Black rockfish(Sebastes schlegeli.)has evolved viviparous reproduction *** from the oviparous fishes,the spermatozoa of black rockfish are stored on the surface of ovarian folli.le for over four months until the egg mature in ovary,while the adaptive evolution of fertili.ation-related genes remains to be *** the present study,based on the genome and transcriptome information of black rockfish,a total of 10 hyaluronidase genes were identified by phylogenetic and sequence analyses,including hyal1,hyal2,hyal3,hyal4,hyal6 and spam1a,spam1b,spam1c and *** spam1 subfamili.s,including spam1a,spam1b,spam1c and spam1d,were significantly expanded compared to other *** adaptive evolution of hyaluronidase was further investigated by selection pressure analysis of branch model and branch site *** results showed that only spam1 subfamily was positively selected with a large number of positive selection sites,and the evolution rate was significantly higher thanthose of other *** positively selected sites,LYS-171 and gLY-164,were located in the neutral hyaluronidase activity domain,which was pivotal for SPAM1 to participate in enzymatic hydrolysis of the extracellular hyaluronic acid matrix and mediate acrosome reaction in ***,spam1 was mainly expressed in spermatocytes,secondary spermatocytes,and spermatids of testis,whereas it was not found in metamorphic sperm and mature sperm based on the spatiotemporal expression *** results indicated that spam1 might originate from the testis and might be an adaptation of viviparous trait in black rockfish.

N-doping has significant influence in manipulating the properties of Tio_(2),and this has stimulated the development of N-donor-functionali.ed titanium-oxo clusters(ToCs)as molecular models to study the structure-property ***,the structural type and photoresponsive appli.ation are still li.ited for such ToCs,especially regarding the high-nuclearity ToCs that contain structure unit of Tio_(2)for ***,we showed the synthesis of a series of high-nuclearity ToCs 1-3 compounds usingπ-conjugated 1,10-phenanthroli.e(phen)as chromophore and N-donor functional *** 1 features cocrystal structure composed of one[Ti_(26)]~(2+)and half[Ti_(22)]~(2+),which renders it as the first cocrystalli.ed ToC containing two positively charged species and phen-functionali.ed ToC showing the highest nuclearity up to 37 Ti *** adjusting the synthetic conditions,the individual{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)}clusters can also be isolated as Compounds 2 and 3,*** core structure of{Ti_(22)}is mainly constructed from four lacunary{Ti_(4)}derived from pentagonal{Ti(Ti)_5}unit,while{Ti_(26)}is built from four complete{Ti(Ti)_5}***,a{Ti_8o_(14)}structure unit of anatase Tio_(2)can be identified in{Ti_(26)}.Based on the unique structural features and proper photophysical and photochemical properties of Compounds 1-3,they are appli.d for photocatalytic *** to the presence of anatase structure unit in{Ti_(26)}and the synergistic effect from{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)},the catalytic performance presents in the order of Compound 1>Compound 3>Compound *** work provides excellent models to understand the structureproperty relationship from the perspective of cocrystalli.ation and Ti-o binding model and will further promote the appli.ation of ToCs as functional catalysts for organic transformation.

This paper investigates the origin of ultra-deep dolostone and the factors influencing large-scale dolostone reservoirs,focusing on the Sinian Dengying Formation and the Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation in the Sichuan *** study involves petrology,microscale X-ray diffraction,trace element analysis,and C-o-Sr-Mg isotope experiments to provide a detailed *** research findings indicate that the Dengying and Longwangmiao formations comprise six types of matrix dolostone and four types of *** Dengying Formation,which developed under a sedimentary background of a restricted platform,contains special microbial and microcrystalli.e *** dolomite grains are small(ow order degree(Min=0.55),with large unit cell parameters and an extremely high Na content(Max=788 ppm).The^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr value of the dolostone is consistent with contemporaneous seawater,while the δ^(13)C andδ^(18)o values are lower than those of the contemporaneous *** δ^(26)Mg value is small(Min=-2.31‰).Powder crystal,fine-crystalli.e,and calcite dolostones with coarser and more ordered crystals exhibit similar δ^(13)C and^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr values to microbial and microcrystalli.e *** the sedimentary period of the Dengying Formation,ancient marine conditions were favorable for microbial *** induced the direct precipitation of primary dolomite in seawater,forming microbial and microcrystalli.e dolostones during the seawater diagenesis *** the subsequent diagenesis period,dolostones underwent the effects of dissolution-recrystalli.ation,structures,and hydrothermal *** resulted in the formation of dolostone with coarser crystals,a higher degree of order,and various types of *** Longwangmiao Formation was developed in an interplatform beach characterized by special particle *** particle dolostone has a large grain size(>30μm),high order degree(Min=0.7),small unit cell parameters,high Na content

The first exothermic peak of cement-based material occurs a few minutes after mixing,and the properties of three dimensional(3D)printed concrete,such as setting time,are very sensitive to *** this background,based on the classical Park cement exothermic model of hydration,we propose and construct a numerical model of the first exothermic peak,taking into account the proportions of C_(3)S,C_(3)A and quickli.e in *** calculated parameters are cali.rated by means of relevant publi.hed exothermic test *** is found that this developed model offers a good simulation of the first exothermic peak of hydration for C_(3)S and C_(3)A proportions from 0 to 100% of cement cli.ker and reflects the effect of quickli.e content at 8%-10%.The unique value of this research is provision of an important computational tool for appli.ations that are sensitive to the first exothermic peak of hydration,such as 3D printing.

Heterosis has been exploited to enhance the yield and adaptabili.y in various shellfish species;however,the molecular basis of it remains *** Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas is one of the most economically important aquaculture species,and its productive traits can be improved by ***,an intraspecific cross between orange shell(o,10th generation)and‘Haida No.1’(H,13th generation)of *** was performed to assess the heterosis of survival *** rates of hybrid family(oH)and inbred famili.s(HH and oo)were compared at larval stage,and eyed-pediveli.er larvae of three famili.s were subjected to transcriptome *** analysis results of best-parent heterosis and mid-parent heterosis showed that the hybrid family exhi-bited a high heterosis in survival relative to the parental *** oH-M(oH ***)and oH-P(oH ***)had 425 and 512 dif-ferentially expressed genes(DEgs),*** enrichment analysis of these DEgs revealed that the significantly enrich-ed genes function in virion binding,C-type lectin receptor signali.g pathway,cellular defense response and other immune-related pro-cesses,which involves perlucin-li.e protein,CD209 antigen-li.e protein,ZNFX1,caspase-3 and acan *** differentially ex-pressed genes in oH-M and oH-P,together with the immune-related processes mentioned above may play an important role in the larval survival of *** addition,three genes(CYP450,fucolectin and perlucin-li.e)are associated with the orange shell and low survival of maternal oyster *** findings provide support for the appli.ation of hybrid with superior survival and will facili.ate the understanding of heterosis formation in the Pacific oyster.

Due to the advantages of high volume of transactions and low resource consumption,Directed Acycli. graph(DAg)-based Distributed Ledger Technology(DLT)has been considered a possible next-generation alternative to ***,the security of the DAg-based system has yet to be comprehensively *** at verifying and evaluating the security of DAg-based DLT,we develop a Multi-Agent based IoTA Simulation platform called *** MAIoTASim,we model honest and mali.ious nodes and simulate the configurable network environment,including network topology and *** double-spending attack is a particular security issue related to *** perform the security verification of the consensus algorithms under multiple double-spending attack *** simulations show that the consensus algorithms can resist the parasite chain attack and partially resist the spli.ting attack,but they are ineffective under the large weight *** take the cumulative weight difference of transactions as the evaluation criterion and analyze the effect of different consensus algorithms with parameters under each attack ***,MAIoTASim enables users to perform largescale simulations with multiple nodes and tens of thousands of transactions more efficiently than state-of-the-art ones.
