混合目标与搜索区域令牌的视觉目标跟踪

当前基于Transformer的主流跟踪框架在特征提取及融合方面存在3个问题:1)分开进行特征提O(N^(2))取与融合,易产生次优模型训练结果;2)使用计算复杂度为的自注意力机制会降低跟踪算法效率;3)简单的目标模板选取策略难以自适应跟踪过程中目标表观的剧烈变化.为此,利用快速傅里叶变换对目标与搜索区域的令牌进行有效混合,提出一种新颖的基于Transformer的视觉目标跟踪方案.针对问题1提出一种高效端到端方式将特征提取与融合进行统一学习以获得最优模型.针对问题2采用快速傅里叶变换实现目标与搜索区域令牌之间的完全信息交互,该操作计算复杂度为O(Nlog (N)),有助于提升跟踪效率.针对问题3提出一种基于跟踪质量评估的目标模板记忆存储机制以快速自适应目标表观的剧烈变化.在3个标准数据集LaSOT,OTB100,UAV123上,所提方法与当前最优方法相比在效率和精度上均取得更好表现.

We propose a video image mosaic method based on multi-module cooperation. This method stitches the video into a panorama with a large field of view, divided into three modules: the key frame selection module, the image mosaic module, and the optimization module. The key frame selection module obtains key frames by comprehensively evaluating the overlap rate and image quality. The image mosaic module stitches the key frames into a panoramic image to generate an initial mosaic result. The optimization module makes the mosaic result more natural and eliminates ghosts by using object detection advantages. Our method is tested on videos taken in real scenes, and the results have a more comprehensive and natural description.

K-nearest neighbor(KNN) has yielded excellent performance in physiological signals based on emotion recognition. But there are still some issues: the majority vote only by the nearest neighbors is too simple to deal with complex(like skewed) class distribution;features with the same contribution to the similarity will degrade the classification accuracy;samples in boundaries between classes are easily misclassified when k is larger. Therefore, we propose an improved KNN algorithm called WB-KNN, which takes into account the weight(both features and classification) and boundaries between classes. Firstly, a novel weighting method based on the distance and farthest neighbors named WDF is proposed to weight the classification, which improves the voting accuracy by making the nearer neighbors contribute more to the classification and using the farthest neighbors to reduce the weight of non-target class. Secondly, feature weight is introduced into the distance formula, so that the significant features contribute more to the similarity than noisy or irrelevant features. Thirdly, a voting classifier is adopted in order to overcome the weakness of KNN in boundaries between classes by combining different classifiers. Results of WB-KNN algorithm are encouraging compared with the traditional KNN and other classification algorithms on the physiological dataset with a skewed class distribution. Classification accuracy for 29 participants achieves 94.219 2% for the recognition of four emotions.

不同于有声语言,手语主要由连续的手势动作构成。手语识别与翻译是促成听障人士与健听人士之间无障碍交流的重要手段。手语识别与翻译研究任务通过对手语视频进行处理分析并以文字形式显示识别结果,是一种典型的多领域交叉研究。近年来,基于深度学习的手语识别与翻译研究获得了长足的进步。为了便于研究者们系统、全面地了解手语识别与翻译研究任务,分别以手语识别和手语翻译两大任务为主线,从三方面展开综述工作:首先,对具备代表性的手语识别和手语翻译研究工作进行分类总结并分析其特点;其次,归纳整理当前常用的不同国别手语识别与翻译研究数据集,分别从孤立词和连续手语语句两个角度进行分类,同时根据手语识别和手语翻译研究任务的差异性,介绍了对应的评价指标体系;最后,从手语视觉特征的有效信息提取、多线索权重分配、手语与自然语言语法对应及手语数据集资源等方面总结了手语识别与翻译研究目前存在的主要挑战。

Effect of Epimedium Flavone Total(EFT) on the immunofunction of mice which was burdened with Ehrlich Ascites Cancer (EAC) was studied. The results showed that EFT could increase phagocytosis activity of macrophagocyte (P<0 05), promote lymphocyte transformation rate (P<0 01), increased the sero antibody level meanly (P<0 05), low dosage group could increased Plaque Forming Cell (PFC) signficantly (P<0 05), raise the ratio of spleen to body (P<0 05) of EAC bearing mice. EFT may be enhance burdened mice's immunofunction. Low dosage can improve sero antibody level. Effect on regulating cellular immunofunction are related to dosage. EFT may be inhibit the growth of EAC cells to some degree.

以研究区发生的10例地面塌陷为研究对象,在野外调查的基础上结合研究区的地质环境条件和工程地质资料,分析了研究区的基础地质背景及地面塌陷的发育条件,综合归纳了研究区地面塌陷的类型,揭示了不同地面塌陷类型的诱因、时空分布特征及塌陷形成机制。最后,采用有限差分软件FLAC3D模拟了地道开挖、建房、地下水位抬升、强降雨等条件下地面塌陷的发展过程。通过对土层内部的应力应变,以及地道周围土体、地表位移等分析,揭示了研究区地面塌陷的形成机理。研究结果表明,居民建房增加上覆荷载,地下水位抬升引起洞室周围土体变形、洞室扩大,在季节性强降雨的影响下,地表会产生大的沉降。

Path analysis of desirable traits and evaluation of reproductive performance of Crassostrea sikamea in different ages

Kumamoto oysters(Crassostrea sikamea)are important marine aquaculture shellfish because of their taste and round shell shape.Due to its small size,selective breeding is required to improve its market size,but there are no reports on traits suitable for direction selection and reproductive productivity of Kumamoto oysters of different ages.In this study,path analysis and one-way ANOVA were used to explore the influential indices of oyster body weight and fecundity.The results showed that shell height was the main factor affecting the body weight of Kumamoto oysters at one-year-old and two-year-old,followed by shell length.Body weight was the main factor influencing fecundity,and shell height showed a significant correlation with fecundity.Therefore,shell height should be considered the first parameter for selection when selecting Kumamoto oysters for body weight as the direct selection target.When one-year-old and two-year-old Kumamoto oysters were selected as parents from Xiangshan Bay,hatching parameters and growth parameters of F1 generation larvae were measured.The fecundity and egg diameters were 1.72×10^(6)and 46.60±3.62μm,respectively,which were significantly greater than one-aged oysters(5.86×10^(5),40.26±3.52μm).The hatching parameters(fertilized egg size,fertilization rate,and hatching rate)and larval growth performance(D-stage veliger and veliger)were similar and did not differ significantly(P>0.05),and after metamorphosis,there was also no significant difference in shell height size at 40 days of age(P>0.05).Therefore,there was no significant effect of age on reproduction,larval development,and the early growth of Kumamoto oysters.These results could provide a basis for parental sources and proper traits for Kumamoto oyster selection,which is beneficial to developing and utilizing this excellent germplasm resource.

The crystallization experiment of molten rare earth(RE)slag under different cooling rates was carried out.The characteristics of element migration and phase distribution during RE phase crystallization were studied by using different equipment.The experimental results show that there are two RE phases in the RE slag,namely(Ca,Ce,La)_(5)(SiO_(4))6F and(Ca,Ce,La,Mg)_(3)(Ti,Al,Nb)_(2)O_(7).During the cooling crystallization process of molten RE slag,Ca and P elements in the RE phase of(Ca,Ce,La)_(5)(SiO_(4))_(6)F migrate from inside to outside,and finally gather at the outer edge of the phase to form phase Ca_(3)(PO4)2.The RE phase(Ca,Ce,La)_(5)(SiO_(4))_(6)F is distributed inside the furnace-cooled slag,and the RE phase(Ca,Ce,-La,Mg)_(3)(Ti,AI,Nb)_(2)O_(7)is distributed in the surface layer of the furnace-cooled slag.And based on the phase distribution characteristics,the central hollowing method is proposed to realize the preliminary enrichment of valuable elements Ti,Nb and RE in RE slag.

Linguistic Steganalysis via Fusing Multi-Granularity Attentional Text Features

Deep learning based language models have improved generation-based linguistic steganography,posing a huge challenge for linguistic steganalysis. The existing neural-network-based linguistic steganalysis methods are incompetent to deal with complicated text because they only extract single-granularity features such as global or local text features. To fuse multi-granularity text features, we present a novel linguistic steganalysis method based on attentional bidirectional long-shortterm-memory(BiLSTM) and short-cut dense convolutional neural network(CNN). The BiLSTM equipped with the scaled dot-product attention mechanism is used to capture the long dependency representations of the input sentence. The CNN with the short-cut and dense connection is exploited to extract sufficient local semantic features from the word embedding matrix. We connect two structures in parallel, concatenate the long dependency representations and the local semantic features, and classify the stego and cover texts. The results of comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed method is superior to the state-of-the-art linguistic steganalysis.
