Fast neutron absorption spectroscopy is widely used in the study of nuclear structure and element analysis. However,due to the traditional neutron source pulse duration being of the order of nanoseconds, it is difficult to obtain a high-resolution absorption spectrum. Thus, we present a method of ultrahigh energy-resolution absorption spectroscopy via a high repetition rate, picosecond duration pulsed neutron source driven by a terawatt laser. The technology of single neutron count is used, which results in easily distinguishing the width of approximately 20 keV at 2 MeV and an asymmetric shape of the neutron absorption peak. The absorption spectroscopy based on a laser neutron source has one order of magnitude higher energy-resolution power than the state-of-the-art traditional neutron sources, which could be of benefit for precisely measuring nuclear structure data.

Mosquitoes are of great medical significance as vectors of many deadly *** have been widely used in phylogenetic studies,but mitogenome knowledge within the family Culicidae is limited,and Culicidae phylogeny is far from *** this study,we surveyed the mitogenomes of 149 Culicidae species,including 7 newly sequenced *** analysis of 149 mosquito mitogenomes shows gene composition and order to be identical to that of an ancestral insect,and the AT bias,length variation,and codon usage are all consistent with that of other reported Dipteran *** analyses based on the DNA sequences of the 13 protein-coding genes from the 149 species robustly support the monophyly of the subfamily Anophelinae and the tribes Aedini,Culicini,Mansonini,Sabethini,and *** resolve ambiguous relationships between clades within the subfamily Culicinae,we performed topological tests and show that Aedini is a sister to Culicini and that Uranotaenini is a sister to(Mansonini)+(Toxorhynchitini+Sabethini).In addition,we estimated divergence times using a Bayesian relaxation clock based on the sequence data and 3 fossil calibration *** results show mosquitoes diverged during the Early Jurassic with massive Culicinae radiations during the Cretaceous,coincident with the emergence of angiosperms and the burst of mammals and ***,this study,which uses the largest number of Culicidae mitogenomes sequenced to date,comprehensively reveals the mitogenome characteristics and mitogenome-based phylogeny and divergence times of Culicidae,providing information for further studies on the mitogenome,phylogeny,evolution,and taxonomic revision of Culicidae.

本文针对四旋翼无人机吊挂系统空运过程中负载摆角的非线性最优调节问题,提出了一种基于事件驱动的在线自适应轨迹规划策略.在事件驱动的自适应评价网框架下,利用神经网络的逼近学习能力得到吊挂负载摆动抑制的折现最优控制律.同时结合该控制律进一步规划四旋翼无人机的飞行轨迹,实现了对无人机位置的精确调节和吊挂负载摆动的快速抑制,并且显著降低了无人机机载处理器的计算负担.然后采用基于Lyapunov稳定性的分析方法,证明了神经网络输出权值估计误差一致最终有界,并证明了无人机位置跟踪误差和吊挂负载摆动运动的收敛.最后,通过飞行对比实验验证了所提出的轨迹规划策略的有效性.

Protein-mediated chromatin interactions can be revealed by coupling proximity-based ligation with chromatin ***,these techniques require complex experimental procedures and millions of cells per experiment,which limits their widespread application in life science ***,we develop a novel method,Hi-Tag,that identifies high-resolution,long-range chromatin interactions through transposase tagmentation and chromatin proximity ligation(with a phosphorothioate-modified linker).Hi-Tag can be implemented using as few as 100,000 cells,involving simple experimental procedures that can be completed within 1.5 ***,Hi-Tag is capable of using its own data to identify the binding sites of specific proteins,based on which,it can acquire accurate interaction *** results suggest that Hi-Tag has great potential for advancing chromatin interaction studies,particularly in the context of limited cell availability.

The interfacial characteristics of the Li metal anode(LMA)play a crucial role in its overall *** various materials being applied to modify the interface,a comprehensive understanding of their specific mechanisms remains to be ***,we have prepared carbon cloth(CC)frameworks with their surfaces modified using ferromagnetic metal/LiF heterogeneous films(T^(M)-LiF-CC)as the substrate for LMA,which exhibit superior electrochemical *** ferromagnetic Co as a representative example,our study demonstrates that the enhanced performance of Co-LiF-CC,compared to bare CC,is attributed to the spinpolarized interface contributed by the Co/LiF *** and LiF play individual roles in redistributing electrons and Li^(+)to promote homogeneous Li *** nanoparticles play a crucial role in generating strong surface capacitance by storing electrons in spin-split bands,while LiF,with low surface diffusion barriers,ensures fast transportation of Li^(+).The Co-LiF-CC@Li electrodes deliver long lives of 7400 and 3600 h at 1 and 2 mA·cm^(-2)in symmetric cells,respectively;moreover,they enable full batteries with high and durable capacities,particularly when the N/P ratios are low(3.3 or even 1.7).

泛素(ubiquitin,Ub)作为一种重要的翻译后修饰,参与调控细胞内几乎所有的生命活动。泛素化通常由E1s、E2s、E3s以及去泛素化酶(deubiquitinating enzyme,DUBs)相互协调完成,并在底物蛋白上形成不同链长、不同连接类型的泛素链。这些泛素链可以产生多样的拓扑结构,被含有泛素结合域(Ub binding domain,UBD)的不同识别蛋白结合,进而传递不同的信号。泛素化过程或者识别蛋白的读取一旦发生错误,对细胞来说都可能是灾难性的。为深入了解泛素相关的生理机制,多种泛素探针被设计与合成,用于对目标蛋白酶或识别蛋白进行标记和监测。本综述总结了当前的泛素探针(包括基于活性和基于亲和性的探针)的最新发展,并详细阐述了它们的合成策略。进一步介绍了细胞穿梭型泛素探针在活细胞内的最新应用。

BACKGROUND Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)have large fluctuations in blood glucose(BG),abnormal metabolic function and low immunity to varying degrees,which increases the risk of malignant tumor diseases and affects the efficacy of tumor *** hyperglycemia may have important therapeutic implications for cancer *** To clarify the influence of BG fluctuations on chemotherapy efficacy and safety in T2DM patients complicated with lung carcinoma(LC).METHODS The clinical data of 60 T2DM+LC patients who presented to the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University between January 2019 and January 2021 were retrospectively *** patients underwent chemotherapy and were grouped as a control group(CG;normal BG fluctuation with a mean fluctuation<3.9 mmol/L)and an observation group(OG;high BG fluctuation with a mean fluctuation≥3.9 mmol/L)based on their BG fluctuations,with 30 cases *** indices,tumor markers,serum inflammatory cytokines and adverse reactions were comparatively *** correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between BG fluctuations and tumor *** The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the OG were notably elevated compared with those in the CG,together with markedly higher mean amplitude of glycemic excursions(MAGE),mean of daily differences,largest amplitude of glycemic excursions and standard deviation of blood glucose(P<0.05).In addition,the OG exhibited evidently higher levels of carbohydrate antigen 19-9,carbohydrate antigen 125,carcinoembryonic antigen,neuron-specific enolase,cytokeratin 19,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and highsensitivity C-reactive protein than the CG(P<0.05).Pearson analysis revealed a positive association of MAGE with serum tumor *** incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher in the OG than in the CG(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The greater the BG fluctuation in LC patients after

The corrosion mechanism of 510L low alloy steel treated by acid-cleaned surface(ACS)and eco-pickled surface(EPS)techniques in three simulated solutions(S0:atmospheric environment;S1:soil environment;S2:industrial environment)and the influence of interaction between different corrosive anions on corrosion were *** results show that the total corrosion rates of samples in three simulated solutions were in order of S2>S0>S1,which is simultaneously correlated with initial corrosion dissolution processes as well as after the formation of corrosion ***3−will inhibit the initial corrosion owing to the formation of films,whereas HSO3−will accelerate the dissolutions of the matrix based on the synergistic action of HSO3−and Cl−.On the other hand,there is no significant difference in corrosion rates between the samples treated by ACS and EPS *** EPS technique that is safe,reusable and environmentally friendly can be further widely used in future work.

To assess whether a development strategy will be profitable enough,production forecasting is a crucial and difficult step in the *** development history of other reservoirs in the same class tends to be studied to make predictions ***,the permeability field,well patterns,and development regime must all be similar for two reservoirs to be considered in the same *** results in very few available experiences from other reservoirs even though there is a lot of historical information on numerous reservoirs because it is difficult to find such similar *** paper proposes a learn-to-learn method,which can better utilize a vast amount of historical data from various ***,the proposed method first learns how to learn samples before directly learning rules in ***,by utilizing gradients from networks with independent parameters and copied structure in each class of reservoirs,the proposed network obtains the optimal shared initial parameters which are regarded as transferable information across different *** on that,the network is able to predict future production indices for the target reservoir by only training with very limited samples collected from reservoirs in the same *** cases further demonstrate its superiority in accuracy to other widely-used network methods.
