Dermal injury,including trauma,surgical incisions,and burns,remain the most prevalent socio-economical health care issue in the *** represents a reliable administration strategy that can promote the healing of skin lesions,but the lack of effective drug delivery methods can limit its *** this study,we developed a novel nano-drug delivery system to treat skin defects through *** prepared curcumin-loaded chitosan nanoparticles modified with epidermal growth factor(EGF)to develop an aqueous EGF-modified spray(EGF@CCN)for the treatment of dermal *** vitro assays showed that the EGF@CCN displayed low cytotoxicity,and that curcumin was continuously and slowly released from the EGF@*** vivo efficacy on wound healing was then evaluated using full-thickness dermal defect models in Wistar rats,showing that the EGF@CCN had significant advantages in promoting wound *** day 12 post-operation,skin defects in the rats of the EGF@CCN group were almost completely *** effects were related to the activity of curcumin and EGF on skin healing,and the high compatibility of the nano *** therefore conclude that the prepared nano-scaled EGF@CCN spray represents a promising strategy for the treatment of dermal wounds.

足踝平衡训练治疗创伤性踝关节不稳的疗效

目的探讨足踝平衡训练对创伤性慢性踝关节不稳（CAI）的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年6月收治的CAI患者90例，并按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组男17例，女28例；年龄13～26岁，平均19．6岁。左足23例，右足22例。试验组男18例，女27例；年龄14～27岁，平均20．3岁。左足19例，右足26例。对照组仅完成基础肌力训练，试验组完成基础肌力训练的基础上加平衡训练（橡皮筋、运动海绵垫、平衡踏板、橡皮平衡球、运动跳球）。比较两组足踝残疾指数（FADI），正前方向、正后方向、后外侧45。星状伸展平衡试验（SEBT）达到的距离，以及视觉模拟评分（VAS）情况。结果训练后，试验组和对照组FAD1分别为35．16±3．23，22．33±1．36，正前方向SEBT分别为74．17±8．35、68．32±8．11，正后方向SEBT分别为78．59±7．22、71．89±7．11，后外侧45°SEBT分别为75．79±8．27、68．95±8．03，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。试验组与对照组训练后VAS分别为（3．01±0．91）分和（3．42±1．02）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。组内比较，训练前后试验组FADI、SEBT和VAS差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组FADI训练前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而VAS及SEBT训练前后差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论平衡训练可改善CAI患者的动态平衡和失稳的自我感觉，治疗效果满意，值得临床推广。

目的观察人滑膜细胞基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）表达及活性受钛合金颗粒、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、前列腺素E2（PGE2）的调控表现,探讨滑膜细胞在钛合金材料关节假体周围骨溶解的机制.方法用钛合金颗粒、IL-6、PGE2加载滑膜细胞（关节滑膜细胞来源于正常人严重创伤后捐献,体外培养5代）,于12、24、48、72 h等时间节点收集上清液,检测MMP-9的活性（优化明胶酶谱法）.结果直径最小的钛合金颗粒（≤5 μm）能刺激人滑膜细胞MMP-9蛋白表达是对照组的3.75倍;钛合金颗粒、IL-6、PGE2及其中两者联合作用致MMP-9高表达（P＜0.01）,三者联合作用有协同效应（P＜0.01）.钛合金颗粒、IL-6、PGE2能够刺激人关节滑膜细胞增加MMP-9蛋白活性,并具有协同叠加效应.结论钛合金材料人工关节置换术后,磨损颗粒和IL-6、PGE2协同刺激滑膜细胞,胞外基质降解,导致假体的骨性静态支持结构力学性能下降,破骨细胞活性被激活,参与假体无菌性松动的发生.

This paper investigates the recoil control of the deepwater drilling riser system with nonlinear tension force and energy-bounded friction force under the circumstances of limited network resources and unreliable *** from the existing linearization modeling method,a triangle-based polytope modeling method is applied to the nonlinear riser *** on the polytope model,to improve resource utilization and accommodate random data loss and communication delay,an asynchronous gain-scheduled control strategy under a hybrid event-triggered scheme is *** asynchronous linear parameter-varying system that blends input delay and impulsive update equation is presented to model the nonlinear networked recoil control system,where the asynchronous deviation bounds of scheduling parameters are *** to the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method,some solvable conditions of disturbance attenuation analysis and recoil control design are derived such that the resulting networked system is exponentially mean-square stable with prescribed H∞*** obtained numerical results verified that the proposed nonlinear networked control method can achieve a better recoil response of the riser system with less transmission data compared with the linear control method.

The aging process of atmospheric aerosols usually leads to a mixture of inorganic salts and organic compounds of anthropogenic *** organic compounds,polyhydroxy organic acids are important components,however,the study on composition and hygroscopic properties of the mixture containing inorganics and polyhydroxy organic acids is *** this study,gluconic acid,the proxy of polyhydroxy organic acids,is mixed with the representative nitrate(Mg(NO_(3))_(2),Ca(NO_(3))_(2))to form ***-FTIR and optical microscopy are employed to study the component changes and hygroscopicity as a function of relative *** relative humidity fluctuates,the FTIR-ATR spectra display that the internal mixed gluconic acid(CH_(2)(CH)_(4)(OH)_(5)COOH)and nitrate can react to release acidic gases,forming relevant gluconate and further affecting the *** specific presentation is particles cannot be recovered to their original size after the dehydration-hydration process and there will be some disparities in GF for mixed *** the gluconic acid-Ca(NO_(3))_(2)/Mg(NO_(3))_(2)mixtures with molar ratios of 1:1,higher degree of reaction resulting in the production of large amounts of gluconate should be responsible to the lower hygroscopicity compared to ZSR *** 1:2 gluconic acid-nitrate mixed systems(with higher nitrate content),the hygroscopicity of mixtures are higher than the ZSR prediction.A possible reason could be‘salt-promoting effect’on the organic fractions of the surplus inorganic salt in the *** data can improve the chemical composition list evaluation,in turn hygroscopic properties and phase state of atmospheric aerosol,and then the climate effect.

The synthesis of methacrylic acid from biomass-derived itaconic acid is a green route,for it can get rid of the dependence on fossil *** order to solve the problems on this route such as use of a preciousmetal catalyst and a corrosive homogeneous alkali,we prepared a series of hydroxyapatite catalysts by an ionic liquid-assisted hydrothermal method and evaluated their catalytic *** results showed that the ionic liquid[Bmim]BF_(4) can affect the crystal growth of hydroxyapatite,provide fluoride ion for fluorination of hydroxyapatite,and adjust the surface acidity and basicity,morphology,textural properties,crystallinity,and composition of ***[Bmim]BF4 dosage and hydrothermal temperature can affect the fluoride ion concentration in the hydrothermal system,thus changing the degree of fluoridation of *** fluoride-ion concentration can lead to the formation of CaF_(2) and thus significantly decrease the catalytic performance of *** hydrothermal time mainly affects the growth of hydroxyapatite crystals on the c axis,leading to different catalytic *** suitable conditions for the preparation of this fluoridized hydroxyapatite are as follows:a mass ratio of[Bmim]BF4 to calcium salt=0.2:1,a hydrothermal time of 12 h,and a hydrothermal temperature of 130℃.A maximal methacrylic acid yield of 54.7%was obtained using the fluoridized hydroxyapatite under relatively mild reaction conditions(250℃ and 2 MPa of N_(2))in the absence of a precious-metal catalyst and a corrosive homogeneous alkali.

Quantum dots have been widely applied in biosensing due to their outstanding optical *** emissions of quantum dots are mainly determined by their composition and size,as described by the Brus’s ***,in this case,their emissions are hardly regulated reversibly and responsively,which are unsuitable for biosensing and *** the last decade,capping ligands have been used for designing biosensors because of their responsive regulation on the photoluminescence of quantum ***,we first summarize the advances in characterization and calculation specific for ligands,which have helped to provide insights into the photoluminescence process and energy band theory of quantum *** then review two ways of ligand design that influence the optical properties of quantum dots:affecting the process of photoluminescence,or the orbital/electronic *** the latter case,the atoms on both the ligand and the surface of the quantum dot interact to affect the energy band structure of the quantum dot *** are presented of how these quantum dots that possess responsive properties due to the design of the ligands have been applied to *** further exploration,we hope to see advances in the fundamental understanding of the energy band structures and practical applications of these quantum dots.

This paper considers setting different dips for different sub-faults to fit the actual rupture situation based on the fault rupture of the 2013 Lushan M_(S)7.0 ***,combined with the coseismic GNSS data of the Lushan earthquake,the source parameters and sliding distribution of the Lushan earthquake fault are ***,we use the gradient based optimizer(GBO)in nonlinear inversion to obtain the source parameters of this seismic *** inversion results indicate that the strike of the fault is 206.52°,the dip is 44.10°,the length is 21.92 km,and the depth is 12.79 *** refine the sliding distribution of the seismic fault,the seismic fault is divided into 3×3 ***,we fix the central sub-fault dip of 44.10°;the dip of other sub-faults is obtained by *** that,the model is further divided into a fault layer model composed of 23×19 sub fault slices,and using the Matlab fitting function is used to fit the dip of the 23×19 sub ***,the Lushan seismic fault plane is established as a shovel structure with steep upper and gentle lower,steep south and gentle *** slip distribution inversion results indicate that the depth of the slip peak is 13 km,the corresponding maximum slip momentum is 0.67 m,the seismic moment is 1.10×10^(19)N·m and the corresponding moment magnitude is *** results above are consistent with the research results of seismology.
