针对欠驱动三维桥式起重机控制策略难以在微控制器资源受限的条件下进行验证,以及传统分层滑模控制策略难以在不确定性条件下进行准确控制的问题,提出了基于径向基神经网络的三维桥式起重机自适应分层滑模控制策略。首先,基于分层滑模控制方法构建起重机全驱动和欠驱动子系统的一阶滑模面;然后,将一阶滑模面进行线性组合,形成第二阶滑模面;进一步,利用径向基函数神经网络对控制参数进行自适应估计并更新滑模面,提高不确定性条件下控制策略的鲁棒性。最后,通过仿真分析和物理实验验证了所提自适应分层滑模控制策略的有效性。

Background Febrile seizure （FS） is the most common seizure disorders. Approximately one third of children with a febrile seizure have recurrent events. The mechanism of FS remains unclear. Heme oxygenase-1 （HO-1） is a member of the heat shock proteins family and can be induced in the brain by various stresses, including hyperthemia and seizure. This study aimed at investigating the changes of HO-1 in the cortex of rats after recurrent FS. Methods FS in rats was induced ten times, once every 2 days. In a bath of warm water, developing rats were randomly divided into two groups： control group （n=16） and warm water-treated group （n=50）. The latter group was subdivided into hyperthermia group （n=19） and FS group （n=23）. The expression and content of HO-1 mRNA in cortex were observed using in situ hybridization and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The content of HO- 1 protein in cortex was measured using Western blotting. Results HO-1 mRNA expression of cortex neurons in FS group was markedly increased in comparison with those in hyperthermia and control groups （P=0.00）, however, there was no statistic difference bftween hyperthermia group and control group （P=0.16）. The relative amount of HO- 1 mRNA in cortex in FS group was increased by 53.13% and 96% in comparison with those in hyperthermia group and control group respectively （P=0.00）, but there was no obvious difference between the later two groups （P=0.051）. Western blotting analysis showed that the HO-1 protein content in cortex in FS group was increased by 198% and 246% in comparison with those in hyperthermia group and control group respectively （P=0.00）. There was no obvious difference in HO-1 protein content between the later two groups （P=0.09）. Conclusions Recurrent FS in rats can cause the increase of HO-1 mRNA and protein in cortex which may be involved in the mechanism of FS. A fully digital data acquisition system based on a field-programmable gate array(FPGA) was developed for a CsI(Tl) array at the external target facility(ETF) in the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL). To process the CsI(Tl) signals generated by γ-rays and light-charged ions, a scheme for digital pulse processing algorithms is proposed. Every step in the algorithms was benchmarked using standard γ and α sources. The scheme, which included a moving average filter, baseline restoration, leading-edge discrimination, moving window deconvolution, and digital charge comparison, was subsequently implemented on the FPGA. A good energy resolution of 5.7% for 1.33-MeV γ-rays and excellent α-γ identification using the digital charge comparison method were achieved, which satisfies CsI(Tl) array performance requirements.

With the increase in mining depth, the danger of coal and gas outbursts *** order to drain coal gas effectively and to eliminate the risk of coal and gas outbursts, we used a specific number of penetration boreholes for draining of pressure relief *** on the principle of overlying strata movement, deformation and pressure relief, a good effect of gas drainage was *** practice in the Panyi coal mine has shown that, after mining the C11coal seam as the protective layer, the relative expansion deformation value of the protected layer C13 reached 2.63%, The permeability coefficient increased 2880 times, the gas drainage rate of the C13 coal seam increased to more than 60%, the amount of gas was reduced from 13.0 to 5.2 m3/t and the gas pressure declined from 4.4 to 0.4 MPa, which caused the danger the outbursts in the coal seams to be *** result was that we achieved a safe and highly efficient mining operation of the C13 coal seam.

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of pulse parameters on the surface morphology and crystal orientation of the tungsten coatings electrodeposited on pure copper substrates. The deposited coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and energy-dispersive spectrometer （EDS）. SEM analysis indicates that pulse parameters have significant influences on the surface morphology of the deposited coatings. Meanwhile, the change in grain size of the tungsten coatings demonstrates that the change in frequency and duty cycle could cause the variation of nucleation rate and grain growth of deposits. Moreover, no obvious diffusion layer at the coating/substrate interface is found by line analysis of EDS. XRD results reveal that tungsten coatings are of bcc structure and the preferred orientation of the deposits varies with duty cycle and period.

Methanol-to-olefins(MTO)process is one of the most critical pathways to produce low carbon ***,the reaction is driven by thermal catalysis,which inevitably needs to consume large amounts of fossil *** a new technique to substitute for the fuel burning is urgent for MTO process to improve the industry prospects and ***,we report a novel W_(18)O_(49)/Au/SAPO-34(W/Au/S),a multifunctional photothermal catalyst for the MTO reaction.A high methanol conversion was achieved under xenonum(Xe)lamp irradiation,yielding methyl ether(ME)and ethylene as the main *** optimized W/Au/S catalysts showed ethylene yield as high as 250μmol in 60 min,which was 2.5 times higher than that of Au/*** physiochemical characterization revealed that the SAPO-34 molecular sieves were surrounded by Au and W_(18)O_(49)nanoparticles,which exhibited a strong localized surface plasmon resonance excitation around 540 nm and light absorption beyond 500 *** multifunctional catalysts showed a strong photothermal effect,arising from the broadened light absorption of Au and W_(18)O_(49)nanoparticles,leading to a temperature as high as 250℃on the surface of the *** study showed that the superior ethylene selectivity of W/Au/S catalysts was attributed to the moderating acidic sites of W_(18)O_(49)for methanol dehydration to *** research may provide new insight for designing heterostructures to improve photo-to-chemical conversion performance and is expected to accelerate progress toward the excellent multifunctional photothermal catalysts with broad light absorption for methanol activation and C-C bond formation.
