During ultradeep oil and gas drilling,fluid loss reducers are highly important for water-based drilling fluids,while preparing high temperature-and salt-resistance fluid loss reducers with excellent rheology and filtration performance remains a ***,a micro-crosslinked amphoteric hydrophobic association copolymer(i.e.,DADC)was synthesized using N,N-dimethyl acrylamide,diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,hydrophobic monomer,and pentaerythritol triallyl ether *** to the synergistic effects of hydrogen bonds,electrostatic interaction,hydrophobic association,and micro-crosslinking,the DADC copolymer exhibited outstanding temperature-and *** rheological experiments have shown that the DADC copolymer had excellent shear dilution performance and a certain degree of salt-responsive viscosity-increasing *** DADC copolymer could effectively adsorb on the surface of bentonite particles through electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonds,which bring more negative charge to the bentonite,thus improving the hydration and dispersion of bentonite particles as well as the colloidal stability of the drilling ***,the drilling fluids constructed based on the DADC copolymer exhibited satisfactory rheological and filtration properties(FLHTHP=12 m L)after aging at high temperatures(up to200℃)and high salinity(saturated salt)***,this work provided new insights into designing and fabricating high-performance drilling fluid treatment agents,demonstrating good potential applications in deep and ultradeep drilling engineering.

Advanced electrode materials for electrocatalysis of electrolytic decomposition are crucial materials in the field of hydrogen production from renewable *** this work,a new type of integrated hydrogen evolution electrode material was synthesized by selective acidification etching and in situ growth technology.A no vel-integrated Ni-mo sulfide electrode material with a threedimensional network structure was successfully prepared using a two-step method（convenient surface modification and in situ growth techniques）,which involved surface modification at 30% HNO3for 10 min and followed by annealing treatment at 600℃ for 1 h with 10℃·min-1heating *** structure displayed an electrochemical active surface area（ECSA） of 30.125 mF·cm-2,calculated on 0.10-0.30 V（***） CV curves with a 5-50 mV·s-1sweep rate *** ECS A of other samples was also tested by aforementioned methods,which had great distinction on ECS A with different *** novel-integrated Ni-mo sulfide electrode material appeared to have extremity electrochemical performance in a three-electrode configuration employing 1 m KOH solution as an electrolyte,including an excellent hydrogen evolution overpotential of 346 mV at the current density of500 mA·cm-2,superior Tafel slope with 103 mV·*** outstanding electrochemical performances of the novel-integrated Ni-mo sulfide electrode materials were directly related to the distinctive integrated ***,it was facility to find that the successful preparation of novel-integrated Ni-mo sulfide electrode material provided more selection opportunities for alkaline electrolysis of water and offered an innovative mentality for the preparation of other types of electrode materials.

A microporous luminescent metal-organic framework [Zn4L2（H2O）2]＇（H2O）m（DmA）n （1）（H4L=5,5＇-（（1H-pyrazole-3,5-di- carbonyl）bis（azanediyl））diisophthalic acid, DmA=N,N-dimethylacetamide） was synthesized and characterized by infrared ra- diation （IR）, thermogravimetric analyses （TGA）, powder X-ray diffraction spectra （PXRD） and X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 has a three dimensional （3D） framework, which can be simplified as 5,5,5,5-c net with the Schlafi symbol of {43.64.83} {44.65.8 } {45.65 }2. This luminescent metal-organic framework （mOF） shows selectively sensitive to nitrobenzene and series of nitroaromatic explosives such as 4-nitrotoluene, 1,4-dinitrobenzene, 1,3-dinitrobenzene and 2,4-dinitrotoluene, and exhibits well recyclability. So complex 1 could be used to detect nitroaromatic explosives as a selective sensing material.

AIm: To establish an accurate and rapid stem-loop reverse transcriptional real-time PCR (RT-PCR) method to quantify human let-7a miRNA in gastric cancer. mETHODS: According to the sequence of let-7a miRNA,the stem-loop reverse transcriptional primer,the primers and quantitative mGB probes of real-time PCR were designed and synthesized. The dynamic range and the sensitivity of quantitative reverse transcriptional real-time PCR were determined. The levels of let-7a miRNA were examined in 32 gastric carcinoma samples by stem-loop RT-PCR method. RESULTS: The dynamic range and sensitivity of the let-7a miRNA quantification scheme were evaluated,the result showed the assay could precisely detect 10 copies of mature let-7a miRNA in as few as 0.05 ng of total RNA of gastric mucosa. The results of specificity analysis showed no fluorescence signal occurred even though 50 ng of human genomic DNA was added to the reverse transcription (RT) reaction. The expression level of let-7a miRNA in gastric tumor tissues was significantly lower compared to normal tissues in 14 samples from 32 patients. CONCLUSION: The stem-loop RT-PCR is a reliable method to detect let-7a miRNA which may play an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma.

Source and yearly distribution of PAHs in the snow from the Hailuogou glacier of mountain Gongga, China

Snow samples were collected over a 3-year period from 2012 to 2014 at the Hailuogou glacier of mountain Gongga(mt. Gongga) and analyzed for 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) using Gas Chromatography–mass Spectrometry(GC–mS). The results show that total average levels of the 16 PAHs ranged from 452 to 290 ng·L^(-1) with a possible declining trend from 2012 to 2014. Distances between the sampling sites and the emission sources were estimated at typically less than 500 km. The results suggest that the major source of PAHs was from coal combustion, while contributions from automobile exhaust played an important role in more recent years. This finding was in agreement with the characteristics of presence of local industry, residence, and recent development of tourism of the surrounding areas.

Three new CuⅡ coordination polymers,[Cu2(oba)2(H2O)(DmF)].3H2O(1),[Cu4(oba)4(DmF)4].***(2) and [Cu2(oba)(hmp)2](3)(H2oba = 4,4'-oxybis(benzoic acid),Hhmp = 2-pyridine methanol,DmF = N,N'-dimethylformamide) were synthesized by solvothermal reactions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray *** complexes 1 and 2 take three-dimensional(3D) three-fold interpenetrating PtS topology with 1D *** complex 3,Cu4 clusters were formed by the chelating hmp ligands,and then the clusters were further linked by oba ligands to form a 3D three-fold interpenetrating dia topology *** 2,N2 sorption shows type I isotherm with BET surface areas of 562 m2 g-1 and Langmuir surface area of 747 m2 g-1,*** 77 and 87 K,the hydrogen uptakes of complex 2 are 0.89 wt% and 0.57 wt%,*** investigation showed the ferromagnetic coupling between CuII ions and very weak antiferromagnetic interaction between Cu4 clusters in complex 3.

BACKGROUND:mAVERIC(mitral Valve Repair Clinical Trial)validates the safety and effi cacy of the ARTO *** here report the fi rst two successful cases of utilizing the ARTO system in patients with symptomatic heart failure(HF)with functional mitral regurgitation(FmR)in ***:Two patients,aged 70 and 63,had severe HF with *** echocardiography confirmed that the left ventricular ejection fractions were less than 50%with severe mitral regurgitation(mR)in both *** drug treatment could not mitigate their ***,we used the ARTO system to repair the mitral valve for these patients on march 5 and 6,2019,***:mitral valve repairs using the ARTO system were successfully performed under general anaesthesia for these two *** was decreased immediately after the procedures in both *** 30-day and 3-month transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)revealed a moderate to severe mR in both patients,and the New York heart Association(NYHA)scales were also partially ***:The first two cases in Asia indicate that the ARTO system is feasible for patients with heart failure with FmR,and the patient selection appears to be crucial.

The influence of annealing temperature on the shape memory effect （SmE） and recovery ratio of cold-rolled dual-phase Ni58mn25Ga16.9Gdo.1 high-temperature shape memory alloy were investigated. The results showed that the SmE can be improved by appropriate annealing. SmE of 6.0% and recovery ratio of 98% were observed in the rolled alloy at 550 ℃ annealing, which were larger than that of the samples annealed at other temperatures. The annealing temperature was in between the recrystallization temperatures of the martensite and 7 phase, which leads to the work-hardening state of 7 phase kept unchanged during annealing process, and therefore, the critical slip stress of y phase increased. Thus, the plastic deformation of ~ phase reduced during the compression process, and the SmE increased.
