For a long time, researchers have sought artificial intelligence(AI) that matches or exceeds human *** agents, which are artificial entities capable of sensing the environment, making decisions, and taking actions, are seen as a means to achieve this goal. Extensive efforts have been made to develop AI agents, with a primary focus on refining algorithms or training strategies to enhance specific skills or particular task performance. The field, however, lacks a sufficiently general and powerful model to serve as a foundation for building general agents adaptable to diverse scenarios. With their versatile capabilities, large language models(LLMs) pave a promising path for the development of general AI agents, and substantial progress has been made in the realm of LLM-based agents. In this article, we conduct a comprehensive survey on LLM-based agents, covering their construction frameworks, application scenarios, and the exploration of societies built upon LLM-based agents. We also conclude some potential future directions and open problems in this flourishing field.

Herein,we fabricate an embedding structure at the interface between Pt nanoparticles （NPs） and CeO2-{100}nanocubes with surface defect sites （CeO2-SDS） through quenching and gas bubbling-assisted membrane reduction *** in-situ substitution of Pt NPs for atomic-layer Ce lattice significantly increases the amount of reactive oxygen species from 133.68μmol/g to 199.44μmol/*** a result,the distinctive geometric structure of Pt/CeO2-SDS catalyst substantially improves the catalytic activity and stability for soot oxidation compared with the catalyst with no quenching process,i.e.,its T50and TOF values are 332°C and 2.915 h-1,*** with the results of experimental investigations and density functional theory calculations,it is unveiled that the unique embedding structure of Pt/CeO2-SDS catalyst can facilitate significantly electron transfer from Pt to the CeO2-{100}support,and induce the formation of interfacial[Ce-Ox-Pt2]bond chains,which plays a crucial role in enhancing the key step of soot oxidation through the dual activation of surface lattice oxygen and molecular *** a fundamental revelation of the interfacial electronic transmission and corresponding modification strategy contributes a novel opportunity to develop high-efficient and stable noble metal catalysts at the atomic level.

Quantum secure direct communication（QSDC） can transmit the secret message directly. Single-photon-based QSDC protocol requires the active modulation of the quantum state of the source, potentially introducing various side-channel vulnerabilities. In this paper, we propose a passive-state preparation QSDC protocol. By utilizing a passive-state preparation method, we remove the need for active modulation, thus eliminating the side-channel risks associated with the source encoder. To evaluate the performance of the protocol, we develop a system model and improve the decoy state method. Through parameter optimization,we identify the optimal secrecy message capacity for various communication distances and compare it with active modulation QSDC. At a communication distance of 10（15） km, the secrecy message capacity of passive-state preparation QSDC reaches3.894 × 10-4（3.715 × 10-5） bit/pulse, achieving 95.3%（91.5%） of the active case's performance. Meanwhile, we consider the resource consumption and optimize the secrecy message transmission rate of passive-state preparation QSDC. Using a coherent light source with a frequency of 10～6Hz, at communication distances of 5, 10, and 15 km, the secrecy message transmission rates for passive-state preparation QSDC reach 2.370 × 10～2, 4.218 × 10, and 2.504 bit/s, respectively.

B2-CuZr phase reinforced amorphous alloy matrix composites has become one of the research hotspots in the field of materials science due to the“transformation-induced plasticity”phenomenon,which makes the composites show better macroscopic plastic deformability and obvious work-hardening behavior compared to the conventional amorphous alloy matrix composites reinforced with ductile ***,the in-situ metastable B2-CuZr phase tends to undergo eutectoid decomposition during solidification,and the volume fraction,size,and distribution of B2-CuZr phase are difficult to control,which limits the development and application of these *** date,much efforts have been made to solve the above problems through composition optimization,casting parameter tailoring,and post-processing *** this study,a review was given based on relevant studies,focusing on the predictive approach,reinforcing mechanism,and microstructure tailoring methods of B2-CuZr phase reinforced amorphous alloy matrix *** research focus and future prospects were also given for the future development of the present composite system.

In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

Reverse modulation of defect density of Ce-MOF-808 by solventassisted ligand exchange for dicyclopentadiene hydrogenation

Defect engineering is a pivotal strategy for tailoring the electronic structure and physicochemical properties of catalysts, yet the straightforward manipulation of defect density in porous materials presents a current challenge. In this work, we achieved precise control over the coordination unsaturated site（CUS） content and pore architecture of Ce-MOF-808 by employing 2-fluorobenzoic acid（2-FBA） as a modifier. Leveraging the p Kadisparities among three ligands（1,3,5-tricarboxylic benzoic acid,formic acid, and 2-FBA）, we preserved the spn topology of Ce-MOF within an aqueous system, while realizing partial substitution of the auxiliary ligands and saturation of the CUS. The amount of 2-FBA was negatively correlated with the number of ligand defects, and the consequent decrease in Ce3+content and the increase in the number of ligand linkages also induced crystal structure transformation. The modulation of the defect structure was correlated with the catalytic performance of dicyclopentadiene（DCPD） hydrogenation reaction, in which Ce-MMF0.15, constructed by the modulation of 0.15 mol amount of 2-fluorobenzoic acid, exhibited an optimal ligand defect density and micro-mesoporous structure, enabling almost complete conversion of DCPD at 100 ℃ and 2 MPa. This article also elucidates the correlation between the regulation of defect density and the accessibility of frustrated Lewis pair（FLP） active sites, guiding the application of novel porous intrinsic FLP materials in hydrogenation catalysis.

BACKGROUND Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)has a high risk of progression to Alzheimer’s *** disease is often accompanied by sleep disorders,and whether sleep disorders have an effect on brain function in patients with MCI is *** To explore the near-infrared brain function characteristics of MCI with sleep *** A total of 120 patients with MCI(MCI group)and 50 healthy subjects(control group)were *** subjects underwent the functional near-infrared spec-troscopy *** baseline data,Mini-Mental State Examination,Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale,fatigue severity scale(FSS)score,sleep parameter,and oxyhemoglobin(Oxy-Hb)concentration and peak time of functional near-infrared spectroscopy test during the task *** relationship between Oxy-RESULTS Compared with the control group,the FSS score of the MCI group was higher(t=11.310),and the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index,sleep time,sleep efficiency,nocturnal sleep disturbance,and daytime dysfunction were higher(Z=-10.518,-10.368,-9.035,-10.661,-10.088).Subjective sleep quality and total sleep time scores were lower(Z=-11.592,-9.924).The sleep efficiency of the MCI group was lower,and the awakening frequency,rem sleep latency period,total sleep time,and oxygen desaturation index were higher(t=5.969,5.829,2.887,3.003,5.937).The Oxy-Hb concentration at T0,T1,and T2 in the MCI group was lower(t=14.940,11.280,5.721),and the peak time was higher(t=18.800,13.350,9.827).In MCI patients,the concentration of Oxy-Hb during T0 was negatively correlated with the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index,sleep time,total sleep time,and sleep efficiency(r=-0.611,-0.388,-0.563,-0.356).It was positively correlated with sleep efficiency and total sleep time(r=0.754,0.650),and negatively correlated with oxygen desaturation index(r=-0.561)and FSS score(r=-0.526).All comparisons were P<*** Patients with MCI and sleep disorders have lower near-infrared brain function than norm
