尿液细胞学巴黎报告系统在肿瘤专科医院临床应用的真实世界研究

目的探讨尿液细胞学巴黎报告系统(TPS)在临床应用中的实际意义。方法回顾性连续收集2020年1月至2022年6月中国医学科学院肿瘤医院1744份自然排空尿标本(751个尿液标本)细胞学诊断资料,以组织病理诊断为金标准,对比尿液细胞学诊断尿路上... 详细信息

目的探讨尿液细胞学巴黎报告系统(TPS)在临床应用中的实际意义。方法回顾性连续收集2020年1月至2022年6月中国医学科学院肿瘤医院1744份自然排空尿标本(751个尿液标本)细胞学诊断资料,以组织病理诊断为金标准,对比尿液细胞学诊断尿路上皮癌的灵敏度、特异度及每个诊断分类的高级别恶性风险。结果360例患者有组织病理诊断结果,细胞学诊断分类占比分别为未见高级别尿路上皮癌30.1%(226/751)、非典型尿路上皮细胞29.8%(224/751)、可疑高级别尿路上皮癌16.8%(126/751)、高级别尿路上皮癌21.2%(159/751)、非尿路上皮恶性肿瘤2.1%(16/751)。细胞学各个诊断级别所对应的组织病理相关高级别恶性风险分别为27.3%(未见高级别尿路上皮癌)、32.7%(非典型尿路上皮细胞)、74.7%(可疑高级别尿路上皮癌)、96.6%(高级别尿路上皮癌)、100.0%(非尿路上皮恶性肿瘤)。可疑高级别尿路上皮癌高级别恶性风险高于非典型尿路上皮细胞(P<0.001),高级别尿路上皮癌高级别恶性风险高于可疑高级别尿路上皮癌(P<0.001)。以可疑高级别尿路上皮癌为界值,细胞学诊断高级别尿路上皮癌的灵敏度和特异度分别为76.7%(165/215)和85.7%(18/21);以高级别尿路上皮癌为界值,细胞学诊断高级别尿路上皮癌的灵敏度和特异度分别为53.0%(114/215)和100.0%(21/21)。结论尿液细胞学诊断高级别尿路上皮癌有较高的灵敏度和特异度;TPS不同诊断级别的恶性风险不同,肿瘤专科医院的高恶性风险人群导致了各个诊断级别均有相对高的恶性占比及高级别恶性风险;TPS有助于临床管理,有较好的临床应用价值。

针对高速船在内河及沿海浅水区域航行时的兴波问题,基于计算流体力学(CFD)理论,选用k-ωSST湍流模型及VOF显式耦合求解算法,对M型槽道滑行艇在浅水域水动力性能进行数值模拟,分析M型槽道滑行艇在浅水区的消波性能。研究表明:M型槽道滑行艇在浅水域有着良好的消波性能,水深越小滑行艇消波效果越好;在浅水情况下航行时,保持槽道顶处于通气状态,能大幅减小滑行艇兴波。

20世纪后半叶,科学与社会秩序的共生现象凸显,即人类实践生产事实、重塑自然的过程与形成社会秩序和规范的过程紧密交织。共生过程中科学知识与社会秩序如何确立彼此?共生通过哪几个方面而实现?共生受到哪些文化与社会因素的影响?自20世纪70年代起,学者们先后从构成性共生、互动性共生来研究,贾萨诺夫又明确提出共生理论和秩序工具以及公民认识论、社会技术意象和法治主义等概念,加以解释。近十年间,共生理论逐步成型,成为新兴交叉学科科学技术论(Science&Technology Studies)的核心理论,为分析知识社会和知识政治提供了理论框架。目前,该理论有待更广泛的经验性比较研究来加以完善。

AIM:To observe the role and mechanism of autophagy in retinal pigment epithelial cell(RPE)damaged by high glucose,so as to offer a new idea for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).METHODS:ARPE-19,a human RPE cell line cultured in vitro was divided into the normal control(NC),autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine(3-MA),high-glucose(HG),and HG+3-MA *** viability was detected by CCK-8 assay and the apoptosis rate was measured by flow *** protein expressions of apoptosis markers,including Bax,Bcl-2,and Caspase-3,as well as autophagy marker including microtubule-related protein 1 light chain 3(LC3),p62,and mechanistic target of rapamycin(m TOR)were detected by Western *** flux was detected by transfection with Ad-m Cherry-GFP-LC3 ***:Under high glucose conditions,the viability of ARPE-19 was decreased,and the apoptosis rate increased,the protein expressions of Bax,Caspase-3,and LC3-II/LC3-I were all increased and the expressions of Bcl-2,p62 and p-m TOR decreased,and autophagic flux was increased compared with that of the *** with 3-MA reversed all these changes caused by high ***:The current study demonstrates the mechanisms of cell damage of ARPE-19 through high glucose/m TOR/autophagy/apoptosis pathway,and new strategies for DR may be developed based on autophagy regulation to manage cell death of RPE cells.

为提高双有源桥(DAB)变换器的工作效率,简化DAB变换器的分析过程,此处在频域分析下采用矢量分析方法,提出了一种最小均方根电流的控制策略。相比于时域分析下通过详细的模式分析过程以及复杂的数学优化工具得出的优化控制策略,频域分析方法无需求解开关周期中各时段的状态方程,通过矢量图直观地推导出以电流有效值为优化目标的控制策略。在约束范围内,该策略可以有效降低电流有效值,提高传输效率。最后,通过搭建实验平台,验证了所提优化控制策略的有效性。

A mobile molecular Doppler wind lidar (DWL) based on the double-edge technique is described for wind measurement from 10 km to 40 km *** edge filters located in the wings of the thermally broadened molecular backscattered signal spectrum at 355 nm are employed as a frequency discriminator to determine the Doppler shift proportional to the wind *** lidar operates at 355 nm with a 45 cm aperture telescope and a matching azimuth-over-elevation scanner that can provide full hemispherical *** experiments of the lidar wind profile measurement are performed with collocated pilot *** results show that the standard deviation of wind speed and direction are less than 10m/s and 30° in the 5-40 km altitude range,*** small mean difference and normal distribution between DWL and pilot balloon data and the transient eddy of the west-wind jet observed demonstrate that the DWL consistently measures the wind with acceptable random errors.
