graphite anode materials are widely used in commercial lithium-ion batteries;however, the long electron/ion transportation path restricted its high energy storage. In this experiment, we designed a copper/graphite composite with a dual three-dimensional(3 D) continuous porous structure combining used nonsolvent-induced phase separation and heat treatment, in which a large amount of graphite is embedded in the 3 D porous copper/carbon architecture. In the novel structure, not only the electron and Li^(+) transmission performances are improved, but also the space of current collector is fully utilized. Meanwhile,carbonized polyacrylonitrile network stabilizes the interface between graphite and copper matrix. The obtained copper/graphite composite anode has an initial discharge capacity of 524.6 mah·g^(-1), a holding capacity of350 mah·g^(-1) and excellent cycle stability(299.3 mah·g^(-1) after 180 cycles at 0.1 C rate), exhibiting good electrochemical performance. The experimental results show that the mass loading of the copper/graphite composite electrode material is about 4.39 mg·cm^(-2). We also envisage replacing graphite with other high-capacity active materials to fill the current collector, which can provide a reference for the future development of next-generation advanced electrodes.

Rough Li plating,low ionic conductivity,and low thermal stability of conventional electrolytes post-primary challenges for achieving reliable high-capacity rechargeable lithium batteries,for which lithiummetal is frequently proposed as themost promising anode *** low-polarity commercial polypropylene/polyethylene separators fail to support the application of high-energy-density Li anodes due to their rigid physicochemical properties and the high reactivity of Li metal,leading to fatal dendrite formation and vigorous exothermic reaction with ***,we develop a Li-wetting,flame-retardant binary polymer electrolyte by functionalizing poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)separators with nonflammable polybenzimidazole(PBI)to build safe room-temperature solid-state electrolyte membranes.A dendrite-free LiFePO4 cell with the solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)delivers a discharge capacity of 127 mah g^(-1) at 25℃ with a capacity retention of 87.5%after 500 cycles at 0.5℃(0.15 ma cm^(-2)).Phase-field simulations and density functional theory calculations demonstrate that the negatively charged benzimidazole chains of PBI own superior affinity to lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI),and shares overlapping electron density with Li anode,giving rise to accelerated Li^(+)conduction at room temperature and uniform Li electrodeposition at the electrolyte/Li metal *** SPE is also flame-retardant since heat-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene and a dense,heat-blocking graphitized carbon layer are formed in intense heat throughdehydrogenation/fluorination of PVDF under the catalysis of Lewis base imidazole rings and the decomposition of benzimidazole rings in *** such fire-resistant mechanism is ever reported in conventional electrolytes.

Objective To assess the net health effect caused by the consumption of specific marine species based on Benefit-Risk Analysis for Foods （BRAFO）-tiered approach. Methods Twenty species were collected from the Zhoushan Archipelago, China. Concentrations of n-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, methyl mercury （MeHg）, and dioxin-like compounds （DLCs） in the samples were analyzed for benefit risk assessment based on BRAFO-tiered approach. Results Based on the BRAFO-tiered approach, reference scenario （no intake） and alternative scenario （intake of specific species of 200 g/week） were determined. The exposure to MeHg/DLCs via alternative scenario of all studied species did not exceed provisional tolerable weekly/monthly intake. However, the adult population with high DLCs exposure in China would significantly exceed the upper limit of DLCs via an additional alternative scenario of some species such as Auxis thazard. The results of deterministic computation showed that alternative scenario of all studied species generated clear net beneficial effects on death prevention and child IQ gain. Conclusion The alternative scenario of all studied species could be recommended to population with average DLCs exposure, and the reference scenario of species with relatively high DLCs concentration could be recommended to population exposed to high DLCs.

global climate changes result in the expansion of lower elevation plants to higher *** rapid upward expansion of herbaceous plants into the alpine tundra on Changbai Mountain resulted in changes in different levels of ecosystem ***,the responses and feedback of litter properties and soil mesofauna to herbaceous plants expansion have not been studied *** understand the mechanisms underlying those changes,we conducted a field experiment in the range of 2250-2300 m in the alpine tundra of the Changbai Mountain and collected a total of 288 samples from four degrees of herbaceous plants expansion to study the litter physiochemical properties,soil mesofauna,and soil nutrient contents,and their relationships in that tundra ecosystem suffered from various degrees of herbaceous *** found that herbaceous plant expansion is responsible for a major shift in the dominant species of soil mesofauna from mites to collembolan and has significant impacts on the community structure(R2=0.54,p=0.001)and diversity of soil mesofauna(Shannon-weiner index,p=0.01).The increasing herbaceous plant expansion resulted in a significant increase in litter biomass from 91 g·m^(-2) in the original tundra vegetation(OIT)to 118 g·m^(-2) in the moderately invaded tundra(MIT),and an increase in litter thickness from 2.37 cm(OIT)to 3.05 cm(MIT).And,the litter total nitrogen content significantly increased,but the values of the litter carbon content,the lignin content,the C/N ratio,and the lignin/N ratio decreased with increased herbaceous coverage(both pmass and thickness)directly explained 31% of the total variance in soil mesofauna diversity and 59% of the total variance in soil mesofauna community ***,both the soil available nutrients(*** and AP)and plant biomass(*** total plant biomass and herbs/shrubs biomass)significantly increased with increasing coverage of herbaceous plant(both p<

The ethyl radical was observed in a low-pressure premixed gasdine/oxygen/argon flame by using tunable vacuum ultraviolet photoionization mass spectrometry. The ionization energy（IE） of the ethyl radical was derived to be（8. 24 ± 0. 02） eV from the photoionization efficiency curve. In addition, a high-level ab initio gaussian-3 （g3） method was used to calculate the energies of the radical and its cation. The calculated adiabatic ionization potential is 8. 17 eV, which is in good agreement with the experimental value.

目的:建立葶苈大枣泻肺汤物质基准的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱和6个指标成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法,借助“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2012A版)建立14批葶苈大枣泻肺汤的HPLC特征指纹图谱,同时测定槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-龙胆双糖苷、芦丁、异槲皮苷、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、槲皮素和异鼠李素6个指标成分的含量。结果:葶苈大枣泻肺汤的HPLC特征指纹图谱共标定了27个共有峰,6个特征峰分别为5号峰(槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-龙胆双糖苷)、18号峰(芦丁)、19号峰(异槲皮苷)、21号峰(异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖)、24号峰(槲皮素)和27号峰(异鼠李素)。对14批葶苈大枣泻肺汤进行含量测定,槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-龙胆双糖苷、芦丁、异槲皮苷、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、槲皮素和异鼠李素质量浓度分别为111.33~118.71、9.16~9.36、16.51~17.26、12.23~12.62、3.10~3.36、3.51~3.62μg·mL-1,方法精密度、稳定性、重复性均良好。结论:建立的HPLC指纹图谱和多指标成分含量测定方法稳定可靠,可为葶苈大枣泻肺汤的质量标准研究提供参考。

AIM To detect hepatitis A virus-specific immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibody *** Colloidal gold with an average dia-meter of 15 nm was prepared by controlled reduction of a boiling solution of 0.2 g/ L chloroauric acid with 10 g/ L sodium citrate and labeled with anti-HAVIgg as gold probe. Dot immunogold filtration assay (DIgFA) has been developed by coating anti-human μ chain on nitrocellulose membrane (NCM) for capturing the anti-HAV IgM in serum, then using cultured hepatitis A antigen as a 'bridge', connecting anti-HAV IgM in sample and anti-HAV Igg labeled colloidal gold. If there was anti-HAV IgM in sample, gold probes would concentrate on NCM, which will appear a pink *** A total of 264 serum samples were comparatively detected with both DIgFA and ELISA by 'blind' method. Among them, 88 were positive and 146 were negative with the two methods. The sensitivity and the specificity of DIgFA were 86.27% and 90.12%, respectively. Fifteen negative serum samples and 15 positive serum samples were detected 3 times repeatedly, the results were the *** DIgFA is a simple, rapid, sensitive, specific and reliable method without expensive equipment and is not interfered with rheumatoid factor (RF) in serum. It is suitable for basic medical laboratories. The test could be applied for diagnosis and epidemiological survey of hepatitis A. It has a broad prospect in *** A virus-specific immunoglobulin M antibody (anti-HAV IgM) is the specific serological marker for the early diagnosis of acute hepatitis A. It can be detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), solid phase hemagglutination inhibition test (SPHIA) and other methods.
