ERβ-activated LINC01018 promotes endometriosis development by regulating the CDC2.C/CDK1/CyclinB1 pathway

Endometriosis refers to as an estrogen-dependent *** receptorβ(ERB),the main estrogen receptor subtype which is encoded by the estrogen receptor 2.ESR2.gene,can mediate the action of estrogen in *** selective estrogen receptor modulators can target the ERβ,they are not specific due to the wide distribution of ERβ.Recently,long noncoding RNAs have been implicated in ***,we aim to explore and validate the downstream regulatory mechanism of ERβ,and to investigate the potential role of long intergenic noncoding RNA 1018(LINC01018)as a nonhormonal treatment for *** study demonstrates that the expression levels of ESR2.and LINCo1018 are increased in ectopic endometrial tissues and reveals a significant positive correlation between the ESR2.and LINCo1018 ***,ERβdirectly binds to an estrogen response element located in the LINCO1018 promoter region and activates LINC01018 ***,ERβcan regulate the CDC2.C/CDK1/CyclinB1 pathway and promote ectopic endometrial stromal cell proliferation via LINC01018 in *** with these findings,the knockdown of LINC01018 inhibits endometriotic lesion proliferation in *** summary,our study demonstrates that the ERβ/LINC01018/CDC2.C/CDK1/CyclinB1 signaling axis regulates endometriosis progression.

As a typical failure phenomenon in transformers,sulfur corrosion has garnered significant attention in the field of high-voltage *** boundary character distribution(GBCD)copper windings have been introduced to enhance sulfur corrosion resistance by slowing down intergranular *** this study,the sulfur corrosion behaviour and mechanisms of the GBCD copper windings under various temperatures were experi-mentally and theoretically *** show that GBCD can enhance the corrosion resistance of copper in liquid *** the increase in temperatures,the insulating properties of oil and papers in traditional copper windings experience notable degradation,while GBCD copper windings show more stable insulating *** addition,modelling of grain boundary energy indicates that the grain boundary structure of GBCD copper windings has a lower average interface energy of 0.170 eV/Å***-culations of reaction thermodynamics show that GBCD copper windings possess a higher failure temperature(135.2.)and inhibition degree(activation energy)of the sulfur corrosion(32.557.62.J/mol),revealing the stability and enhanced sulfur corrosion resis-tance at elevated temperatures.

The heterogeneous reaction of formaldehyde (HCHO) on the surface of titanium dioxide (TiO2. was investigated in situ using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS) combined with ion chromatography (IC),X-ray diffraction (XRD),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).Formate,dioxymethylene,methoxy,and polyoxymethylene were observed in the infrared spectra of TiO2.particles during the *** the surface of TiO2.the adsorbed HCHO was first oxidized to dioxymethylene and further oxidized to *** effects of temperature and ultraviolet radiation (UV) on the reaction products and reactive uptake coefficients were studied,and the results indicate that the reaction rate can be accelerated at increasing temperatures as well as under *** heterogeneous reaction mechanisms of HCHO on the surface of TiO2.in the dark and under UV irradiation are *** measurements show that formate formation on TiO2.is second order in HCHO concentration and the initial reactive uptake coefficients at room temperature calculated with the Brunauer-EmmettTeller specific surface area are (0.5-5) × 10-8 ([HCHO]:1 × 1013-2.× 10 14 molecules/cm3).A linear function relationship exists between the uptake coefficient and the *** apparent activation energy of the reaction was also determined.

Fabrication of YBCO superconducting thick films by electrophoresis has been widely reported. However, the value of critical current density (J c) is far from what the practical application requires. The superconducting thick films are obtained using top-seeded melt growth method with different proportional Y2.aCuO5 (Y2.1. addition. High-pressure oxygen has been used in the annealing process to improve the uniformity of the oxygen content in the superconducting thick films. When 40mol% Y2.1.powder is added to the YBa2.u3O7–5 (Y12.) powder,J c for the superconducting thick film by approaches described above reaches 7.008×103 A/cm2.(77 K, 0 T), which is greater than the value ever reported.

TX-80 low-transformation-temperature(LTT)welding wire was used to replace the traditional ER 307Si welding wire to realize the connection of 2.SiMn2.iB armor steel in manual overlay *** previously existing issues,such as welding cracks,large welding deformation,and severe welding residual stress,were solved to ensure good strength and ductility *** particular,with the same welding conditions,TX-80 LTT wire eliminates welding *** reduces the welding deformation no matter the base pretreatment of pre-setting angle or no pre-setting *** comparison,it was found that the microstructure at the TX-80 weld is mainly composed of martensite and a small amount of retained *** contrast,the microstructure of the ER 307Si weld consists of a large amount of austenite and a small amount of skeleton-like *** variation trend of residual stress and microhardness from the weld to the base were investigated and compared with the mechanical properties of base *** TX-80 and the ER 307Si tensile samples elongation is 6.76%and 6.01%,while the ultimate tensile strengths are 877 and 667 MPa,*** average impact toughness at room temperature of the ER 307Si weld is 143.9 J/cm^(2.,much higher than that of the TX-80 weld,which is only 36.7 J/cm^(2..The relationship between impact and tensile properties with microstructure species and distribution was *** addition,the fracture surface of the tensile and the impact samples was observed and *** dimples,fewer pores,larger radiation zone,and shear lips of TX-80 samples indicate better tensile ductility and worse impact toughness than those of ER 307Si weld.
