Seasonal freeze-thaw processes impact microbial communities of soil aggregates associated with soil pores on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau

Background Seasonal freeze-thaw(FT) processes alter soil formation and cause changes in soil microbial communi-ties, which regulate the decomposition of organic matter in alpine ecosystems. Soil aggregates are basic structural units and play a critical role in microbial habitation. However, the impact of seasonal FT processes on the distribution of microbial communities associated with soil pores in different aggregate fractions under climate change has been overlooked. In this study, we sampled soil aggregates from two typical alpine ecosystems(alpine meadow and alpine shrubland) during the seasonal FT processes(UFP: unstable freezing period, SFP: stable frozen period, UTP: unstable thawing period and STP: stable thawed period). The phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA) method was used to determine the biomass of living microbes in different aggregate *** The microbial biomass of 0.25–2 mm and 0.053–0.25 mm aggregates did not change significantly dur-ing the seasonal FT process while the microbial biomass of > 2 mm aggregates presented a significant difference between the STP and UTP. Bacterial communities dominated the microbes in aggregates, accounting for over 80% of the total PLFAs. The microbial communities of soil aggregates in the surface layer were more sensitive to the sea-sonal FT process than those in other soil layers. In the thawing period, Gram positive bacteria(GP) was more dominant. In the freezing period, the ratio of Gram-positive to Gram-negative bacterial PLFAs(GP/GN) was low because the enrichment of plant litter facilitated the formation of organic matter. In the freezing process, pores of 30–80 μm(mesopores) favored the habitation of fungal and actinobacterial communities while total PLFAs and bacterial PLFAs were negatively correlated with mesopores in the thawing *** The freezing process caused a greater variability in microbial biomass of different aggregate fractions. 目的全面了解年轻妇科癌症患者社会疏离的真实体验。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2023年6—8月在武汉市某三甲医院妇科肿瘤病房治疗的患者作为研究对象,对符合纳排标准的19例年轻妇科癌症患者进行半结构式访谈。采用Colaizzi内容分析法对资料进行分析与主题提炼。结果通过对访谈资料的分析归纳,提炼汇总为3个主题:负性情绪体验(孤独感与无助感、病耻感与自卑心理、无意义感与缺乏社交兴趣)、客观行为改变(以保护自我为目的的自我承受、以保护他人为目的的隐匿心声、沟通交流障碍)、外界支持不足(医护专业支持不足、家庭及亲友支持不良、同伴支持受限)。结论年轻妇科癌症患者正面临较高的社会疏离。医护人员应结合患者的实际情况及个体化因素,制定针对性干预方案;加强患者的心理支持、医疗信息支持及健康指导,调动全方位社会支持系统,促进患者积极融入社会,早日回归正常生活。

As significant differences in cellular physiology, metabolic potential and genetics occur among strains with morphological similarity, the screening of appropriate microalgae species for effective CO2 fixation and biodiesel production is extremely critical. In this study, ten strains of Chlorella were cultivated in municipal wastewater influent（MWI） and their tolerance for MWI, CO2 fixation efficiency and lipid productivity were assessed. The results showed that the biomass concentrations of four strains（Chlorella vulgaris, Chlorella64.01, Chlorella regularis var. minima and Chlorella sp.） were significantly higher than other strains. When the cultivation systems were aerated with 10% CO2, Chlorella sp. showed the highest CO2 fixation efficiency（35.51%）, while the highest lipid accumulation（58.48%） was observed with C. vulgaris. Scanning electron microscopy images revealed that the cells of both Chlorella sp. and C. vulgaris kept their normal morphologies after 15 day batch *** findings indicated that Chlorella sp. and C. vulgaris have fairly good tolerance for MWI,and moreover, Chlorella sp. was appropriate for CO2 fixation while C. vulgaris represented the highest potential for producing biodiesel.

H13 powder is cladded on steel P20 （base） by continuous COe laser, and the influence of technological pa rameters such as the laser power is analyzed. The 3-D model of synchronous powder feeding is built under Gauss heat source. The simulative results in the heat affected zone are compared with the experimental ones, and the average er rors of width and depth are 15% and 4.5%, respectively. It is found that the simulative results provide basic data for investigating of laser cladding further.

Social media websites allow users to exchange short texts such as tweets via microblogs and user status in friendship networks. Their limited length, pervasive abbrevi- ations, and coined acronyms and words exacerbate the prob- lems of synonymy and polysemy, and bring about new chal- lenges to data mining applications such as text clustering and classification. To address these issues, we dissect some poten- tial causes and devise an efficient approach that enriches data representation by employing machine translation to increase the number of features from different languages. Then we propose a novel framework which performs multi-language knowledge integration and feature reduction simultaneously through matrix factorization techniques. The proposed ap- proach is evaluated extensively in terms of effectiveness on two social media datasets from Facebook and Twitter. With its significant performance improvement, we further investi- gate potential factors that contribute to the improved perfor- mance.

In order to reduce the friction coefficient of a pure nickel coating and extend the lifetime of metal parts under extreme friction conditions,a series of Ni-based WS2-composite solid lubrication coating containing different WS2 concentrations were prepared on a 45#mild carbon steel substrate by *** cyclic voltammetry method was used to investigate the electroplating regulation of the Ni-WS2 composite coatings.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to analyze the microstructures and wear surfaces of the composite coatings,the tribological properties and wear mechanisms of the composite coatings with different WS2 *** results show that the addition of WS2 can promote the cathode polarization of the electroplating process,and the polarization degree goes up with the increase in WS2 *** friction coefficient of Ni-composite coatings significantly decreases by the addition of WS2 *** lowest friction coefficient at room temperature is obtained at a value around 0.01-0.03 from the coating deposited in the electrolyte solution with a 30g·L^-1 WS2 *** friction coefficient of the Ni-WS2 composite coating remains in 0.01-0.03 with the increase in temperature from room temperature to 300℃.When the temperature goes up to 500℃,the friction coefficient manifests a continuous increase to 0.12,because WS2 is gradually oxidized into WO3 and therefore loses its lubrication ability.

In order to investigate the correlation between the prevalence of Kashin-Back disease(KBD)and Se concentrations,natural soil samples and cultivated soil samples were collected from southeastern Tibet,China;and the soil Se concentrations were measured by atomic fluorescent *** was found that the mean Se concentrations of natural soil samples in KBD areas,from the first layer to the third layer,were 0.17 mg/kg,0.11 mg/kg,and 0.10 mg/kg,respectively,and in nondisease areas were 0.21 mg/kg,0.24 mg/kg,and 0.13mg/kg,*** mean Se concentrations of cultivated soil samples were 0.10 mg/kg in KBD areas and 0.23 mg/kg in non-disease areas,*** Se concentrations in KBD areas were lower than that in non-disease areas,and the mean concentrations of soil Se in Tibet were lower than the average of China(0.29 mg/kg).Therefore,there is a close relationship between soil Se concentrations and KBD in *** studies should be concentrated on the impacts of Se deficiency in soils and its relationship with Se concentrations in food-grain and the human body in Tibet areas.
