Influence of in situ formed spinel in bonding phase on mechanical properties and air permeability of magnesia-chrome porous purging materials

Magnesia-chrome porous purging plugs are crucial functional components to remove inclusions and stabilize the flow field during iron and steel ***,practical applications of magnesia-chrome porous purging materials are stil hampered by the poor scouring resistance to molten steel and unstable air permeability owing to their low mechanical properties and uncontrollable pore ***,the particle-packing type magnesiachrome porous purging materials reinforced by in situ formed spinel were prepared using fused magnesia-chrome particles and Al powders as major raw *** results show that in situ formed spinel solid solutions in bonding phase led to the decreased median pore size and increased pore surface fractal dimension from the reactions between Al powders and magnesia-chrome particles and along with high-temperature sintering,bonding between magnesia-chrome particles and the resultant mechanical properties of materials were greatly ***,the results of air permeability tests and polynomial ftting indicated that the formation of spinel solid solutions was the main contributing factor for controllable air permeability,and pressure drop of porous purging materials was positively correlated with surface fractal dimension of ***,the as-prepared porous purging materials added with 6 wt.%Al powders obtained the maximum cold crushing strength(54.2.MPa)and hot modulus of rupture(12.9 MPa)with median pore size of 2..06μm and ftting non-Darcian permeability coefficient of 0.97×10^(-6)m.

In this paper,an accelerated proximal gradient algorithm is proposed for Hankel tensor completion *** our method,the iterative completion tensors generated by the new algorithm keep Hankel structure based on projection on the Hankel tensor ***,due to the special properties of Hankel structure,using the fast singular value thresholding operator of the mode-s unfolding of a Hankel tensor can decrease the computational ***,the convergence of the new algorithm is discussed under some reasonable ***,the numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

The quality factor(Q factor)is a crucial performance parameter for *** this paper,a novel release method for highquality micro fused silica shell resonators with teeth-like tines with good surface morphology is *** method is based on femtosecond laser-assisted chemical ***,the optimal energy range of femtosecond laser modification is obtained through mechanism ***,the optimal parameters for a straight line and arc pattern are determined by optimizing the average output power,processing speed,and processing *** results demonstrate why edge breakage in rounded corners is easy under different ***,according to these conclusions,the processing is performed on a micro fused silica shell resonator with a Q factor exceeding 6 *** addition,subsurface damage is rare throughout the fabrication process,and the surface roughness of the released cross section reaches the nanometer *** improved Q factor helps suppress mechanical thermal noise and reduce zero bias and zero bias drift,constituting the primary method for enhancing the performance of the resonant gyroscope.

To improve the wear performance of CoCrAlYTa coating,part of the carbon nanotubes(CNTs)chemically reacted with Ta to form reinforcement phase(TaC),while the other CNTs were retained as lubrication ***,the CoCrAlYTa-xCNTs(x=0,1,2.and 4;wt%)composite coatings were prepared by laserinduction hybrid cladding(LIHC),and the microstructure and wear resistance of coatings were systematically *** show that the coatings are mainly composed of TaC,y-(Co,Cr)andβ-(Co,Cr)*** the CNTs content increases from 0 wt%to 4 wt%,the volume fraction of TaC increases from 13.11 vol%to 16.12.vol%.Meanwhile,the nano-hardness ofγ-(Co,Cr)andβ-(Co,Cr)Al are improved from 7.49 and 9.72.to 9.36 and 11.19 GPa,*** a result,the microhardness of coating increases from HV536.2. to HV 738.16,the wear rate decreases from32.4×10^(-3)to 6.1×10^(-3)mg·m^(-1),and the average friction coefficient decreases from 0.55 to *** good wear performance of the coating is attributed to the formation of TaC and the existence of remained CNTs lubricant film.

Corrosion evaluation and resistance study of alloys in chloride salts for concentrating solar power plants

Thermal energy storage(TES)systems based on molten salt are widely used in concentrating solar power(CSP)*** investigation of the corrosion behavior of alloy materials in molten salt is crucial for the correct selection of alloy materials and the design of TES *** this study,the corrosion behavior of 304,310S,316,and In62. alloys in molten chloride salts(2. mol%NaCl-2. mol%KCl-51 mol%MgCl,)was *** evolution of mass loss of the alloy samples with corrosion time and temperature and the analysis of the experimental results by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)revealed the corrosion mechanism of the alloy samples in molten chloride *** main factors affecting the corrosion of the alloy samples were further *** was found that the loose multi-layer corrosion was formed on the surface of the corroded alloy samples with the increase in corrosion ***,the experimental *** that Mo played a positive role in improving the corrosion resistance of the alloy samples because the presence of Mo could inhibit the outward diffusion of alloying element *** work enriches the molten salt corrosion database and provides a reference for the selection of alloy materials for TES systems with potential application in CSP plants.

High-precision parallel computing model of solute transport based on GPU acceleration

Efficacy of cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with habit reversal training on anxiety disorders in children with Tourette’s syndrome

BACKGROUND Cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT)and habit reversal training(HRT)have shown application potential in addressing tic symptoms and comorbid psychiatric *** their theoretical potential,empirical evidence on their combined efficacy remains *** To evaluate the efficacy of CBT combined with HRT on anxiety disorders in children with Tourette’s syndrome(TS).METHODS Clinical data of children with TS admitted to our hospital from January 2.2. to June 2.2. were collected,and the patients were grouped into the conventional therapy(control)group and the CBT combined with HRT *** charac-teristics,anxiety scores,tic severity scores,treatment adherence,and parental satisfaction were *** analysis was performed using t-tests,chi-square tests,and correlation *** A total of 136 patients,including 65 patients in the control group and 71 patients in the CBT combined with HRT group,were *** CBT combined with HRT group showed remarkable improvements compared with the control ***-intervention assessment revealed a decrease in anxiety scores from 63.52.1.81 to 40.53±1.64(t=2.02.,P=0.045),and the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale total score decreased from 2..14±5.67 to 16.2.±4.91(t=2.2.8,P=0.02.).Treatment adherence was significantly higher in the CBT combined with HRT group(85.47±7.62.)compared with the control group(82.32.6.54%;t=2.596,P=0.010).Parental satisfaction scores were also higher in the CBT combined with HRT group(8.69±1.77)compared with the control group(7.87±1.92.t=2.592.P=0.011).CONCLUSION This study demonstrates that CBT combined with HRT significantly reduces anxiety symptoms and tic severity in children with TS,with higher treatment adherence and parental *** findings support the potential application of this comprehensive therapeutic approach for TS treatment.

Rotating Massive Strangeon Stars and X-Ray Plateau of Short GRBs

Strangeon stars,which are proposed to describe the nature of pulsar-like compact stars,have passed various observational *** maximum mass of a non-rotating strangeon star could be high,which implies that the remnants of binary strangeon star mergers could even be long-lived massive strangeon *** study rigidly rotating strangeon stars in the slowly rotating approximation,using the Lennard-Jones model for the equation of *** can significantly increase the maximum mass of strangeon stars with unchanged baryon numbers,enlarging the mass-range of long-lived strangeon *** spin-down after merger,the decrease of radius of the remnant will lead to the release of gravitational *** into account the efficiency of converting the gravitational energy luminosity to the observed X-ray luminosity,we find that the gravitational energy could provide an alternative energy source for the plateau emission of X-ray *** fitting results of X-ray plateau emission of some short gamma-ray bursts suggest that the magnetic dipole field strength of the remnants can be much smaller than that of expected when the plateau emission is powered only by spin-down luminosity of magnetars.
