Alternating pulses current - chronopotentiometric stripping analysis (APC-CPSA) is a new method as a variant of chronopotentiometric stripping analysis (CPSA). During the stripping step an alternating pulse current with a high frequency in a square wave mode is imposed on the electrode system. Thus, tau and sensitivity of APC-CPSA is increased a lot. The tau, E similar to t equation and its reciprocal derivative equation for APC-CPSA are derived and verified by the experimental results.

目的分析不同肠内营养制剂对脓毒症患者肠黏膜屏障及Toll样受体9(TLR9)信号通路的影响。方法选取2020年3月-2023年3月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的脓毒症患者128例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各64例。A组予以TP型肠内营养乳剂治疗,B组予以TPF-D型肠内营养乳剂治疗,两组均治疗7d。比较两组病情进展,治疗前、治疗7d后肠黏膜屏障、TLR9信号通路、免疫功能、营养水平。结果B组机械通气时间、重症监护病房(ICU)住院时间、总住院时间短于A组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗7d后两组血清D-乳酸(D-lac)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、内毒素(ET)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、TLR9、核因子κB(NF-κB)水平,全血CD_(8)^(+)水平降低,且B组更低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗7d后两组全血CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平,血清白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TF)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平升高,且B组更高(P<0.05)。结论TPFD型肠内营养制剂可促进脓毒症的病情恢复,降低肠黏膜屏障损伤,调节TLR9信号通路介导的机体炎症反应,提高机体免疫功能及营养水平。

The random copolymers grafted onto the surfaces of SiO2 hollow sphere via reverse atom transfer radical polymerization （RATRP） and ＂click＂ chemistry were investigated. A sufficient amount of peroxides, as initiating moieties, were introduced onto the surface of hollow spheres. Then styrene and 4-vinylbenzyl azide were polymerized via surface-initiated reverse atom transfer radical polymerization （SI-RATRP） using the peroxide group modified hollow sphere as initiator, resulting in hollow spheres （HS） with grafted polystyrene-co-poly（4-vinylbenzyl azide） copolymer brushes as （HS-g-PS-co-PVBA） intermedi- ate material. Subsequently, N-propargyl-carbazole （PC） was covalently bonded to HS-g-PS-co-PVBA by the ＂click＂ reaction, resulting in the HS-g-PS-co-PVBPC hybrid material. The excitation spectrum is dominated by a broad band from 350 nm to 400 nm with the maximum peak at 362 nm, attributed to the characteristic absorption of the carbazole grouD of HS-g-PS-co-PVBPC hybrid material.

A periodically-poled LiNbO3(PPLN) crystal features space-dependent second-order nonlinear coefficients, which is one of the most important materials to effectively control nonlinear optical interactions through quasi-phase matching(QPM). By using electric-field poling method, 1D and 2D PPLN crystals have been successfully fabricated for laser frequency conversion, quantum light sources, nonlinear beam shaping and nonlinear optical imaging. Recently, femtosecond laser engineering technique is utilized to prepare 3D domain structures inside LiNbO3 crystal, which provides a promising platform to control nonlinear interacting waves in 3D configuration. After 40 years of developments, PPLN crystals still have exciting prospects in fundamental researches and practical applications for integrated photonic chip, quantum information processing,and so on.

Host defense peptides(HDPs)are one of the potentially promising agents for infection diseases due to their broad spectrum and low resistance rate,but their clinical applications are limited by proteolytic instability,high-cost,and complicated synthesis ***,we report a host-defense-peptidemimickingβ-peptide polymer that resists proteolysis to have enhanced the activity under physiological conditions,excellent antimicrobial efficiency even at high density of bacteria,and low cost for ***β-peptide polymer demonstrated quorum sensing(QS)interference and bactericidal effect against both bacterial communities and individual bacterium to simultaneously block bacterial communication and disrupt bacterial *** hierarchical QS network was suppressed,and main QS signaling systems showed considerably down-regulated gene expression,resulting in excellent biofilm eradication and virulence reduction *** dual-modal antibacterial ability possessed excellent therapeutic effects in Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia,which could inhibit biofilm formation and exhibit better antibacterial and anti-inflammatory efficiency than clinically used antibiotics,***,theβ-peptide polymer also showed excellent therapeutic effect Escherichia coli pyogenic liver ***,we believed that theβ-peptide polymer had a feasible clinical potential to treat bacterial infection diseases.

Wanshan mercury mine is the largest mercury deposit in Guizhou Province of China, but there were few reports on mercury toxic＂ effect in the mining area. In order to study the neurotoxicity of food from Wanshan mercury mine area and probe into the effect of food from Wanshan mercury miner area on the changes of brain oxidative damage and expression of c-fos gene. The rats were exposed to mercury contaminated food for 20 d. The content of malondialdehyde （MDA）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, GSH-peroxidase （GSH-px） and Glutathione （GSH） in rat brain was measured, and the effect of mercury contaminated rice on the expression of c-los mRNA in rat brain and the expression of c-FOS protein in cortex, hippocampus were observed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and immunocytochemical methods. The results showed the levels of GSH, MDA, SOD and of GSH-dependent enzymes in the rat brain changed between exposure groups and control group; The mercury polluted rice induced significantly the expression of c-los mRNA; the c-FOS positive cells in hippocampus and cortex of exposure groups were significant different from control group （P〈0.01）. It could be concluded that oxidative stress signals could contribute to the induction of immediate early genes （IEGs）; free radicals and their by-products might not only cause oxidative damage, but also influenced gene expression; IEGs c-fos participated in the toxicity process of brain injury by mercury polluted food.
