讨将涤纶垫片用于加强传统胰十二指肠切除术中胰肠吻合,从而预防术后胰瘘的安全性与实用性。方法:回顾性分析2018年8月至2023年8月安阳市人民医院由同一主刀医师完成的82例胰十二指肠切除术的患者临床资料,其中男性52例,女性30例,年龄(62.21±9.75)岁。根据是否在胰肠吻合中使用涤纶垫片将患者分为试验组( n=40)与对照组( n=42),对两组的围术期数据进行比较,并利用Logistic分析影响术后胰瘘的危险因素。结果:两组患者在胆瘘、肠瘘、腹腔感染、腹腔出血、术后死亡率方面差异无统计学意义(均 P>0.05)。试验组术后胰瘘发生率20.0%(8/40)低于对照组的45.2%(19/42),差异有统计学意义( P=0.015)。胰腺质地较软( OR=16.595,95% CI:1.891~145.657)是发生术后胰瘘的独立危险因素,而使用涤纶垫片的改良胰肠吻合方式( OR=0.332,95% CI:0.114~0.969)可降低发生术后胰瘘的风险。结论:在胰十二指肠切除术中使用涤纶垫片加强胰肠吻合能降低术后胰瘘发生率,具有较好的安全性和实用性。

A dynamic task assignment model for aviation emergency rescue based on multi-agent reinforcement learning

China's natural disaster situation presents a complex and severe scenario, resulting in substantial human and material losses as a result of large-scale emergencies. Recognizing the significance of aviation emergency rescue, the state provides strong support for its development. However, China's current aviation emergency rescue system is still under construction and encounters various challenges;one such challenge is to match the dynamically changing multi-point rescue demands with the limited availability of aircraft dispatch. We propose a dynamic task assignment model and a trainable model framework for aviation emergency rescue based on multi-agent reinforcement learning. Combined with a targeted design, the scheduling matching problem is transformed into a stochastic game process from the rescue location perspective. Subsequently, an optimized strategy model with high robustness can be obtained by solving the training framework. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed model is able to achieve higher assignment benefits by considering the dynamic nature of rescue demands and the limited availability of rescue helicopter crews. Additionally, the model is able to achieve higher task assignment rates and average time satisfaction by assigning tasks in a more efficient and timely manner. The results suggest that the proposed dynamic task assignment model is a promising approach for improving the efficiency of aviation emergency rescue.

目的:针对双线圈永磁接触器的合分闸电容充电电路体积大、电容寿命急剧下降的问题,提出一种合分闸电容双向倍压的分回路同步充电控制系统,实现双线圈永磁接触器合分闸电容快速安全充电。方法:构建双向倍压整流电路,使用Multisim建立的仿真模型进行测试,通过PWM波控制充电电路两端电压,并对波形进行分析。结果:对倍压整流电路两端电压进行检测,两端电压可达到350 V,对合分闸充电电容两端充电电压进行控制,可以将充电电压稳定在150 V。结论:该设计实现合分闸电容双向倍压整流功能,一定程度上增加合分闸电容的工作寿命,大大提高电力设备运行的稳定性和安全性。

This paper studies the optimization problem of heterogeneous networks under a timevarying *** agent only accesses to one local objective function,which is *** improved algorithm with noisy measurement of local objective functions' sub-gradients and additive noises among information exchanging between each pair of agents is designed to minimize the sum of objective functions of all *** weaken the effect of these noises,two step sizes are introduced in the control *** graph theory,stochastic analysis and martingale convergence theory,it is proved that if the sub-gradients are uniformly bounded,the sequence of digraphs is balanced and the union graph of all digraphs is joint strongly connected,then the designed control protocol can force all agents to find the global optimal point almost *** last,the authors give some numerical examples to verify the effectiveness of the stochastic sub-gradient algorithms.

High-sensitivity photonic crystal fiber sensor based on surface plasmon resonance

In this paper, we propose a photonic crystal fiber(PCF) sensor based on the surface plasmonic resonance(SPR) effect for simultaneous temperature and refractive index(RI) measurement. The coupling characteristics and sensing performance of the sensor are analyzed using the full vector finite element method(FEM). The sensor provides two channels for independent measurement of RI and temperature. When operating independently, channel I supports y-polarized light with a sensitivity of up to 7 000 nm/RIU for detecting RI, while channel II supports x-polarized light with a sensitivity of up to 16 nm/°C for detecting temperature. Additionally, we investigate the influence of gold layer thickness on the sensing performance to optimize the sensor.

Oyster(Crassostrea gigas),the main ingredient of oyster sauce,has a strong umami *** this study,three potential umami peptides,FLNQDEEAR(FR-9),FNKEE(FE-5),and EEFLK(EK-5),were identified and screened from the alcoholic extracts of the oyster using nano-HPLC-MS/MS analysis,i Umami-Scoring Card Method(i Umami-SCM)database and molecular docking(MD).Sensory evaluation and electronic tongue analysis were further used to confirm their *** threshold of the three peptides ranged from 0.38 to 0.55 mg/m *** with umami receptors T1R1/T1R3 indicated that the electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bond interaction were the main forces ***,the Phe592 and Gln853 of T1R3 were the primary docking site for MD and played an important role in umami *** with two Glu residues at the terminus had stronger umami,especially at the *** results contribute to the understanding of umami peptides in oysters and the interaction mechanism between umami peptides and umami receptors.

This paper reports a new application of permanent magnet actuator for vacuum contactors.A novel permanent magnet(PM) actuator to drive a vacuum contactor with intrinsically safe and low supply voltage is *** is mounted on the static iron of the contactor to enhance its holding force and *** only one coil is used to break the vacuum contactor,two series coils are deployed to yield a high magnetomotive force to realize the making *** electrical circuit equation,mechanical equation and magnetic field are all coupled in the simulation.A prototype is manufactured and tested to validate and showcase the performance of the contactor which is equipped with the proposed PM actuator.

Characterization and spatial analysis of coseismic landslides triggered by the Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake in the Xianshuihe fault zone, Southwest China

On September 5, 2022, a magnitude Ms 6.8 earthquake occurred along the Moxi fault in the southern part of the Xianshuihe fault zone located in the southeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau,resulting in severe damage and substantial economic loss. In this study, we established a coseismic landslide database triggered by Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake, which includes 4794 landslides with a total area of 46.79 km^(2). The coseismic landslides primarily consisted of medium and small-sized landslides, characterized by shallow surface sliding. Some exhibited characteristics of high-position initiation resulted in the obstruction or partial obstruction of rivers, leading to the formation of dammed lakes. Our research found that the coseismic landslides were predominantly observed on slopes ranging from 30° to 50°, occurring at between 1000 m and 2500 m, with slope aspects varying from 90° to 180°. Landslides were also highly developed in granitic bodies that had experienced structural fracturing and strong-tomoderate weathering. Coseismic landslides concentrated within a 6 km range on both sides of the Xianshuihe and Daduhe fault zones. The area and number of coseismic landslides exhibited a negative correlation with the distance to fault lines, road networks, and river systems, as they were influenced by fault activity, road excavation, and river erosion. The coseismic landslides were mainly distributed in the southeastern region of the epicenter, exhibiting relatively concentrated patterns within the IX-degree zones such as Moxi Town, Wandong River basin, Detuo Town to wanggangping Township. Our research findings provide important data on the coseismic landslides triggered by the Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake and reveal the spatial distribution patterns of these landslides. These findings can serve as important references for risk mitigation, reconstruction planning, and regional earthquake disaster research in the earthquake-affected area.
