Combustion performance of pulverized coal(PC)in blast furnace(BF)process is regarded as a criteria parameter to assess the prop-er injection dosage of *** this paper,effects of two kinds of additives,Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO,on PC combustion were studied using the thermo-gravimetric *** results demonstrate that both the Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO can promote combustion performance index of PC including igni-tion index(C_(i)),burnout index(D_(b)),as well as comprehensive combustibility index(S_(n)).The S_(n) increases from 1.37×10^(−6) to 2.16×10^(−6)%2·min^(−2)·℃^(−3) as the Fe_(2)O_(3) proportion increases from 0 to 5.0wt%.Additionally,the combustion kinetics of PC was clarified using the Coats-Redfern *** results show that the activation energy(E)of PC combustion decreases after adding the above *** instance,the E decreases from 56.54 to 35.75 kJ/mol when the Fe_(2)O_(3) proportion increases from 0 to 5.0wt%,which supports the improved combustion ***,it is uneconomic to utilize pure Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO in *** on economy analysis,we selected the iron-bearing dust(IBD)which contains much Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO component to investigate,and got the same ***,the IBD is a potential option for catalytic PC combustion in BF process.

This paper deals with a recursive filtering problem for a class of discrete time-varying nonlinear networked systems with the encoding-decoding mechanism. The linear fitting method is introduced to handle the nonlinearity. An encoding-decoding mechanism is constructed to describe the data transmission process in wireless communication networks(WCNs). To be specific, the measurement outputs are mapped by a quantizer to unique codewords for transmission in WCNs. Then, the codewords are decoded by the decoder to recover the measurement outputs which are sent to the filter. The processing/encoding delay and network delay have been considered. Firstly, on the premise that the upper bound of the filtering error covariance is minimum, the appropriate filtering gain is calculated. Then, the mean square exponential boundedness of the filtering error is analyzed. Finally, two simulation examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

3D morphology and formation mechanism of fractures developed by true triaxial stress

As main part of underground rock mass,the three-dimensional(3D)morphology of natural fractures plays an important role in rock mass *** on previous studies on 3D morphology,this study probes into the law and mechanism regarding the influence of the confining pressure constraints on 3D morphological features of natural ***,fracture surfaces were obtained by true triaxial compression test and 3D laser *** 3D morphological parameters of fractures were calculated by using Grasselli’s *** results show that the failure mode of granites developed by true triaxial stress can be categorized into tension failure and shear *** on the spatial position of fractures,they can be divided into tension fracture surface,S-1 shear fracture surface,and S-2 shear fracture ***-failure of the tension fracture surface is dominated by mainly intergranular fracture;the maximum height of asperities on the fracture surface and the 3D roughness of fracture surfaces are influenced by σ_(3) only and they are greater than those of shear fracture surfaces,a lower overall uniformity than tension fracture surface.S-1 shear fracture surface and S-2 shear fracture surface are dominated by intragranular and intergranular coupling *** maximum height of asperities on the fracture surface and 3D roughness of fracture surface are affected by σ_(1),σ_(2),and σ_(3).With the increase of σ_(2) or σ_(3),the cutting off of asperities on the fracture surface becomes more common,the maximum height of asperities and 3D roughness of fracture surface further decrease,and the overall uniformity gets further *** experimental results are favorable for selecting technical parameters of enhanced geothermal development and the safety of underground mine engineering.

Large-scale and low-cost preparation of carbon-based potassium anode with long life and high capacity is one of the footstones for the development of potassium ion batteries(PIBs).Herein,a low-cost carbon-based material,cross-linked hollow graphitic carbon(HGC),is large scale synthesized to apply for PIBs *** hollow structure can afford sufficient space to overcome the damage caused by the volume expansion of graphitic carbon(GC).While the cross-linked structure forms a compact interconnection network that allows electrons to rapid transfer between different GC *** measurements demonstrated that the HGC anode exhibited low charge/discharge plateau(about 0.25 V and 0.1 V)and excellent specific capacity as high as 298 m A h g^(-1)at the current density of 50 m A g^(-1).And more important,after 200 cycles the capacity of HGC anode still shows 269 m A h g^(-1)(the decay rate of per cycle is only 0.048%).Meanwhile,the use of commercial traditional electrolyte(KPF_(6))and cheap raw materials that provide new hope for trying and realizing the large-scale production of PIBs based on carbon anode materials.

Alzheimer’s disease(AD),the most common type of dementia,has been identified as a protein misfolding disease with the accumulation of abnormally folded amyloid-β(Aβ)protein and hyperphosphorylated tau protein in the brain[1,2].Aβ is known to play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of *** of Aβ protein in the brain parenchyma causing senile plaques is the obligatory event in AD pathogenesis.Aβ protein is also deposited in the media and adventitia of small and midsized cerebral arteries leading to cerebral amyloid angiopathy(CAA),which is also present in the large majority of AD patents.

The handy biometric data is a double-edged sword,paving the way of the prosperity of biometric authentication systems but bringing the personal privacy *** alleviate the concern,various biometric template protection schemes are proposed to protect the biometric template from information *** preponderance of existing proposals is based on Hamming metric,which ignores the fact that predominantly deployed biometric recognition systems(***,voice,gait)generate real-valued templates,more applicable to Euclidean metric and Cosine ***,since the emergence of similarity-based attacks,those schemes are not secure under a stolen-token *** this paper,we propose a succinct biometric template protection scheme to address such a *** proposed scheme is designed for Euclidean metric and Cosine metric instead of Hamming ***,the succinct biometric template protection scheme consists of distance-preserving,one-way,and obfuscation *** be specific,we adopt location sensitive hash function to realize the distance-preserving and one-way properties simultaneously and use the modulo operation to implement many-to-one *** also thoroughly analyze the proposed scheme in three aspects:irreversibility,unlinkability and ***,comprehensive experiments are conducted on publicly known face *** the results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

The present paper covers the unprecedented preparation of stable aqueous Dy-ferrite ferrofluids, whereby colloidal Dy_ δ Fe_ 3- δ O_4 ultrafine particles were dispersed by using polymeric surfactant PMAA. The stabilities of the series of the ferrofluids were studied according to the stability indexes. The susceptibility measurements were made with a Farady-type magnetic balance at various temperatures and magnetic field intensities. In terms of Langevin function, the σ versus H/T curves showed that Dy-ferrite ferrofluids exhibited superparamagnetism behavior and the blocking temperatures were in the range from 160 to 200 K. Moreover, the ferrofluids were characterized by means of Infra-red spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Mssbauer spectroscopy.
