The injection and transport characteristics of electrons are enhanced by using sodium chloride （NaC1） as an n-type dopant doped into a 4, 7-diphnenyl-1, lO-phe-nanthroline （Bphen） electron-transporting layer, which improves the performance of organic light-emitting diodes （OLEDs）. Meanwhile, a NaCl-doped Bphen layer can effectively influence electrical characteristics of the devices, and significantly improve the current and power efficiency. The turn-on voltage and the operation voltage of the optimal device are decreased drastically from 6.5 V and 10.8 V to 3.3 V and 5 V, respectively, compared with those of the reference device. The maximum current efficiency and power efficiency of the optimal device are 7.0 cd/A and 4.4 Im/W at the current density of 16.70 mA/cm~, which are about I. 7 and 4 times higher than those of the reference device, respectively. Moreover, the enhancement of the injection and transport ability for electrons is attributed not only to the reduced energy barrier between A1 cathode and Bphen, but also to the increased mobility of electrons by the doping effect of NaCl. Therefore, both the electron injection and transport ability are enhanced, which improve the carrier balance in OLEDs and lead to the better device efficiency.

In this study,we determine the influence of the nucleon-nucleon short range correlation(SRC)on static spherically symmetric neutron stars(NSs)from the perspectives of radial and nonradial oscillations for the first *** revise the equation of state and coupling parameters in the relativistic mean field theory after considering the SRC effect,and select the hyperon coupling parameters as the SU(3)*** the non-radial oscillations,the SRC effect decreases the f-mode frequency by 0.2~0.3 *** the radial oscillations,it decreases the fundamental radial frequency f_(1) by 0.75~0.85 ***,we refit the linear relationship between the average density and f-mode frequency for *** the characteristics of the radial and non-radial frequencies,we provide a view of inferring the maximum mass of *** to the characteristics of the SRC influence on the radial frequency,we expect that the SRC can be tested by future observation and can also be used as a probe for the structure inside NSs.

目的分析探讨温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病(痰浊中阻型)的临床疗效。方法选取我院2020年接收治疗的痰浊中阻型高血压病患者80例为观察对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤。将两组患者接受治疗后的不良反应发生情况、治疗前后的血压变化情况与治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组不良症状发生率低于对照组,降压效果观察组优于对照组。同时观察组的最终治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊中阻型高血压病可以有效改善患者血压水平,降低不良反应发生率,对患者身体健康有积极影响,值得推广与应用于痰浊中阻型高血压病临床治疗中。

目的:分析探讨中药芎桂膏穴位贴敷辅助治疗冠心病稳定型心绞)痛的临床疗效。方法:选取冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者60例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,将两组患者治疗后的肝功(ALT、AST)、肾功能(BUN、Cr)与每周心绞痛发生频率进行对比。结果:将两组患者治疗前后的肝功能与肾功能水平进行比较发现,分析后未发现有指标明显异常,均在正常范围内,两组数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组患者的心绞痛发生频率,观察组患者的心绞痛发作次数为(3.12±1.21)/周,持续时间为(1.67±1.84)min;对照组患者的心绞痛发作次数为(7.26±2.82)/周,持续时间为(4.86±1.95)min,观察组患者的各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者采取中药芎桂膏穴位贴敷辅助治疗,可以通过药物贴敷于特定穴位上而扩张血管,达到调节整体的效果,可以有效减少患者的心肌耗氧量,增加冠状动脉血流量,从而改善血液循环,增强心脏功能,值得推广与应用于冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床治疗中。

以长三角地区为研究对象,采用改进TOPSIS法和Super-SBM DEA模型分别测算高速交通优势度和旅游绩效,综合运用双变量LISA方法和空间面板杜宾模型,实证研究2005—2018年长三角高速交通对旅游绩效影响的空间效应及机理。结果表明:(1)2005—2018年,长三角高速交通优势度呈现“东高西低,中间高、南北两翼低”空间格局,且趋向相对均衡化态势。(2)旅游规模高值区集中于省会城市及高速交通干线附近;旅游效率高、较高值区沿“沪宁合—沪杭—杭甬”交通干线分布明显。(3)长三角高速交通对本地和邻近地区旅游规模、旅游效率均存在显著正向驱动效应;高速交通对旅游规模正向影响的直接和间接边际效应系数均大于旅游效率,这与高速交通的“双刃性”、“虹吸效应”及“错配效应”相关。(4)经济实力、旅游资源、产业机构高级化等对本地旅游绩效具有正向促进作用,而旅游资源、人力资本对邻近地区旅游绩效呈现负向外部性。

目的探究沉浸式问题导向式学习(PBL)在中医神经内科专业规范化教学中的价值。方法将中国医科大学附属盛京医院2019级100名中医神经内科专业实习学生分组,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用PBL教学模式。比较2组实习学生的课余学习时间、考试成绩及教学效果评价情况。结果观察组查阅书籍时间、网络检索时间、同学讨论时间均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组及格率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的86.00%(43/50)(P<0.05);观察组平均成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组50名学生的9项教学效果评价调查优良率均较高。结论沉浸式PBL教学模式在中医神经内科专业规范化教学中的应用可以提高实习学生的成绩,培养学生的实践能力、自主学习能力、创新能力以及团队合作能力,可以为未来医学界贡献一支专业能力卓越、综合素养高的医生团队。

AIM: To investigate the diffusion changes in both the optic nerve and optic tract in orbital space-occupying lesion patients with decreased visual acuity, and its clinical significance using probabilistic diffusion tractography(PDT). METHODS: Twenty patients with orbital space-occupying lesions and 25 age-and gender-matched healthy persons were included. All patients and controls underwent routine orbital magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI), using a 3.0 T magnetic resonance scanner(Trio Tim Siemens). After the image data were preprocessed, each DTI parameters of the optic nerve and optic tract was obtained by PDT, including fractional anisotropy(FA), mean diffusivity(MD), axial diffusivity(AD) and radial diffusivity(RD). The asymmetry index(AI) of each parameter was calculated. Compared the parameters of the affected side optic nerve and ipsilateral optic tract with the contralateral side by paired sample t-test;compared AI of parameters of optic nerve and optic tract between the patient group and the control group by independent sample t-test. Patients were divided into threesubgroups according to the low vision grade standard of WHO, compared the FA and AI of FA between the three subgroups by single factor variance analysis. RESULTS: The affected side optic nerve presented significantly decreased FA, increased MD, AD, and RD values compared to the unaffected side(P0.05). The AIs of the FA value of the optic nerve in the eyesight <0.1 subgroup was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).
