Clarifying the relationship and analyzing the influential factors of bronchial asthma in children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder

BACKGROUND Bronchial asthma is closely related to the occurrence of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children,which can easily have adverse effects on children’s learning and social *** have shown that childhood asthma can increase the risk of ADHD and the core symptoms of *** with children with ADHD alone,children with asthma and ADHD are more likely to show high levels of hyperactivity,hyperactive-impulsive and other externalizing behaviors and anxiety in clinical practice and have more symptoms of somatization and emotional *** To explore the relationship between ADHD in children and bronchial asthma and to analyze its influencing *** This retrospective cohort study was conducted at Dongying People's Hospital from September 2018 to August *** diagnosed with ADHD at this hospital were selected as the ADHD group,while healthy children without ADHD who underwent physical examinations during the same period served as the control *** and parental data were collected for all participating children,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to identify risk factors for comorbid asthma in children with *** differences were detected between the ADHD group and the control group in terms of family history ofasthma and allergic diseases, maternal complications during pregnancy, maternal use of asthma and allergymedications during pregnancy, maternal anxiety and depression during pregnancy, and parental relationshipstatus (P < 0.05). Out of the 183 children in the ADHD group, 25 had comorbid asthma, resulting in a comorbidityrate of 13.66% (25/183), compared to the comorbidity rate of 2.91% (16/549) among the 549 children in the controlgroup. The difference in the asthma comorbidity rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Effects of Different Raw Materials and Additions on Wave Transparency of Alumina Fiber Products

Fiber products for microwave kilns were prepared using alumina fibers with alumina contents of 72 mass%and 80 mass%,and calcined alumina powder(4-6μm)as the main raw materials,silica sol as the binder,and cationic starch as the *** of different raw materials and their additions on the wave transparency of fiber products were *** results show that as the alumina fiber(72%)addition increases,the heating rate of the samples first decreases and then increases,and the corresponding wave transparency of the sample first increases and then *** the alumina fibers addition is 40 mass%and the alumina powder addition is 30 mass%,the prepared microwave kiln lining material has a higher mullite content,which improves the wave transparency of the *** sample prepared from alumina fibers with an alumina content of 80%has a suitable glass-mullite phase ratio,performs lower overall dielectric constant and good wave transparency,and is a suitable lining material for microwave kilns.

Touch-sensitive screens are crucial components of wearable *** such as reduced graphene oxide(rGO),carbon nanotubes(CNTs),and graphene offer promising solutions for flexible touch-sensitive ***,when stacked with flexible substrates to form multilayered capacitive touching sensors,these materials often suffer from substrate delamination in response to deformation;this is due to the materials having different Young’s modulus *** results in failure to offer accurate touch screen *** this work,we demonstrate an induced charge-based mutual capacitive touching sensor capable of high-precision touch *** is enabled by electron trapping and polarization effects related to mixed-coordinated bonding between copper nanoparticles and vertically grown graphene ***,we used an electron cyclotron resonance system to directly fabricate graphene-metal nanofilms(GMNFs)using carbon and copper,which are firmly adhered to flexible *** being subjected to 3000 bending actions,we observed almost no change in touch *** screen interaction system,which has a signal-to-noise ratio of 41.16 dB and resolution of 650 dpi,was tested using a handwritten Chinese character recognition trial and achieved an accuracy of 94.82%.Taken together,these results show the promise of touch-sensitive screens that use directly fabricated GMNFs for wearable devices.

Calcification-associated molecular traits and therapeutic strategies in hormone receptor-positive HER2-negative breast cancer

Objective:Mammographic calcifications are a common feature of breast cancer,but their molecular characteristics and treatment implications in hormone receptor-positive(HR+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative(HER2−)breast cancer remain ***:We retrospectively collected mammography records of an HR+/HER2−breast cancer cohort(n=316)with matched clinicopathological,genomic,transcriptomic,and metabolomic *** the basis of mammographic images,we grouped tumors by calcification status into calcification-negative tumors,tumors with probably benign calcifications,tumors with calcification of lowmoderate suspicion for maligancy and tumors with calcification of high suspicion for *** then explored the molecular characteristics associated with each calcification status across multiple ***:Among the different statuses,tumors with probably benign calcifications exhibited elevated hormone receptor immunohistochemical staining scores,estrogen receptor(ER)pathway activation,lipid metabolism,and sensitivity to endocrine *** with calcifications of high suspicion for malignancy had relatively larger tumor sizes,elevated lymph node metastasis incidence,Ki-67 staining scores,genomic instability,cell cycle pathway activation,and may benefit from cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6(CDK4/6)***:Our research established links between tumor calcifications and molecular features,thus proposing potential precision treatment strategies for HR+/HER2−breast cancer.

A Single-Event-Transient Hardened Phase Locked Loop for Clock and Data Recovery

A radiation-hardened phase-locked loop is proposed for phase interpolator clock and data recovery purposes. A sensitive node-compressed charge pump and multi-node cross coupling voltage-controlled oscillators are proposed in this phase-locked loop with the goal of achieving good jitter performance and improving anti-SET（SET,single-event transient） capability. The root mean square（RMS） jitter of the phase-locked loop is reduced from 3.7 ps to 2.58 ps at 2 GHz, while the laser threshold is improved from 120 p J to 370 p J compared to the unhardened phaselocked loop. The hardened phase-locked loop also does not lose its lock state from linear energy transfers（LETs） of 3.3 to 37.3 Me V·cm2/mg.

K doping stabilizes three-dimensional K0.2Na1.3Mn0.5O2-δ as high-performance cathode for sodium-ion batteries

It is a difficult challenge to simultaneously employ the cationic and anionic redox chemistry in cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries with high *** though layered oxides （classified as two-dimensional oxides） demonstrate excellent promise in the high discharge capacity,their poor oxygen transformation via redox reactions is limited by crystal ***,a doping strategy was conceived to tackle this issue and increase redox efficiency.K doping was applied to transform the two-dimensional Na1.3Mn0.7O2（NMO） to threedimensional K0.2Na1.3Mn0.5O2（KNMO）,preventing the irreversible phase shift and preserving the crystal structure’s stability while *** this modification treatment,KNMO features manganese and oxygen reactive sites,delivering a promising energy density of 190mAh·g-1at 5 mA·g-1in the 2.0–4.5 V voltage range (vs71.4 mAh·g-1for the pristine NMO).Moreover,it displays improved capacity retention of more than 83.5% after 50cycles at 50 mA·*** results demonstrated that doped intercalation oxides were promising for redox oxygen transformation in sodium-ion batteries.
