Spinel MnCo_(2)O_(4) is a promising energy storage candidate as anode materials in lithium-ion batteries owing to synergistic effects of two intrinsic solid-state redox ***,low conductivity,poor rate capacity and rapid capacity fading have seriously impaired its practical *** overcome the inferiorities,urchin-like MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C core–shell nanowire arrays have been fabricated directly within a porous copper current collector via a facile hydrothermal method followed by a chemical vapor deposition carbonization *** a typical nanowire,the core is composed of interconnected MnCo_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles and the shell shows as a thin amorphous carbon *** integrated MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu structure could act as working anodes without using additives or polymer *** MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu possesses slightly longer li-ion insertion/desertion pathway than that of MnCo_(2)O_(4)/Cu,the carbon shell could effectively prevent the pulverization of MnCo_(2)O_(4) and lower down charge transfer resistance and actively participate in li-ion *** rearrangement of carbon atoms during lithiation/delithiation cycling could inhibit the formation of passive solid electrolyte interphase *** a result,the MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu electrode presents superior rate capacity(600 mAh·g^(−1) at 1 A·g^(−1)) and better stability(797 mAh·g^(−1) after 200 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1)).The excellent reversible li ion storage capacity,cycling stability and rate capacity endow MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu great potential as stable and high output integrated anode materials in li-ion batteries.

Atomic layer deposition(ALD)technology has been adopted to obtain the ultrathin coating layer on the surface of liNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2)(NCM)cathode ***,the as-reported coating materials usually form dense film layers and present low electronic conductivity,leading to poor electrochemical ***,the ultrafine Pd nanoparticles(~5 nm)with superior electronic conductivity are successfully deposited on the surface of liNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)particles by ALD *** from its high electrical conductivity,intrinsic electrochemical inertia to li+and HF,unique point coating,and the interfacial Pd-O bond,the coating of ultrafine Pd nanoparticles significantly weakens the electrochemical polarization and enhances the rate capability of NCM811 *** capacity retention ratio at 1 C after 100 cycles reaches 84.6%,and the capacity of 153.5 mA·h·g^(−1) is realized at 5 *** research finds that the battery with the coating layer of 5 deposition cycles has a better electrochemical performance than the batteries with 2 and 8 deposition *** work enriches the application of ALD technology in the surface modification of electrode materials and broadens the mind of electrochemical performance enhancement.

Stroke is classified as ischemic or hemorrhagic,and there are few effective treatments for either *** mechanisms play a critical role in secondary brain injury following a stroke,which manifests as cytokine release,blood–brain barrier disruption,neuronal cell death,and ultimately behavioral *** the inflammatory response has been shown to mitigate this cascade of events in experimental stroke ***,in clinical trials of anti-inflammatory agents,longterm immunosuppression has not demonstrated significant clinical benefits for *** may be attributable to the dichotomous roles of inflammation in both tissue injury and repair,as well as the complex pathophysiologic inflammatory processes in *** acute harmful inflammatory responses or inducing a phenotypic shift from a pro-inflammatory to an anti-inflammatory state at specific time points after a stroke are alternative and promising therapeutic *** agents that can modulate inflammation requires a detailed understanding of the inflammatory processes of ***,epigenetic reprogramming plays a crucial role in modulating post-stroke inflammation and can potentially be exploited for stroke *** this review,we summarize current findings on the epigenetic regulation of the inflammatory response in stroke,focusing on key signaling pathways including nuclear factor-kappa B,Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription,and mitogen-activated protein kinase as well as inflammasome *** also discuss promising molecular targets for stroke *** evidence to date indicates that therapeutic targeting of the epigenetic regulation of inflammation can shift the balance from inflammation-induced tissue injury to repair following stroke,leading to improved post-stroke outcomes.

为了解决实际误差分布与假设误差分布不匹配导致最小二乘三维定位算法精度较低的问题,提出一种基于测距值优化的最小二乘室内三维定位算法.结合残差修正、Cayley-Menger行列式及空间四面体几何约束,利用非线性规划方法优化测距值,使测距误差符合高斯分布特性,从而提高最小二乘三维定位算法的定位精度.实验对比分析结果显示,所提算法具有较高的定位精度及稳定性.

An efficient quantum proactive incremental learning algorithm

In scenarios where a large amount of data needs to be learned, incremental learning can make full use of old knowledge, significantly reduce the computational cost of the overall learning process, and maintain high performance. In this paper, taking the MaxCut problem as our example, we introduce the idea of incremental learning into quantum computing, and propose a Quantum Proactive Incremental Learning algorithm(QPIL). Instead of a one-off training of quantum circuit, QPIL contains a multi-phase training on gradually-increased subgraphs of all vertices, proactively reducing large-scale problems to smaller ones to solve in steps, providing an efficient solution for MaxCut. Specifically, some vertices and corresponding edges are randomly selected for training to obtain optimized parameters of the quantum circuit at first. Then, in each incremental phase, the remaining vertices and corresponding edges are gradually added and the parameters obtained from the previous phase are reused in the parameter initialization of the current phase. We perform experiments on 120 different small-scale graphs, and it shows that QPIL performs superior to prevalent quantum and classical baselines in terms of approximation ratio(AR), time cost, anti-forgetting, and solving stability. In particular, QPIL's AR surpasses 20% of mainstream quantum baselines, and the time cost is less than 1/5 of them. The idea of QPIL is expected to inspire efficient and high-quality solutions in large-scale Max Cut and other combinatorial optimization problems.

Effects of Intracerebroventricular Injection of Recombinant Leptin on Food Intake,Body Weight and Blood lipids in Diet-induced Obese Rats

Objective To investigate the effects of intracerebroventricular injection of recombinant murine leptin on the food intake, body weight and blood lipids in diet-induced obese rats and normal rats. Methods Male SD rats were put on a standard diet (n=15) and high-nutrition diet (n=20) for 7 weeks. After 7 weeks, the rats received cannulas implanted into the right lateral ventricles. Allowed 7 days to recover, the rats received an intracerebroventricular injection of recombinant murine leptin (5 μg/rat) for 5 days. On each test day, the body weight and food intake were measured before the injection. Blood lipids were measured after the experiment. Results ① The body weight of the rats on the high-nutrition diet was more significantly increased than that in the normal rats. At the end of the 7 th week, the body weight of each group was ( 342.05± 39.27) g and ( 302.87± 31.93) g (P< 0.01), with an increase of ( 270.00± 39.99) g and ( 226.13± 30.04) g (P< 0.01), respectively. In the diet-induced obese rats, the inhibition of body weight and food intake was observed after the intracerebroventricular leptin injection on the 1st day, more significant on the 5 th day [body weight from ( 336.3± 52.1) g to ( 287.9± 53.4) g (P< 0.01), and a decrease of ( 48.4± 17.9) g; food intake from ( 35.6± 13.7) g to ( 21.1± 11.8) g (P< 0.01), a decrease of ( 14.6± 4.8) g]. But in the normal group, the effects were observed on the 3rd day [body weight from ( 294.5± 29.9) g to ( 269.5± 30.9) g (P< 0.05), a decrease of ( 25.0± 17.8) g; food intake from ( 31.0± 3.5) g to ( 25.6± 3.6) g (P< 0.05), a decrease of ( 5.3± 3.3) g]. ② In the obesity group with leptin administration, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C decreased more significantly than those in the normal control group [TC ( 1.51± 0.27) mmol/L vs. ( 2.22± 0.36) mmol/L, P< 0.01; TG ( 0.43± 0.06) mmol/L vs. ( 0.76± 0.17) mmol/L; LDL ( 0.47± 0.12)mmol/L vs. ( 0.86± 0.20) mmol/L, P< 0.01].
