Compensated acceleration feedback based active disturbance rejection control for launch vehicles

In this paper, the attitude tracking and load relief control problems against wind disturbances and uncertain aerodynamics as well as the engine thrust of launch vehicles are ***, a framework of Compensated Acceleration Feedback based Active Disturbance Rejection Control(CAF-ADRC) is established to achieve both desired attitude tracking and load relief performances. In particular, the total disturbance that includes the effects caused by both aerocoefficient perturbations and disturbances is estimated by constructing an Extended State Observer(ESO) to achieve attitude tracking. Furthermore, combined with the normal acceleration due to the engine thrust, the accelerometer measurement is also compensated to enhance the load relief ***, the quantitative analysis of ESO and the entire closed-loop system are studied. It can be concluded that the desired attitude tracking and load relief performances can be achieved simultaneously under the proposed approach. Besides, tuning laws of the proposed approach are systematically given, which are divided into ESO, Proportional Derivative(PD) and Compensated Acceleration Feedback(CAF) modules. Moreover, the performances under CAF-ADRC approach can be better than those under CAF based PD(CAF-PD) approach by tuning load relief ***, the approach presented is applied to a typical control problem of launch vehicles with wind disturbances and parameter uncertainties.

Hybrid partial least squares and neural network approach for short-term electrical load forecasting

Intelligent systems and methods such as the neural network （NN） are usually used in electric power systems for short-term electrical load forecasting. However, a vast amount of electrical load data is often redundant, and linearly or nonlinearly correlated with each other. Highly correlated input data can result in erroneous prediction results given out by an NN model. Besides this, the determination of the topological structure of an NN model has always been a problem for designers. This paper presents a new artificial intelligence hybrid procedure for next day electric load forecasting based on partial least squares （PLS） and NN. PLS is used for the compression of data input space, and helps to determine the structure of the NN model. The hybrid PLS-NN model can be used to predict hourly electric load on weekdays and weekends. The advantage of this methodology is that the hybrid model can provide faster convergence and more precise prediction results in comparison with abductive networks algorithm. Extensive testing on the electrical load data of the Puget power utility in the USA confirms the validity of the proposed approach.

Empirical Research on Factors Influencing Level of Environmental Protection Information Disclosure in Annual Reportsby Listed Companies

Taking 248 A-share manufacturing listed companies in 2006 Shanghai Stock Exchange as example, using "index method" to measure level of environmental protection infor-mation disclosure, this paper examines the factors influencing level of environmental protection information disclosure. The findings show that the disclosure level has improved, but the overall level is still low and unable to satisfy information users; there is positive correlation between corporate size, industry type, accounting firm's type and corporate environmental dis-closure index. The companies of large scale and heavy pollu-tion and those audited by international "Big 4" and domestic "Big 10" accounting firms have a high level of environmental disclosure, while the profitability and financial leverage has no impact on the disclosure level. Finally some suggestions are put forward to establish environmental information disclosure sys-tem in China.

Enzyme-conjugated hybridization chain reaction for magneto-controlled immunoassay of squamous cell carcinoma antigen with pH meter

A nanoparticle-based potentiometric immunoassay was designed for the sensitive detection of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA;cervical carcinoma marker) on a portable pH meter coupling enzyme-labeled hybridization chain reaction(HCR) with two alternating hairpin DNA probes for the signal amplification. Initially, a sandwich-type immunoreaction was carried out between anti-SCCA capture antibody-conjugated magnetic bead and detection antibody/initiator strand-coated gold nanoparticle(AuNP). Then, the HCR reaction was readily executed between two glucose oxidase(GOx)-labeled hairpins through the initiator strand to form numerous GOx concatamers on the AuNP via the long nicked double-helix. The concatenated GOx oxidized glucose into gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide, thus resulting in the pH change of the detection solution on a handheld pH meter. Several labeling protocols including GOx-antibody, GOx-AuNP-antibody and GOx-HCR-AuNP-antibody were investigated for detection of target SCCA, and improved analytical features were obtained with the immune-HCR assay. Under optimum conditions, the immune-HCR assay exhibited good pH responses for the determination of SCCA at a concentration as low as 5.7 pg/mL. Additionally, the immune-HCR assay had good precision and reproducibility, high specificity, and acceptable accuracy for analyzing human serum specimens.

针对多智能体编队系统执行器发生故障时,所引起的参数不确定以及系统瞬态不稳定问题,本文采用径向基函数神经网络(radial basis function neural networks,RBFNNs)对不确定参数(未知函数)进行估计。同时,基于反推技术设计出合理的自适应容错控制器,并通过有限时间理论保证系统实现瞬态稳定。首先,本文采用10个智能体作为被控对象,基于有向通讯拓扑结构理论,构建了非线性多智能体系统模型。其次,基于RBFNNs逼近特性,采用反推技术与动态面技术相结合,设计出合理的容错控制器,补偿多智能体中出现的未知非线性执行器故障,并采用有限时间理论解决系统瞬态不稳定问题。接着,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论分析了控制器的稳定性和快速收敛性。最后,通过两种算例对比,验证了所设计的控制器性能优于传统的反推技术,为工程实践提供了一种有效的研究思路。

针对非线性多智能体具有混合执行器故障和多未知控制方向的问题,基于鲁棒自适应模糊技术,提出新颖的协同容错控制方法。采用分段Nussbaum函数解决了多未知控制方向;基于鲁棒自适应模糊技术解决了系统中的非线性不确定问题;引入一阶滑模微分器与自适应反步技术结合,用于获得虚拟控制律的一阶导数,并结合鲁棒有界方法,用于提高所设计的自适应协同控制器的收敛速度和追踪精度;基于代数图论,建立了智能体系统的误差模型,设计了分布式一致协同容错控制器,构建了李雅普诺夫候选函数,证明了所设计的控制器能够使得系统稳定。通过对比仿真实例,验证了所提方法的有效性,为工程实践提供了理论支撑。

Space Development with Chinese Characteristics and its Practical Significance

China's space industry has been developed quickly and consistently setting new records for mankind in space exploration in the past 60 years. Four principles are upheld during its development. Systems engineering and overall thinking have played an important role in the development of China's space industry. What's more, the concept of systems engineering which originated from the space industry, being rooted in society, is a successful example of "Chinese theory" answering "Chinese question" and "Chinese wisdom" guiding "Chinese development", which is a trump card for the country and provides a unique business governance mode with Chinese characteristics.

Promoting Space Internationalization Development Based on QIAN xuesen Think Tank

Today, the "division" thought of "Reductionism" makes people feel helpless and gradually recognize the consequence of the social alienation. Based on 20 years' experience in America, 28 years' practice in China's space industry, and nearly 30 years' research in his later years, QIAN xuesen integrated the Western Reductionism with the Eastern Holism to form the QIAN xuesen think tank thought and the Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering from qualitative to quantitative, promoting space internationalization to play an irreplaceable role in the development of technology, engineering and industrialization.
