Microplastics(MPs)become ubiquitous in soil and are an environmental and public health concern ***,the status of MPs in natural and farmland soils in remote areas remains poorly *** this study,we investigated the characteristics of MPs in natural and farmland soils along two transects in the Qilian Mountains of the northern Tibetan *** average abundance of MPs in natural and farmland soils was 29,778 and 56,123 items kg^(-1),respectively,with a detection size range of 10-1000μ*** in the size range of 10-100μm accounted for 84.1%of particles *** the 21 polymers detected,polyethylene dominated in both farmland and natural *** shape of MPs was dominated by fragments(95.8%),followed by fibers(3.8%)and beads(0.4%).The abundance of MPs was positively correlated with increasing altitude in natural *** was no significant correlation between the abundance of MPs and soil physicochemical properties due to the narrow range of values of soil physicochemical *** the growing concern regarding MPs pollution,research on the status of MPs in high altitude and remote areas is critical to understanding their global cycle.

Vibrio parahaemolyticus,a gram-negative halophilic bacterium that naturally inhabits coastal waters,causes gastroenteritis,skin infections,and septicemia in human beings[1].This bacterium produces multiple virulence factors,including thermostable direct hemolysin(TDH),TDH-related hemolysin(TRH),type Ⅲ secretion system 1(T3SS1),T3SS2,type Ⅵ secretion system 1(T6SS1),and T6SS2[1].Furthermore,Ⅴ.parahaemolyticus forms biofilms on the surface,which help it in adapting to unfavorable conditions[2].Mature biofilm formation requires special structures,including lateral and polar flagella,exopolysaccharide(EPS),and type Ⅳ pili[2].

推动县域内义务教育优质均衡是全面推进乡村振兴、实现中国式现代化的重要举措。当前,国家乡村教育资源投入效用较低,出现“投入增长,发展有限”的“内卷化”现象。这一现象与乡村教育功能发生三重偏移相关,具体表现为文化传播功能被挤压为抚育照料、社会化功能转化为“只教不育”以及选拔功能下降为保底式完成任务。基于结构功能主义视角进行分析发现,资源投入乡村教育并未推动教育系统中的学生系统、教师系统和课堂教学系统等子系统各自发挥功能并形成均衡结构关系,从而导致教育系统陷入功能偏移的“病态”后果。上述分析表明,国家教育资源投入需重视乡村教育结构并引导其达到平衡,才能推动教育功能的目标化实现,打破资源投入“内卷化”的困境。

在党和政府积极推进“控辍保学”政策背景下,我国“普九”完成率实现历史跨越。但值得注意的是,农村地区初中生隐性辍学现象变得普遍,并成为阻碍乡村教育发展的不容忽视力量。本研究基于对中部某省G镇初中的深度调研和访谈,发现隐性辍学生们对“教育改变命运”话语产生动摇,生成“读书无用”和“读书无望”两种教育观念,这导致不同观念类型的学生在消磨大量在校时间中陷入隐性辍学状态。去教育竞争的父母、排斥希望的学校以及享乐正义的同辈群体等多重因素使上述两类消极教育观念不断再生产,并使农村学生陷入发展困境。因此,推动乡村教育发展不仅需要投入资源改善乡村教育质量,更要引导和重塑农村学生的积极教育观念,帮助他们建立学习信念,减少隐性辍学,实现学生主体性和外在教育环境的双重进步。

目的为梁平蓝印花布的保护与传承提供新的思路和方法,为“非遗”的创造性转化和创新性发展增添动力。方法采用文献资料、走访调查、DFA分析、计算机辅助设计等方法,对梁平蓝印花布传统纹样进行研究。首先,基于文化基因理论,对梁平蓝印花布传统纹样进行基因识别和提取;然后,利用形状文法对提取的形态基因进行推演,形成新的纹样图形;最后,将新纹样图形应用到文创产品设计上。结论固本与造意是梁平蓝印花布纹样保护与传承的基本思路,梁平蓝印花布纹样的文化基因是由纹样的形态基因、结构基因、色彩基因和意蕴基因共同构成的。以纹样的形态基因为基点,以结构基因、色彩基因和意蕴基因为约束条件,借助形状文法,可以推演出多种纹样图案,进而设计出传统与现代相结合的创新型文创产品。

以青海省祁连县某宾馆为案例展开分析,建立以系统最小费用年值为优化目标的高原宾馆建筑电-热-氧联供系统容量配置优化模型,并采用遗传算法求解以得到系统的最优容量配置。结果表明:与常规电-热联供系统相比,电-热-氧联供系统使电网供电比例由76.9%降低至29.8%;电-热-氧联供系统的费用年值比常规电-热联供系统减少1.2%,其中系统投资年值增加4.1%,系统年运行费用减少5.3%;电-热-氧联供系统的费用年值受购氧价格影响最大,当购氧价格为8元/Nm^(3)以上时,电-热-氧联供系统比常规电-热联供系统更具经济优势。
