The crystallization behavior of poly (3-dodecylthiophene) (P3DDT) is studied bq differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) under different cooling rates. When the methods of Jeziorny., Ozawa and a new one proposed by our laboratory are applied to describe its nonisothermal crystallization behavior, the new one is confirmed to be the best and convenient. By determining kinetic parameters, the analysis of the nonisothermal crystallization behavior is performed. According to Kissinger method, the crystallization activation energy of P3DDT is also evaluated.

Rare-earth ternary catalysts Y（CCl3COO）3-ZnR2-glycerin were prepared for the copolymerization of carbon dioxide and propylene oxide （PO）, where dialkylzincs （ZnR2） were diethylzinc, di（n-propyl）zinc, di（n-butyl）zinc, di（i-propyl）zinc, di（i-butyl）zinc, di（s-butyl）zinc,respectively. The Y（CCl3COO）3-ZnR2-glycerin catalysts displayed the highest catalytic activity at the molar ratio of Y（CCl3COO）3：ZnR2：glycerin = 1：20：10. In the same copolymerization condition, catalysts containing dialkylzincs with branched alkyl group showed lower catalytic activity than that with primary alkyl group. For those catalysts including dialkylzincs with primary alkyl group, their catalytic activity decreases with increasing number of carbon atom in the alkyl group with the following sequence： Y（CCl3COO）3-ZnEt2-glycerin 〉 Y（CCl3COO）3-Zn（n- Pr）2-glycerin〉Y（CCl3COO）3-Zn（n-Bu）2-glycerin. However, the alkyl group in the dialkylzinc does not influence the insertion of PO into the propagation chain end.

The miscibility, crystallization behavior and morphological structure of PHB/PMA blends have been studied by the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarized optical microscopy (POM). The chemical repeat units of the two components of the blend are isomers. The results indicate that PHB and PMA are miscible in the melt. The addition of PMA into PHB results in a depression in the spherulite growth rate of PHB. With increasing PMA content in the blends, the texture of PHB spherulite becomes more open.

The crystallization behaviors of poly (3-dodecylthiophene) (P3DDT) under two different oriented solidification conditions. i e..' two different relative relations (90° and 180°) between the directions of gravity and solidification. were investigated. X-ray diffraction results reveal that although similar layered structures are formed, under the condition of the relative relation 180°. temperature; gradient has greater effects on the perfect degree of the layered structures of P3DDT. It also can be concluded that after recrystallization. the layered structures of P3DDT can be improved at relative relation 90°, but the orderly degree of the arrangements of alkyl side chains are not improved yet, even is reduced for both of the oriented solidification conditions.

In this work,the influence of heat treatment on Polyamide-1010 structure of aggregation state was studied by using WAXD and SAXS *** results showed that the best crystallinity was obtained nearby T=175℃ for Polyamide-1010 samples with various annealing *** extrapolating method,the Tg obtained was approximately 58℃.Based on the one-dimensional electron density correlation function of partially crystalline polymers,some structural parameters of Polyamide-1010 were determined by SAXS.
