The retina of zebrafish can regenerate completely after injury.M ultiple studies have demonstrated that metabolic alte rations occur during retinal damage;however to date no study has identified a link between metabolites and retinal regeneration of ***,we performed an unbiased metabolome sequencing in the N-methyl-D-aspartic acid-damaged retinas of zebrafish to demonstrate the metabolomic mechanism of retinal *** the differentially-ex pressed metabolites,we found a significant decrease in p-aminobenzoic acid in the N-methyl-D-aspartic acid-damaged retinas of ***,we investigated the role of p-aminobenzoic acid in retinal regeneration in adult *** rtantly,p-aminobenzoic acid activated Achaetescute complex-like 1a expression,thereby promoting Müller glia reprogramming and division,as well as Müller glia-derived progenitor cell ***,we eliminated folic acid and inflammation as downstream effectors of PABA and demonstrated that PABA had little effect on Müller glia *** together,these findings show that PABA contributes to retinal regeneration through activation of Achaetescute complex-like 1a expression in the N-methyl-Daspartic acid-damaged retinas of zebrafish.

heavy metal pollution poses a serious hazard to human health,and microbial remediation of heavy metals in soil has been widely studied.A group of ascomycetes classified as dark septate endophytes(DSEs)colonize plant roots and benefit host plants under abiotic stress *** this study,Phragmites australis,a common remediation plant in the Baiyang Lake in North China,was *** and roots of *** were collected in typical heavy metal-contaminated sites,and the species diversity and community structure of DSEs in *** roots were *** addition,DSE strains were isolated,cultured,and tested for their tolerance to Cd *** results showed that DSEs occurred extensively in *** roots,forming typical dark septate hyphae,with a total colonization rate of 19.7%–83.1%.Morphological and internal transcribed spacer sequencing analyses were used to identify 10 species within 9 genera of DSE *** these fungi,6 strains with considerable resistance to Cd stress were *** biomasses of Poaceascoma helicoides,Alternaria doliconidium,and Acrocalymma vagum strains increased as the Cd levels *** results can not only help to understand plant-DSE interactions in wetland environments,but also provide a theoretical basis for making full use of DSE fungi to alleviate heavy metal contamination in soil.

Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the major causes of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Most near-infrared(NIR) agents used in clinical CRC treatment are at NIR-I(700–900 nm) window, which has limitations on deep tissue, and fluorescent probes in the second NIR(1,000–1,700 nm) allow high-resolution bioimaging with deep tissue penetration. However, existing NIR-II fluorophores used in clinical are still rare. herein, based on shielding-donor-acceptor-donor-shielding(S-D-A-D-S) scaffold, we developed an organic small-molecule fluorophore IR-BTGP with NIR-II emission for imaging-guided photothermal therapy(PTT) in CRC mice model. Amphiphilic IR-BTGP can be self-assembled into spherical nano-micelles, which presents reliable water solubility and photothermal conversion efficiency(30.2%). In vitro experiments indicate that cancer cells treated with IRBTGP were significantly killed upon 808 nm light irradiation. Furthermore, in vivo NIR-II fluorescence imaging confirms that IR-BTGP accumulates in the tumor region. Remarkably, a significant tumor inhibition rate(78.5%) was observed in tumorbearing mice when treated with IR-BTGP plus 808 nm irradiation. Therefore, this work shows that IR-BTGP holds great promise as an NIR-II fluorescence imaging-guided PTT platform for CRC in the future.

With the development of the miniaturization of electronic equipment and lightweight weapon equipment,there are new requirements for electromagnetic wave absorption material(EMWAM).EMWAM has outstanding electromagnetic wave absorption properties and lightweight characteristics become an important direction of *** this study,graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4)(GGCN)EMWAM was first synthesized in situ by simple heat treatment,in which the g-C_(3)N_(4) had a porous structure and dispersed on the surface of *** impedance matching of the GGCN was well adjusted by decreasing the dielectric constant and attenuation constant due to the g-C_(3)N_(4) semiconductor property and the graphite-like *** EMW loss mechanism of GGCN was also analyzed by simulating GGCN’s electric field mode distribution and resistance loss power *** analysis result shows that the distribution of g-C_(3)N_(4) among GGCN sheets can produce more polarization effects and relaxation effects by increasing the lamellar ***,the polarization loss of GGCN could be increased successfully by porous g-C_(3)N_(4).Ultimately,the EMW absorption property of GGCN is optimized significantly,and GGCN exhibits excellent EMW absorption *** the thickness is 2 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)can reach 4.6 GHz,and when the thickness is 4.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)at 4.56 GHz can reach-34.69 ***,the practical application of EMWAM was studied by radar cross-section(RCS)simulation,showing that GGCN has a good application prospect.

Model checking is an automated formal verification method to verify whether epistemic multi-agent systems adhere to property *** there is an extensive literature on qualitative properties such as safety and liveness,there is still a lack of quantitative and uncertain property verifications for these *** uncertain environments,agents must make judicious decisions based on subjective *** verify epistemic and measurable properties in multi-agent systems,this paper extends fuzzy computation tree logic by introducing epistemic modalities and proposing a new Fuzzy Computation Tree Logic of Knowledge(FCTLK).We represent fuzzy multi-agent systems as distributed knowledge bases with fuzzy epistemic interpreted *** addition,we provide a transformation algorithm from fuzzy epistemic interpreted systems to fuzzy Kripke structures,as well as transformation rules from FCTLK formulas to Fuzzy Computation Tree Logic(FCTL)***,we transform the FCTLK model checking problem into the FCTL model *** enables the verification of FCTLK formulas by using the fuzzy model checking algorithm of FCTL without additional computational ***,we present correctness proofs and complexity analyses of the proposed ***,we further illustrate the practical application of our approach through an example of a train control system.
