What is already known about this topic?With a growing number of people living with dementia(PLWD),the practice of taking multiple medications to manage symptoms or comorbidities,i.e.,polypharmacy,among PLWD has become a global health challenge.What is added by this report?In 2015–2019,polypharmacy for PLWD varied substantially among 25 studied countries,with approximately 1 in 5 Estonian PLWD and 4 in 5 Cypriot PLWD having polypharmacy.In addition,Switzerland,Poland,Austria,and the Czech Republic have experienced a significantly increasing trend in polypharmacy for PLWD.What are the implications for public health practice?Countries should pay special attention to polypharmacy and make efforts to control polypharmacy among PLWD,especially in countries where the trend of polypharmacy among PLWD has been increasing.

The first exothermic peak of cement-based material occurs a few minutes after mixing,and the properties of three dimensional(3D)printed concrete,such as setting time,are very sensitive to this.Against this background,based on the classical Park cement exothermic model of hydration,we propose and construct a numerical model of the first exothermic peak,taking into account the proportions of C_(3)S,C_(3)A and quicklime in particular.The calculated parameters are calibrated by means of relevant published exothermic test data.It is found that this developed model offers a good simulation of the first exothermic peak of hydration for C_(3)S and C_(3)A proportions from 0 to 100% of cement clinker and reflects the effect of quicklime content at 8%-10%.The unique value of this research is provision of an important computational tool for applications that are sensitive to the first exothermic peak of hydration,such as 3D printing.

We develop a new moving-water equilibria preserving partial relaxation(PR)scheme for the two-dimensional(2-D)Saint-Venant systemof shallowwater equations.The new scheme is a 2-D generalization of the one-dimensional(1-D)PR scheme recently proposed in[X.Liu,X.chen,S.Jin,A.Kurganov,andH.Yu,SIAMJ.Sci.Comput.,42(2020),pp.A2206–A2229].Our scheme is based on the PR approximation,which is designed in two steps.First,the geometric source terms are incorporated into the discharge fluxes,which results in a hyperbolic system with global fluxes.Second,the discharge equations are relaxed so that the nonlinearity is moved into the stiff right-hand side of the four added auxiliary equation.The obtained PR system is then numerically integrated using a semi-discrete hybrid upwind/central-upwind finitevolume method combined with an efficient semi-implicit ODE solver.The new 2-D PR scheme inherits the main advantages of the 1-D PR scheme:(i)no special treatment of the geometric source terms is required,(ii)no nonlinear(cubic)equations should be solved to obtain the point values of the water depth out of the reconstructed equilibriumvariables.The performance of the proposed PR scheme is illustrated on a number of numerical examples,in which we demonstrate that the PR scheme not only capable of exactly preserving quasi 1-D moving-water steady states and accurately capturing their small perturbations,but can also handle genuinely 2-D steady states and their small perturbations in a non-oscillatory manner.

To investigate the effect of near-wall heat-source shape on particulate motion, the particulate distribu~ tion and deposition in a ventilated chamber with different heat-source configurations were numerically modeled. Using the discrete random walk model of the Lagrangian method, the trajectories of 3200 mono-disperse particulates ranging from 1 to 10 μm with a density of 1400 kg/m3 were tracked. Airflow pattern, temperature fields, the distribution of particulate concentrations, and deposition patterns are calculated and presented. The results show that the shape of a near-wall heat source has an influence on the airflow as well as the temperature field in the chamber and hence affects the particulate distribution and deposition.

All-solid-state batteries have attracted much attention due to their improved safety and higher energy density as compared to the conventional batteries.Owing to the excellent chemical stability against lithium metal and relatively high ionic conductivity at room-temperature,garnet-type fast lithium ion conductors with three-dimensional lithium ion transport channels are promising solid electrolytes for all-solid-state batteries.In order to better understand the intrinsic lithium-ion transport mechanisms and prevent lithium dendrite formation,it is desired to investigate single-crystal solid electrolytes.In this perspective,we review several methods reported to grow single crystals of garnet-type electrolytes.Pros and cons of different growth methods are discussed.Furthermore,we introduce some case studies on electrochemical properties of garnet-type single crystals.In addition,we provide some perspectives about potential research directions of single-crystal solid electrolytes for all-solid-state batteries.

A study on the surface overpressure distribution and formation of a double curvature liner under a two-point initiation

The formation mechanism of an EFP(explosively formed projectile)using a double curvature liner under the overpressure effect generated by a regular oblique reflection was investigated in this paper.Based on the detonation wave propagation theory,the change of the incident angle of the detonation wave collision at different positions and the distribution area of the overpressure on the surface of the liner were calculated.Three dimensional numerical simulations of the formation process of the EFP with tail.as well as the ability to penetrate 45#steel were performed using LS-DYNA software,and the EFP ve locity,the penetration ability,and the forming were assessed via experiments and x_ray photographs.The experimental results coincides with those of the simulations.Results indicate that the collision of the detonation wave was controlled to be a regular oblique reflection acting on the liner by setting the di-mensions of the unit charge and maintai ning the pressure at the collision point region at more than 2.4 times the CJ detonation when the incident angle approached the cnitical angle.The distance from the liner midline to the boundary of the area within which the pressure ratio of the regular oblique reflection pressure to the qJ detonation pressure was greater than 2.5,2,and 15was approximately 0.66 mm,132 mm,and 3.3 mm,respectively.Itis noted that pressure gradient caused the liner to turn inside out in the middle to form the head of the EFP and close the two tails of the EFP at approximately 120μs.The penetration depth of the EFP into a 45#steel target exceeded 30 mm,and there was radial expansion between the head and tail of the EFP,increasing the penetration resistance of the EFP.Therefore,the structural size of the unit charge and the liner can be further optimized to reduce resist ance to increase the penetration ability of the EFP.

The locations of marine ranch and its surrounding islands are far away from the mainland,so the cost is too high to keep power supply by laying submarine cables from the mainland.Therefore,it is necessary to build a land-sea relay networked microgrids with high propor-tion of renewable energy,which is able to provide multi-energy complementary and reli-able power for marine ranch and its surrounding islands.It is noteworthy that the networked microgrids is a typical cyber-physical system.In order to deeply reveal the cyber physical fusion characteristics of fishery networked microgrids,the morphology and key techniques of fishery networked microgrids are summarized from two aspects:physical system and cyber system.And the interactions of cyber and physical system are described,including the support from cyber system for the physical system as state perception and control,and the power support from physical system for cyber system.Based on the above interactions,the related research on coupling analysis of cyber-physical system is summa-rized.Finally,some urgently studied problems have been looked forward to in fishery net-worked microgrids cyber-physical system.

INTRODUCTION Patients with an acute minor ischaemic stroke or high-risk transient ischaemic attack(TIA)had a higher risk of recurrent stroke within 3 months after onset.Dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT)with clopidogrel and aspirin was more effective than aspirin alone for reducing subsequent events in this patient population in the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Nondisabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)and the Platelet-Oriented Inhibition in New TIA and Minor Ischaemic Stroke(POINT)trials.
