为提高物流仓储的安全风险管理水平,降低事故发生率,收集2008—2022年的174起物流仓储安全事故,采用N-K模型进行风险因素耦合分析,借助社会网络模型实现风险因素关系可视化,并进行中心度和可达性分析。结果表明:多因素耦合导致物流仓储安全事故发生的概率最大;控制人—管双风险因素耦合可有效避免物流仓储安全事故发生;安全意识淡薄、安全投入不足、安全教育不到位是物流仓储安全事故的关键风险因素,需重点防范。

Due to climate change, extreme heat stress events have become more frequent, adversely affecting rice yield and grain quality. The accumulation and translocation of dry matter and nitrogen substances are essential for rice yield and grain quality. To assess the impact of high temperature stress(HTS) at the early panicle initiation(EPI) stage on the accumulation, transportation, and distribution of dry matter and nitrogen substances in various organs of rice, as well as the resulting effects on rice yield and grain quality, pot experiments were conducted using an indica rice cultivar Yangdao 6(YD6) and a japonica rice cultivar Jinxiangyu 1(JXY1) under both normal temperature(32 ℃/26 ℃) and high temperature(38 ℃/29 ℃) conditions. The results indicated that exposure to HTS at the EPI stage significantly decreased rice yield by reducing spikelet number per panicle, grain-filling rate, and grain weight. However, it improved the nutritional quality of rice grains by increasing protein and amylose contents. The reduction in nitrogen and dry matter accumulation accounted for the changes in spikelet number per panicle, grain-filling rate, and grain size. Under HTS, the decrease in nitrogen accumulation accompanied by the reduction in dry matter may be due to the down-regulation of leaf net photosynthesis and senescence, as evidenced by the decrease in nitrogen content. Furthermore, the decrease in sink size limited the translocation of dry matter and nitrogen substances to grains, which was closely related to the reduction in grain weight and the deterioration of grain quality. These findings significantly contribute to our understanding of the mechanisms of HTS on grain yield and quality formation from the perspective of dry matter and nitrogen accumulation and translocation. Further efforts are needed to improve the adaptability of rice varieties to climate change in the near future.

Mechanical analysis of cylinders being upset between spherical concave platen and concave supporting plate is conducted. Rigid-plastic mechanical models for cylinders are presented. When the ratio of height to diameter, is larger than 1, there exists two-dimensional tensile stress in the deformed body, when the ratio is smaller than 1, there exists shear stress in static hydraulic zone. The former breaks through the theory that there is three-dimensional compressive stress irrespective of any ratio of height to diameter. The latter satisfactorily explains the mechanism of layer-like cracks in disk-shaped forgings and the flanges of forged gear axles. The representation of the two models makes the upsetting, theory into correct and perfect stage.

Introduction:Coxsackievirus A6(CVA6)has emerged as a significant pathogen responsible for severe cases of hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD).This study aims to delineate the demographic characteristics and analyze the viral evolution of severe HFMD associated with CVA6,thereby assisting in its surveillance and ***:In this investigation,74 strains of CVA6 were isolated from samples collected from severe HFMD cases between 2012 and *** VP1 gene sequences of CVA6 were amplified and analyzed to assess population historical dynamics and evolutionary characteristics using BEAST,DnaSP6,and ***:A significant portion(94.4%)of severe CVA6-associated HFMD cases(51 out of 54,with 20 lacking age information)were children under 5 years *** the 74 CVA6 strains analyzed,72 belonged to the D3a sub-genotype,while only two strains were D2 *** average genetic distance between VP1 sequences prior to 2015 was 0.027,which increased to 0.051 when compared to sequences *** population dynamics analysis indicated three significant population expansions of severe CVA6-associated HFMD during 2012-2013,2013-2014,and 2019-2020,resulting in the formation of 65 distinct *** with the MCC tree findings,transitioning between regional haplotypes required multiple base substitutions,showcasing an increase in population diversity during the evolutionary process(from 14 haplotypes in 2013 to 55 haplotypes over the subsequent decade).Conclusions:CVA6,associated with severe HFMD,is evolving and presents a risk of outbreak ***,enhanced surveillance of severe HFMD is imperative.
