Cymbidium goeringii is an economically important ornamental plant,and flower color is one of the main features of *** that contributes to its high economic *** clarify the molecular mechanisms underlying the role of anthocyanins in mediating differences in color among varieties,liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry was used to perform anthocyanin-targeted metabolomics of seven *** varieties,including‘Jin Qian Yuan’(JQY),‘Jin Xiu Qian Yuan’(JXQY),‘Miao jiang Su Die’(MJSD),‘Qian Ming Su’(QMS),‘Shi Chan’(SC),and‘Yang Ming Su’(YMS),as well as the *** detected 64 anthocyanins,including cyanidins,delphinidins,malvidins,pelargonidins,peonidins,petunidins,procyanidins,and *** identified six shared differentially accumulated metabolites(DAMs),including cyanidin-3-O-rutinoside,delphinidin-3-Osophoroside,pelargonidin-3-O-rutinoside,peonidin-3-O-(6-O-malonyl-beta-D-glucoside),peonidin-3-Osophoroside,and *** DAMs were enriched in the anthocyanin biosynthesis *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed metabolites were significantly enriched in the anthocyanin biosynthesis *** of the content of differentially expressed metabolites indicated that peonidin-3-O-(6-O-malonyl-beta-D-glucoside)was the key metabolite underlying color differences among *** *** B2,pelargonidin-3-O-galactoside,and naringenin might also affect the color formation of JQY and QMS,SC,and MJSD,*** results of this study shed light on the metabolic mechanism underlying flower color differences in *** at the molecular *** findings will aid future studies of the mechanism of flower color regulation in *** and have implications for the breeding of new varieties.

The shale gas development process is complex in terms of its flow mechanisms and the accuracy of the production forecasting is influenced by geological parameters and engineering parameters. Therefore, to quantitatively evaluate the relative importance of model parameters on the production forecasting performance, sensitivity analysis of parameters is required. The parameters are ranked according to the sensitivity coefficients for the subsequent optimization scheme design. A data-driven global sensitivity analysis(GSA) method using convolutional neural networks(CNN) is proposed to identify the influencing parameters in shale gas production. The CNN is trained on a large dataset, validated against numerical simulations, and utilized as a surrogate model for efficient sensitivity analysis. Our approach integrates CNN with the Sobol' global sensitivity analysis method, presenting three key scenarios for sensitivity analysis: analysis of the production stage as a whole, analysis by fixed time intervals, and analysis by declining rate. The findings underscore the predominant influence of reservoir thickness and well length on shale gas production. Furthermore, the temporal sensitivity analysis reveals the dynamic shifts in parameter importance across the distinct production stages.

【目的】分析我国中文护理科技核心期刊报告利益冲突的现状，提出针对性改进建议，促进学术出版科研诚信及伦理规范。【方法】以《2023年版中国科技期刊引证报告（核心版）》自然科学卷收录的12种中文护理科技核心期刊为研究对象，在中国知网检索12种期刊在2023年1月1日至2024年3月26日的发文数量；进一步检索各期刊利益冲突报告数量，逐篇筛查评价利益冲突的报告情况；访问12种中文护理科技核心期刊的官网，调查各期刊对论文利益冲突和作者贡献的报告要求。【结果】中文护理科技核心期刊对利益冲突的报告要求不严格，共6种期刊提出针对作者报告利益冲突的相关要求，占50%(6/12)，其中2种期刊在2024年的报告率分别高达97%、86%，另4种期刊对于利益冲突报告要求的落实执行情况不甚理想，报告内容也欠规范。没有期刊要求编辑或审稿人向读者公开该项内容。【结论】建议中文护理科技核心期刊尽快贯彻落实国家科研管理部门制定的利益冲突声明政策，在官网及各出版平台发布利益冲突的报告要求及规范报告内容，对作者、审稿专家、编辑者进行广泛深入的宣传教育，进一步避免学术不端行为的发生。

“五音”一词是初学中医者即会接触到的,在五行学说中它通过五行与人体脏腑经络相关联,但五音对中医学的指导意义在本科教材中未有提及。随着近年来五音疗法研究的兴起,五音的内涵也更显混乱,五音与律调之间的关系是研究者容易忽略的问题。文章从《黄帝内经》入手,探讨五音内涵之本原,厘清五音与六律、调式之间的关系,明确了五音在《黄帝内经》中的诊断作用;同时结合《黄帝内经》时代的代表性乐器辨析有关音乐治疗的相关内容,认为《黄帝内经》中的部分原文是与乐器弹奏的技法相关,但单纯的五行配五音疗法没有形成完整的系统理论,五音疗疾需结合中医的情志学说调节情绪方可达到治疗和养生目的。

Background:While type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is considered a putative causal risk factor for coronary artery disease(CAD),the intrinsic link underlying T2DM and CAD is not fully *** aimed to highlight the importance of integrated care targeting both diseases by investigating the phenotypic and genetic relationships between T2DM and ***:We evaluated phenotypic associations using data from the United Kingdom Biobank(N=472,050).We investigated genetic relationships by leveraging genomic data conducted in European ancestry for T2DM,with and without adjustment for body mass index(BMI)(T2DM:N_(case)/N_(control)=74,124/824,006;T2DM adjusted for BMI[T2DM_(adj)BMI]:N_(case)/N_(control)=50,409/523,897)and for CAD(N_(case)/N_(control)=181,522/984,168).We performed additional analyses using genomic data conducted in multiancestry individuals for T2DM(N_(case)/N_(control)=180,834/1,159,055).Results:Observational analysis suggested a bidirectional relationship between T2DM and CAD(T2DM→CAD:hazard ratio[HR]=2.12,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.01–2.24;CAD→T2DM:HR=1.72,95%CI:1.63–1.81).A positive overall genetic correlation between T2DM and CAD was observed(r_(g)=0.39,P=1.43×10^(-75)),which was largely independent of BMI(T2DM_(adj)BMI–CAD:r_(g)=0.31,P=1.20×10^(–36)).This was corroborated by six local signals,among which 9p21.3 showed the strongest genetic ***-trait meta-analysis replicated 101 previously reported loci and discovered six novel pleiotropic *** randomization analysis supported a bidirectional causal relationship(T2DM→CAD:odds ratio[OR]=1.13,95%CI:1.11-1.16;CAD→T2DM:OR=1.12,95%CI:1.07-1.18),which was confirmed in multiancestry individuals(T2DM→CAD:OR=1.13,95%CI:1.10-1.16;CAD→T2DM:OR=1.08,95%CI:1.04-1.13).This bidirectional relationship was significantly mediated by systolic blood pressure and intake of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors,with mediation proportions of 54.1%(95%CI:24.9-83.4%)and 90.4%(95%CI

作为中国早期木刻的精神导师,鲁迅对于木刻青年的指导强调写实与素描,但木刻家们的创作却倾向于表现风格。这与作为译介者的鲁迅不无关系:他编选出版的版画集以表现主义风格为主,对木刻家形成了潜在的影响。鲁迅强调写实是出于科学、民主、启蒙等功利目的,而他本心却对富于主观意志与激情的表现主义美术称心喜欢。但他对表现主义的赞赏是有限度的,这便是具有一定的写实基础,而对于完全脱离了客观物象、任意解构的艺术,他则坚决反对。因此,鲁迅关于木刻的艺术观可说是基于写实的表现主义,内在的是革命现实主义的精神内核。受他指导的中国早期木刻,一方面吸取了珂勒惠支、苏联版画的现实主义精神,另一方面汲取了其中的表现性技法、语言及西欧现代派艺术的营养,在思想内涵的深化和艺术本体意识的增强中进行着相对独立的艺术表达,创作出中国现代艺术史上独特的绘画样式。
