Recently,deep learning-based semantic communication has garnered widespread attention,with numerous systems designed for transmitting diverse data sources,including text,image,and speech,*** efforts have been directed toward improving system performance,many studies have concentrated on enhancing the structure of the encoder and ***,this often overlooks the resulting increase in model complexity,imposing additional storage and computational burdens on smart ***,existing work tends to prioritize explicit semantics,neglecting the potential of implicit *** paper aims to easily and effectively enhance the receiver's decoding capability without modifying the encoder and decoder *** propose a novel semantic communication system with variational neural inference for text ***,we introduce a simple but effective variational neural inferer at the receiver to infer the latent semantic information within the received *** information is then utilized to assist in the decoding *** simulation results show a significant enhancement in system performance and improved robustness.

A polymetallic layer is usually developed at the bottom of the early Cambrian black shale in Guizhou *** mineral that makes up the polymetallic layer is related to the sedimentary *** analyze the differentiation mechanism between polymetallic deposits(Ni-Mo and V),the Zhijin Gezhongwu profile located in the outer shelf and the Sansui Haishan V deposit located in the lower slope are selected to study the in situ sulfur isotopes and trace elements of *** results show that δ^(34)S values of pyrite vary widely from−7.8‰to 28‰in the Gezhongwu profile,while the δ^(34)S values are relatively uniform(from 27.8‰to 38.4‰)in the Haishan *** isotopic S composition is consistent with the transition that occurs in the sedimentary phase from the shelf to the deep sea on the transgressive Yangtze platform;this indicates that the δ^(34)SO_(4)^(2−)values in seawater must be differently distributed in depositional *** sulfur in the Ni-Mo layer is produced after the mixing of seawater and hydrothermal fluid,while the V layer mainly originates from ***,the Ni-Mo and V deposits have been differentiated primarily on the basis of the combined effect of continental weathering and hydrothermal fluid.

Shearing dislocation is a common failure type for rock–backfill interfaces because of backfill sedimentation and rock strata movement in backfill mining *** paper designed a test method for rock–backfill shearing *** digital image techno-logy and three-dimensional(3D)laser morphology scanning techniques,a set of 3D models with rough joint surfaces was ***,the mechanical behavior of rock–backfill shearing dislocation was investigated using a direct shear *** effects of interface roughness on the shear–displacement curve and failure characteristics of rock–backfill specimens were *** 3D fractal dimen-sion,profile line joint roughness coefficient(JRC),profile line two-dimensional fractal dimension,and the surface curvature of the frac-tures were *** correlation characterization of surface roughness was then analyzed,and the shear strength could be measured and calculated using *** results showed the following:there were three failure threshold value points in rock–backfill shearing dis-location:30%–50%displacement before the peak,70%–90%displacement before the peak,and 100%displacement before the peak to post-peak,which could be a sign for rock–backfill shearing dislocation *** surface JRC could be used to judge the rock–backfill shearing dislocation failure,including post-peak sliding,uniform variations,and gradient change,corresponding to rock–backfill disloca-tion failure on the field *** research reveals the damage mechanism for rock–backfill complexes based on the free joint surface,fills the gap of existing shearing theoretical systems for isomerism complexes,and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of possible disasters in backfill mining.

Objective Renal fibrosis is the ultimate pathway of various forms of acute and chronic kidney ***,the knockout of transient receptor potential channel 6(TRPC6)has shown promise in alleviating renal ***,the regulatory impact of TRPC6 on renal fibrosis remains *** In vivo,TRPC6 knockout(TRPC6−/−)mice and age-matche. 129 SvEv(WT)mice underwent unilateral renal ische.ia-reperfusion(uIR)injury surgery on the left renal pedicle or sham *** and serum were collected on days 7,14,21,and 28 after *** vitro,primary tubular epithelial cells(PTECs)were isolated from TRPC6−/−and WT mice,followed by treatment with transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1)for 72 *** anti-fibrotic effect of TRPC6−/−and the underlying mechanisms were assessed through hematoxylin-eosin staining,Masson staining,immunostaining,qRT-PCR,and Western *** Increased TRPC6 expression was observed in uIR mice and PTECs treated with TGFβ***6−/−alleviated renal fibrosis by reducing the expression of fibrotic markers(Col-1,α-SMA,and vimentin),as well as decreasing the apoptosis and inflammation of PTECs during fibrotic progression both in vivo and in ***,we found that the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)/glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta(GSK3β)signaling pathway,a pivotal player in renal fibrosis,was down-regulated following TRPC6 *** These results suggest that the ablation of TRPC6 may mitigate renal fibrosis by inhibiting the apoptosis and inflammation of PTECs through down-regulation of the PI3K/AKT/GSK3β*** TRPC6 could be a novel therapeutic strategy for preventing chronic kidney disease.

Linear temporal logic(LTL)is an intuitive and expressive language to specify complex control tasks,and how to design an efficient control strategy for LTL specification is still a *** this paper,we implement the dynamic quantization technique to propose a novel hierarchical control strategy for nonlinear control systems under LTL *** on the regions of interest involved in the LTL formula,an accepting path is derived first to provide a high-level solution for the controller synthesis ***,we develop a dynamic quantization based approach to verify the realization of the accepting *** realization verification results in the necessity of the controller design and a sequence of quantization regions for the controller ***,the techniques of dynamic quantization and abstraction-based control are combined together to establish the local-to-global control *** abstraction construction and controller design are local and dynamic,thereby resulting in the potential reduction of the computational *** each quantization region can be considered locally and individually,the proposed hierarchical mechanism is more efficient and can solve much larger problems than many existing ***,the proposed control strategy is illustrated via two examples from the path planning and tracking problems of mobile robots.
