Over the past few decades,significant improvements in maize yield have been largely attributed to increased plant density of upright hybrid varieties rather than increased yield per ***,dense planting triggers shade avoidance responses(SARs)that optimize light absorption but impair plant vigor and performance,limiting yield improvement through increasing plant *** this study,we demonstrated that high-density-induced leaf angle narrowing and stem/stalk elongation are largely dependent on phytochrome B(phyB1/B2),the primaryphotoreceptor responsible for perceiving red(R)and far-red(FR)light in *** found that maize phyB physically interacts with the LIGULELESS1(LG1),a classical key regulator of leaf angle,to coordinately regulate plant architecture and density *** abundance of LG1 is significantly increased by phyB under high R:FR light(low density)but rapidly decreases under low R:FR light(high density),correlating with variations in leaf angle and plant height under various *** addition,we identified the homeobox transcription factor HB53 as a target co-repressed by both phyB and LG1 but rapidly induced by canopy *** and cellular analyses showed that HB53 regulates plant architecture by controlling the elongation and division of ligular adaxia. and abaxia. *** together,these findings uncover the phyB-LG1-HB53 regulatory module as a key molecular mechanism governing plant architecture and density tolerance,providing potential genetic targets for breeding maize hybrid varieties suitable for high-density planting.

Research on the Performance of New Weighted Slippery Water Fracturing Fluid System

Deep and ultra-deep reservoirs have dense matrix and high fracture pressure, which leads to high pressure and difficulty in fracturing construction. Conventional aggravated fracturing fluids have the problems of low aggravation efficiency, high friction resistance, etc., and the reduction of construction pressure cannot reach the theoretical effect. In view of the above problems, this paper adopts the weighting agent HD160 and the drag reducing agent JHFR-2 to form a new type of weighted slippery water fracturing fluid system. And the weighting performance, drag reduction performance, corrosion performance, anti-expansion performance and reservoir damage of this system were studied. The results show that the density of the system is adjustable within 1.1 - 1.6 g·cm−3, and the drag reduction rate can be up to 68% at 1.5 g·cm−3, with low corrosion rate, surface tension less than 28 mN·m−1, anti-expansion rate as high as 94.5%, and the damage rate of the reservoir permeability is less than 10%, which is of good application prospect.

The Advanced Geosynchronous Radiation Imager(AGRI)is a mission-critical instrument for the Fengyun series of *** acquires full-disk images every 15 min and views East Asia every 5 min through 14 spectral bands,enabling the detection of highly variable aerosol optical depth(AOD).Quantitative retrieval of AOD has hitherto been challenging,especially over *** this study,an AOD retrieval algorithm is proposed that combines deep learning and transfer *** algorithm uses core concepts from both the Dark Target(DT)and Deep Blue(DB)algorithms to select features for the machinelearning(ML)algorithm,allowing for AOD retrieval at 550 nm over both dark and bright *** algorithm consists of two steps:①A baseline deep neural network(DNN)with skip connections is developed using 10 min Advanced Himawari Imager(AHI)AODs as the target variable,and②sunphotometer AODs from 89 ground-based stations are used to fine-tune the DNN ***-of-station validation shows that the retrieved AOD attains high accuracy,characterized by a coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.70,a mean bias error(MBE)of 0.03,and a percentage of data within the expected error(EE)of 70.7%.A sensitivity study reveals that the top-of-atmosphere reflectance at 650 and 470 nm,as well as the surface reflectance at 650 nm,are the two largest sources of uncertainty impacting the *** a case study of monitoring an extreme aerosol event,the AGRI AOD is found to be able to capture the detailed temporal evolution of the *** work demonstrates the superiority of the transfer-learning technique in satellite AOD retrievals and the applicability of the retrieved AGRI AOD in monitoring extreme pollution events.

随着中国“碳达峰”和“碳中和”战略的提出,可再生能源的占比要求逐渐提升。以废弃油脂为原料生产开发的生物质燃料不仅具有大幅降低碳排放的效果,而且具备大规模连续化生产的特点,因而受到广泛关注。而废弃油脂中氧含量较高,难以满足作为燃料的热值高、稳定性好的要求,因此要进行加氢处理过程脱氧。在工业上常用硫化态加氢脱氧催化剂,催化剂的活性和稳定性等问题受到重点关注。综述了对废弃油脂组成、硫化态加氢脱氧催化剂结构、活性位点的认识,总结了加氢脱氧过程中影响催化剂活性的不同因素、失活原因及提高催化剂活性和稳定性的方法。对于氧硫交换反应,宜采用添加硫化剂(H_(2)S)的方法,以保持催化剂上硫化态催化剂活性中心的数量;对于积炭反应,宜采用提高氢分压助力积炭前驱物加氢以及降低脱氧温度以避免含氧化合物生成积炭的方法;对于载体水合作用,宜采用水热处理改善载体表面性质以及添加金属阳离子助剂增强其抑制水合能力的方法;对于产物分子H2O和CO的影响,宜采用负载Ni等金属助剂的方法来减少CO对活性中心竞争吸附和H2O对活性中心的影响。提出了硫化态加氢脱氧催化剂未来的发展方向,旨在为提高硫化态加氢脱氧催化剂活性稳定性并为推动生物质燃料的开发利用提供理论依据。

为计算配有常用抗冲切钢筋(箍筋和栓钉)的钢筋混凝土(RC)板柱节点的受冲切承载力,结合梁斜拉破坏机理和修正压力场理论(MCFT)提出一种配有抗冲切钢筋的RC板柱节点的受冲切承载计算方法.首先根据MCFT推导出配有抗冲切钢筋的RC板柱节点的临界斜裂缝倾角计算式;然后,假定冲切破坏时临界截面周长范围内的抗冲切钢筋达到屈服强度,将临界斜裂缝倾角代入MCFT推导出板柱节点的受冲切承载力计算方法;最后,使用该方法和美国规范(ACI 318-19)方法计算62个配有抗冲切钢筋的RC板柱节点试验的冲切承载力,并分析了混凝土强度、板有效厚度、柱截面边长、抗弯钢筋配筋率及抗冲切钢筋配筋率对节点抗冲切承载力的影响.结果表明:由MCFT推导出的节点受冲切承载力计算值与试验值吻合较好,均值为0.96,变异系数为0.20;节点的冲切承载力与上述影响因素呈非线性正相关.该方法可用于配有抗冲切钢筋的RC板柱节点的受冲切承载力计算.

Plant cell walls are a critical site where plants and pathogens continuously struggle for physiological *** we show that dynamic remodeling of pectin methylesterification of plant cell walls is a compo-nent of the physiological and co-evolutionary struggles between hosts and pathogens.A pectin methyles-terase(PsPME1)secreted by Phytophthora sojae decreases the degree of pectin methylesterification,thus synergizing with an endo-polygalacturonase(PsPG1)to weaken plant cell *** counter PsPME1-mediated susceptibility,a plant-derived pectin methylesterase inhibitor protein,GmPMl1,protects pectin to maintain a high methylesterification ***1 protects plant cell walls from enzymatic degrada-tion by inhibiting both soybean and *** pectin methylesterases during ***,constitutive expression of GmPMl1 disrupted the trade-off between host growth and defense *** therefore used AlphaFold structure tools to design a modified form of GmPMI1(GmPMI1R)that specifically targets and inhibits pectin methylesterases secreted from pathogens but notfrom *** expression of GmPMi1R enhanced plant resistance to oomycete and fungal *** summary,our work highlights the biochemical modification of the cell wall as an important focal point in the physiological and co-evolutionary conflict between hosts and microbes,providing an important proof of concept that Al-driven structure-based tools can accelerate the development of new strategies for plant protection.
