Objective:In this study,we screened for therapeutic targets of the xian-Lian-jie-Du decoction(XLJDD)for colorectal cancer(CRC)and explored the underlying mechanisms using network pharmacology ***:Genes associated with CRC were collected from the Gene Cards *** names of the active compounds of XLJDD were used as keywords in the“chemical name”in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP)database to search the *** protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed using Cytoscape *** Ontology functional enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analyses were performed to identify key target ***:A total of 234 XLJDD-related targets and 250 cross-targets between XLJDD and CRC were collected based on the TCMSP and HIT 2.0 databases.A PPI network constructed based on the STRING database revealed interactions for all 250 *** network results revealed TP53,MYC,CCND1,AKT1,CASP3,and STAT3 as core potential *** pathway analysis of the 250 potential XLJDD targets for CRC in the Metascape database was performed using RStudio *** top 12 gene ratio aggregated analysis results were visualized in bubble *** interleukin(IL)-17 signaling pathway had the highest correlation with the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)signaling ***:XLJDD may be effective in ameliorating CRC by controlling inflammatory factors related to the IL-17 and TNF pathways and targeting proto-oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes,including MYC,CCND1,CTNNB1,and TP53.

With increasing drilling depth and large dosage of weighting materials,drilling fluids with high solid content are characterized by poor stability,high viscosity,large water loss,and thick mud cake,easier leading to reservoir damage and wellbore *** this paper,micronized barite(MB)was modified(mMB)by grafting with hydrophilic polymer onto the surface through the free radical polymerization to displace conventional API barite *** suspension stability of water-based drilling fluids(WBDFs)weighted with API barite:mMB=2:1 in 600 g was significantly enhanced compared with that with API barite/WBDFs,exhibiting the static sag factor within 0.54 and the whole stability index of *** viscosity and yield point reached the minimum,with a reduction of more than 40%compared with API barite only at the same *** multi-stage filling and dense accumulation of weighting materials and clays,filtration loss was decreased,mud cake quality was improved,and simultaneously it had great reservoir protection performance,and the permeability recovery rate reached 87%.In addition,it also effectively improved the lubricity of *** sticking coefficient of mud cake was reduced by 53.4%,and the friction coefficient was ***,mMB can serve as a versatile additive to control the density,rheology,filtration,and stability of WBDFs weighted with API barite,thus regulating comprehensive performance and achieving reservoir protection *** work opened up a new path for the productive drilling of extremely deep and intricate wells by providing an efficient method for managing the performance of high-density WBDFs.

Mid-high latitude Northern Asia is one of the most vulnerable and sensitive areas to global warming,but relatively less studied *** used an ensemble of a regional climate model(RegCM4)projections to assess future changes in surface air temperature,precipitation and Köppen-Trewartha(K-T)climate types in Northern Asia under the 1.5-4℃global warming ***4 is driven by five CMIP5 global models over an East Asia domain at a grid spacing of 25 *** of the present day(1986-2005)simulations shows that the ensembles of RegCM4(ensR)and driving GCMs(ensG)reproduce the major characters of the observed temperature,precipitation and K-T climate zones reasonably *** and more realistic spatial detail is found in RegCM4 compared to the driving GCMs.A general warming and overall increases in precipitation are projected over the region,with these changes being more pronounced at higher warming *** projected warming by ensR shows different spatial patterns,and is in general lower,compared to ensG in most months of the year,while the percentage increases of precipitation are maximum during the cold *** future changes in K-T climate zones are characterized by a substantial expansion of Dc(temperature oceanic)and retreat of Ec(sub-arctic continental)over the region,reaching∼20%under the 4℃warming *** most notable change in climate types in ensR is found over Japan(∼60%),followed by Southern Siberia,Mongolia,and the Korean Peninsula(∼40%).The largest change in the K-T climate types is found when increasing from 2 to 3℃.The results will help to better assess the impacts of climate change and in implementation of appropriate adaptation measures over the region.

AIM:To explore the prognostic factors for lacrimal gland adenoid cystic carcinoma(LGACC)in Chinese ***:Clinical and histopathological data were reviewed in patients with pathologically confirmed *** recurrence,metastasis,and disease-specific death were the main outcome *** and multivariate analyses were performed by the Kaplan-Meier method and a Cox proportional hazard ***:This retrospective cohort study included 45 patients with pathologically confirmed LGACC between January 2008 and June ***(T)classification(P=0.005),nodal metastasis(N)classification(P=0.018)and positive margin(P=0.008)were independent risk factors of recurrence;T(P=0.013)and N(P=0.003)classification and the basaloid tumor type(P=0.032)were independent risk factors for metastasis;T classification(P<0.001)was an independent factor of death of *** the further analysis,the durations from first surgery to radiotherapy is correlated with metastatic risk in LGACC patients with basaloid component(P=0.022).CONCLUSION:Histological subtype should be emphasized when evaluating prognosis and guiding *** radiotherapy may reduce the risk of metastasis in patients with basaloid component.

Let A be a general expansive matrix and X be a ball quasi-Banach function space on ■~n, whose certain power（namely its convexification） supports a Fefferman-Stein vector-valued maximal inequality and the associate space of whose other power supports the boundedness of the powered Hardy-Littlewood maximal *** HXA（■~n） be the anisotropic Hardy space associated with A and *** authors first prove that the Fourier transform of f ∈ HXA（■~n） coincides with a continuous function F on ■~n in the sense of tempered ***,the authors obtain a pointwise inequality that the function F is less than the product of the anisotropic Hardy space norm of f and a step function with respect to the transpose matrix of the expansive matrix *** this,the authors further induce a higher order convergence for the function F at the origin and give a variant of the Hardy-Littlewood inequality in HXA（■~n）.All these results have a wide range of ***,the authors apply these results,respectively,to classical（variable and mixed-norm）Lebesgue spaces,Lorentz spaces,Orlicz spaces,Orlicz-slice spaces,and local generalized Herz spaces and,even on the last four function spaces,the obtained results are completely new.

Easy hydrolysis in alkaline environments limits the use of polyimide fibers in environmental protection. The hydrolysis resistance levels of polyimide fibers can be improved by crosslinking of the macromolecular chains. In this work, crosslinked polyimide fibers(CPI fibers) were produced by intrinsic carboxyl decarboxylation for the first time. The thermal stability of the polyimide fibers containing the intrinsic carboxyl groups(PIC fibers) was studied, and the temperature of the decarboxylation-crosslinking reaction was determined to be 450 ℃. The PIC fibers were hotdrawn to initiate thermal crosslinking of the carboxyl groups and molecular chain orientation at high temperature. The CPI fibers had high tensile strengths(0.72-1.46 GPa) and compressive strengths(401-604 MPa). The oriented macromolecules and chemically crosslinked structure improved the tightness of the molecular chains and endowed the CPI fibers with excellent hydrolytic resistance. The CPI-50 fiber did not dissolve in a 0.5 wt% NaOH solution during heating at 90 ℃ for 10 h, and the tensile strength retention reached 87% when treated in 0.5 wt% NaOH solutions at 90 ℃ for 1 h, providing a guarantee for its application in alkaline corrosive environments.
