海上风电筒型基础入土沉放风险分析

将基于核极限学习机的响应面法应用于筒型基础的入土沉放风险评估,以海域1(安装成功)和海域2(安装失败)某风电场6.45 MW筒型基础为研究对象,采用蒙特卡洛抽样法随机生成地勘静力触探(CPT)中的锥尖阻力(qc),并用基于CPT推荐值、最大值的方法预测沉放需要压差,以水泵和水压可提供的最大压差为风险控制标准,得到两个机位入土沉放失效概率,评估两个机位的入土沉放风险.结果表明:土体的空间变异性越大,筒型基础入土沉放风险越大.当土体变异系数CV≤0.3,使用CPT推荐值计算各深度的失效概率均小于10-4时,风险较低,可用于指导施工.

Payment for Ecosystem Services(PES)has been widely acknowledged as an effective tool for mitigating grassland degradation and enhancing ecosystem services ***,critical factors,such as herders'willingness to accept(WTA)preferences and compensation expectations,are often overlooked,leading to insufficient effectiveness of PES *** study focused on grassland ecological compensation policy(GECP),quantifying herders'WTA compensation for grassland grazing *** face-to-face surveys and employing the contingent valuation method,we estimated households'WTA for participating in a grassland conservation program to bolster ecosystem service *** findings indicated that herders required an average compensation of 237 CNY mu^(-1)yr^(-1)to engage in the grazing ban ***,herders'environmental awareness positively influenced their willingness to participate,whereas larger family sizes were negatively correlated with ***,herders in better health,with higher livestock incomes or categorized as semi-herders,tended to accept lower compensation *** insights are crucial for improving the effectiveness of GECP and provide valuable reference points for similar analyses in economically disadvantaged and ecologically fragile regions.

W-type barium-nickel ferrite(BaNi_(2)Fe_(16)O_(27))is a highly promising material for electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption be-cause of its magnetic loss capability for EMW,low cost,large-scale production potential,high-temperature resistance,and excellent chemical ***,the poor dielectric loss of magnetic ferrites hampers their utilization,hindering enhancement in their EMW-absorption *** efficient strategies that improve the EMW-absorption performance of ferrite is highly desired but re-mains ***,an efficient strategy substituting Ba^(2+)with rare earth La^(3+)in W-type ferrite was proposed for the preparation of novel La-substituted ferrites(Ba_(1-x)LaxNi_(2)Fe_(15.4)O_(27)).The influences of La^(3+)substitution on ferrites’EMW-absorption performance and the dissipative mechanism toward EMW were systematically explored and ***^(3+)efficiently induced lattice defects,enhanced defect-induced polarization,and slightly reduced the ferrites’bandgap,enhancing the dielectric properties of the ***^(3+)also enhanced the ferromagnetic resonance loss and strengthened magnetic *** effects considerably improved the EMW-absorption perform-ance of Ba_(1-x)LaxNi_(2)Fe_(15.4)O_(27)compared with pure W-type *** x=0.2,the best EMW-absorption performance was achieved with a minimum reflection loss of-55.6 dB and effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 3.44 GHz.

Quantum computers leverage the unique advantages of quantum mechanics to achieve acceleration over classical computers for certain problems. Currently, various quantum simulators provide powerful tools for researchers, but simulating quantum evolution with these simulators often incurs high time costs. Additionally, resource consumption grows exponentially as the number of quantum bits increases. To address this issue, our research aims to utilize Large Language Models(LLMs) to simulate quantum circuits. This paper details the process of constructing 1-qubit and 2-qubit quantum simulator models, extending to multiple qubits, and ultimately implementing a 3-qubit example. Our study demonstrates that LLMs can effectively learn and predict the evolution patterns among quantum bits, with minimal error compared to the theoretical output states. Even when dealing with quantum circuits comprising an exponential number of quantum gates, LLMs remain computationally efficient. Overall, our results highlight the potential of LLMs to predict the outputs of complex quantum dynamics, achieving speeds far surpassing those required to run the same process on a quantum computer. This finding provides new insights and tools for applying machine learning methods in the field of quantum computing.

目的:评估基于“4C”理念的气管切开居家护理模式在口腔颌面头颈肿瘤带管出院患者中的应用效果。方法:通过便利抽样选取2022年8月—2023年3月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤科带管出院的气管切开患者及其照顾者,根据收治病区将其分为对照组(67例)和试验组(66例)。对照组实施常规出院护理和随访,试验组实施基于“4C”理念的气管切开居家护理模式。出院后2周、1个月、3个月比较照顾者照顾能力、照顾负担和气道相关并发症的发生率。采用SPSS 26.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:对照组患者年龄为(57.42±14.50)岁,照顾者年龄为(50.88±14.54)岁;试验组患者年龄为(56.92±13.89)岁,照顾者年龄为(53.77±13.47)岁。出院后2周、1个月、3个月,试验组照顾者的照顾能力、照顾负担得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);出院后3个月,试验组气道相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于“4C”理念的气管切开居家护理模式,可提高口腔颌面头颈肿瘤带管出院患者照顾者的照顾能力,减轻照顾负担,降低气道相关并发症的发生率。
