BACKGROUND There is still some room for optimizing ambulatory pediatric surgical procedures,and the preoperative and postoperative management quality for pediatric patients needs to be *** To discuss the safety and feasibility of the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)-based management model for ambulatory pediatric surgical *** We selected 320 pediatric patients undergoing ambulatory surgery from June 2023 to January 2024 at The First People’s Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous *** these,220 received ERAS-based management(research group)and 100 received routine management(control group).General information,postoperative ambulation activities,surgical outcomes(operation time,postoperative gastro-intestinal ventilation time,and hospital stay),postoperative pain visual analogue scale,postoperative complications(incision infection,abdominal distension,fever,nausea,and vomiting),and family satisfaction were *** The general information of the research group(sex,age,disease type,single parent,family history,etc.)was comparable to that of the control group(P>0.05),but the rate of postoperative(2 h,4 h,and 6 h after surgery)ambulation activities was statistically higher(P<0.01),and operation time,postoperative gastrointestinal ventilation time,and hospital stay were markedly shorter(P<0.05).The research group had lower visual analogue scale scores(P<0.01)at 12 h and 24 h after surgery and a lower incidence of total postoperative complications than the control group(P=0.001).The research group had higher family satisfaction than the control group(P=0.007).CONCLUSION The ERAS-based management model was safe and feasible in ambulatory pediatric surgical procedures and worthy of clinical promotion.

目的分析胃癌旁肿瘤沉积与CT影像学特征、血清指标及病理特征的关联性。方法选取重庆市九龙坡区人民医院2020年1月至2023年1月收治的93例经病理检查明确胃癌诊断的患者,按照其肿瘤沉积情况,将患者分别纳入阳性组、阴性组。比较2组患者CT影像学特征、血清指标、病理特征的差异,使用Logistic多因素回归分析,评估上述特征与肿瘤沉积的关联。结果93例患者中,26例检出肿瘤沉积,肿瘤沉积阳性率为27.96%。阳性组与阴性组影像学分期、病灶静脉期强化特点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阳性组与阴性组血清癌胚抗原比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阳性组与阴性组病理分期、脉管侵犯特点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归模型分析结果示,影像学分期T3~T4期、病理分期N3期、存在脉管侵犯为肿瘤沉积的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论部分胃癌患者存在癌旁肿瘤沉积,更高的影像学分期、病理分期以及脉管侵犯的发生均可能与肿瘤沉积有关。

Enhanced recovery after surgery program in the patients undergoing hepatectomy for benign liver lesions

Background:Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has shown effectiveness in terms of reducing the hospital stay and ***,the benefit of ERAS in patients undergoing hepatectomy for benign liver lesions is still ***:ERAS was implemented in our center since March 1st,*** September 2016 to Febru-ary 2018,109 patients were enrolled into the control group,and from March 2018 to June 2019,124 patients were enrolled into the ERAS *** the indicators related to operation,liver functions,and postoperative outcomes were included in the ***:The clinicopathologic baselines were similar in these two groups.A significantly higher propor-tion of patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in the ERAS *** the whole,intraoperative blood loss(100.00 mL vs.200.00 mL,P<0.001),blood transfusion(3.23%vs.10.09%,P=0.033),total bilirubin(17.10μmol/L vs.21.00μmol/L,P=0.041),D-dimer(2.08μg/mL vs.2.57μg/mL,P=0.031),postoperative hospital stay(5.00 d vs.6.00 d,P<0.001),and postoperative morbidity(16.13%vs.32.11%,P=0.008)were significantly shorter or less in the ERAS group than those in the control *** stratified by operation methods,ERAS group showed significantly shorter postoperative hospital stay in both open and laparoscopic operation(both P<0.001).In patients underwent open surgery,ERAS group demonstrated significantly shorter operative duration(131.76±8.75 min vs.160.73±7.23 min,P=0.016),less intra-operative blood loss(200.00 mL vs.450.00 mL,P=0.008)and less postoperative morbidity(16.00%vs.44.44%,P=0.040).Conclusions:ERAS program may be safe and effective for the patients underwent hepatectomy,especially open surgery,for benign liver lesions.

Zokors are common subterranean rodents that inhabit agricultural fields, shrublands, and grasslands in the arid and semi-arid regions of China. Zokor burrowing activities can alter soil structure and affect soil hydrological processes;however, there are few studies regarding their effects on soil preferential flow in the Mu Us sandy land. An evaluation of the effects of zokor disturbance on their habitat and soil water is important for understanding the ecological role of zokors in the soil ecosystem of the Mu Us sandy land. A field dye-tracing experiment was conducted in the Gechougou watershed on the southeastern edge of the Mu Us sandy land to investigate the effect of zokor burrowing activity on soil preferential flow characteristics. Our results showed that the density of zokor tunnels was the highest(0.40–0.46 m m^(-2)) under 30%–50% vegetation coverage and that the tunnels were approximately 3 cm from the *** stained area ratio and stained path number were higher at sites with zokors than without zokors. Stained path widths were 10–80 and > 80 mm at zokor-harboring sites exhibiting homogeneous flow and heterogeneous finger flow, respectively. In the absence of zokors, homogeneous flow and highly interacted macropore flow were predominant. Soil water content below the zokor tunnels was higher than that above the tunnels. Moderate disturbance of soil structure by zokor activity facilitated soil water infiltration. These results enabled a better understanding of the effect of soil fauna on soil structure and hydrological processes and provided recommendations for ecological construction and renovation in arid and semi-arid regions.

应用扫描电镜观察植物材料的微形态特征是植物分类学研究中的主要手段。植物叶片微形态特征保存的好坏，与其所用的干燥方法有密切关系；同时，微形态特征在植物分类运用中也是至关重要的。本实验采用六甲基二硅胺烷干燥法，单固定（戊二醛）微波辐射临界点干燥法，单固定（戊二醛）临界点干燥法及双固定（戊二醛、锇酸）临界点干燥法，对数十种植物叶片进行了干燥处理并用扫描电镜对其观察比较。经多次试验结果表明：单固定（戊二醛）微波辐射临界点干燥法的效果能与双固定（戊二醛、锇酸）临界点干燥法的效果相媲美。
