Molting and metamorphosis are important physiological processes in insects that are tightly controlled by ecdysone receptor(EcR)through the 20-hydroxyecdysone(20E)signaling *** is a steroid nuclear receptor(SR).Several FK506-binding proteins(FKBPs)have been identified from the mammal SR complex,and are thought to be involved in the subcellular trafficking of ***,their roles in insects are poorly *** explore whether FKBPs are involved in insect molting or metamorphosis,we injected an FKBP inhibitor(FK506)into a lepidopteran insect,Spodoptera litura,and found that molting was inhibited in 61.11%of the larvae,and that the time for larvae to pupate was significantly extended.A total of 10 FKBP genes were identified from the genome of *** and were clustered into 2 distinct groups,according to their subcellular localization,with FKBP13 and FKBP14 belonging to the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)group and with the other members belonging to the cytoplasmic(Cy)*** the CyFKBPs were significantly upregulated in the prepupal or pupal stages,with the opposite being observed for the ER group ***506 completely blocked the transfer of EcR to the nucleus under 20E induction,and significantly downregulated the transcriptional expression of many 20E signaling genes.A similar phenomenon was observed after RNA interference of2 CyFKBPs(FKBP45 and FKBP12b),but not for *** together,our data indicate that the cytoplasmic FKBPs,especially FKBP45 and FKBP12b,mediate the nuclear localization of EcR,thereby regulating the 20E signaling and ultimately affecting molting and metamorphosis in insects.

Deep reinforcement learning models are vulnerable to adversarial attacks that can decrease the cumulative expected reward of a victim by manipulating its observations. Despite the efficiency of previous optimization-based methods for generating adversarial noise in supervised learning, such methods might not achieve the lowest cumulative reward since they do not generally explore the environmental ***, a framework is provided to better understand the existing methods by reformulating the problem of adversarial attacks on reinforcement learning in the function space. The reformulation approach adopted herein generates an optimal adversary in the function space of targeted attacks, repelling them via a generic two-stage framework. In the first stage, a deceptive policy is trained by hacking the environment and discovering a set of trajectories routing to the lowest reward or the worst-case performance. Next, the adversary misleads the victim to imitate the deceptive policy by perturbing the observations. Compared to existing approaches, it is theoretically shown that our adversary is strong under an appropriate noise level. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, achieving state-of-the-art performance in both Atari and MuJoCo environments.

This paper builds a binary tree for the target based on the bounding volume hierarchy technology,thereby achieving strict acceleration of the shadow judgment process and reducing the computational complexity from the original O(N^(3))to O(N^(2)logN).Numerical results show that the proposed method is more efficient than the traditional *** is verified in multiple examples that the proposed method can complete the convergence of the ***,the proposed method avoids the error of judging the lit-shadow relationship based on the normal vector,which is beneficial to current iteration and *** with the brute force method,the current method can improve the simulation efficiency by 2 orders of *** proposed method is more suitable for scattering problems in electrically large cavities and complex scenarios.

A method for in-situ stress measurement via fiber optics was proposed. The method utilizes the relationship between rock mass elastic parameters and in-situ stress. The approach offers the advantage of long-term stress measurements with high spatial resolution and frequency, significantly enhancing the ability to measure in-situ stress. The sensing casing, spirally wrapped with fiber optic, is cemented into the formation to establish a formation sensing nerve. Injecting fluid into the casing generates strain disturbance, establishing the relationship between rock mass properties and treatment ***, an optimization algorithm is established to invert the elastic parameters of formation via fiber optic strains. In the first part of this paper series, we established the theoretical basis for the inverse differential strain analysis method for in-situ stress measurement, which was subsequently verified using an analytical model. This paper is the fundamental basis for the inverse differential strain analysis method.

Coal is a solid combustible mineral,and coal-bearing strata have important hydrocarbon generation potential and contribute to more than 12%of the global hydrocarbon ***,the deposition and hydrocarbon evolution process of ancient coal-bearing strata is characterized by multiple geological times,leading to obvious distinctions in their hydrocarbon generation potential,geological processes,and production,which affect the evaluation and exploration of hydrocarbon resources derived from coaly source rocks *** study aimed to identify the differences on oil-generated parent macerals and the production of oil generated from different coaly source rocks and through different oil generation *** with the analysis of previous tectonic burial history and hydrocarbon generation history,high-temperature and high-pressure thermal simulation experiments,organic geochemistry,and organic petrology were performed on the Carboniferous-Permian(C-P)coaly source rocks in the Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay *** oil-generated parent macerals of coal's secondary oil generation process(SOGP)were mainly hydrogen-rich collotelinite,collodetrinite,sporinite,and cutinite,while the oil-generated parent macerals of tertiary oil generation process(TOGP)were the remaining small amount of hydrogen-rich collotelinite,sporinite,and cutinite,as well as dispersed soluble organic matter and unexhausted residual *** with coal,the oil-generated parent macerals of coaly shale SOGP were mostly sporinite and *** part of hydrogen-poor vitrinite,lacking hydrocarbon-rich macerals,and macerals of the TOGP,in addition to some remaining cutinite and a small amount of crude oil and bitumen from SOGP contributed to the oil *** results indicated that the changes in oil yield had a good junction between SOGP and TOGP,both coal and coaly shale had higher SOGP aborted oil yield than TOGP starting yield,and coaly shale TOGP peak oil yield was low

From the perspective of cooperative interactions,the co-cultivation or mixed fermentations of two or more microbes represents a promising approach for stimulating physiological conditions and activating silent gene *** order to full development of marine organic resource,our research team had researched on the influence of secondary metabolites in the mix-cultivation of bacteria and *** a result,Brevibacterium sp.(L-4)could increase the growth of fungus,while,Pelomonas puraquae ***(B-2)were on the ***,further research on the influence of secondary metabolites from bacteria to fungi,our research team research the secondary metabolites from the two strains ***-six compounds were isolated from the L-4,the main structures of them were *** addition,fifteen compounds were also isolated from the B-2,the main structures of them were not only cyclo-dipeptides,but also one new and three known pyrrole *** to above results and references,we found that cyclo-dipeptides showed the function of hormonal regulation,while pyrrole acids had cytotoxic ***,the reason why L-4 could increase the growth of fungus while B-2 was on the contrast maybe linked to the different secondary metabolites from the ***,the mechanism that how the bacteria effect the metabolic pathways of fungi is not clearly enough,which was needed further to study.

Intelligent geochemical interpretation of mass chromatograms:Based on convolution neural network

Because of high pressure,high salty,low temperature and other special environment,marine microorganisms produced in a great variety and novel chemical structures of the second ***,through the strategy of"One strain many compounds(referred OSMAC)"activating the silence pathway of microorganisms to obtain novel structures of secondary metabolites has been a focus in this area with broad *** order to research influence on different medium with secondary metabolites from marine fungi derived-marine invertebrate of South China Sea,symbiotic fungus were isolated from the coral,soft coral,and sea star,*** we choose one symbiotic fungi strain(NG15-0-3)which was cultured in the different fermentation medium(Fungi NO.1,Fungi NO.3,Fungi NO.4,D,E,GPY),in order to observe the difference of secondary matelibites from different *** to the TLC(see Fig.1),NG15-0-3 produced different secondary *** the GPY,D or E medium,NG15-0-3 could produce a large numbers of anthraquinones and other kinds of compounds by TLC analysis by UV,KOH and H2SO4/vanillin chromogenic ***,symbiotic fungi NG15-0-3 was cultured in the GPY fermentation medium,and 15 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extractions of *** structures belong to dihydroisoxazole coumarins,anthraquinones,cyclic dipeptides,imidazoles and monodehydro-2,*** a results,above all confirmed that cultivation in different medium could obtain various secondary ***,it is worthy of researching on relationship between changing marine-derived microbes growth medium with stimulating significant bioactive novel compounds.

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)is an extremely important analytical technique that is widely used in organic *** is the only approach to capture biomarker features of organic matter and provides the key evidence for oil-source correlation and thermal maturity ***,the conventional way of processing and interpreting the mass chromatogram is both timeconsuming and labor-intensive,which increases the research cost and restrains extensive applications of this *** overcome this limitation,a correlation model is developed based on the convolution neural network(CNN)to link the mass chromatogram and biomarker features of samples from the Triassic Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin,*** this way,the mass chromatogram can be automatically *** research first performs dimensionality reduction for 15 biomarker parameters via the factor analysis and then quantifies the biomarker features using two indexes(*** and PMI)that represent the organic matter thermal maturity and parent material type,***,training,interpretation,and validation are performed multiple times using different CNN models to optimize the model structure and hyper-parameter setting,with the mass chromatogram used as the input and the obtained MI and PMI values for supervision(label).The optimized model presents high accuracy in automatically interpreting the mass chromatogram,with R2values typically above 0.85 and0.80 for the thermal maturity and parent material interpretation results,*** significance of this research is twofold:(i)developing an efficient technique for geochemical research;(ii)more importantly,demonstrating the potential of artificial intelligence in organic geochemistry and providing vital references for future related studies.
