Deep learning based language models have improved generation-based linguistic steganography,posing a huge challenge for linguistic steganalysis. The existing neural-network-based linguistic steganalysis methods are incompetent to deal with complicated text because they only extract single-granularity features such as global or local text features. To fuse multi-granularity text features, we present a novel linguistic steganalysis method based on attentional bidirectional long-shortterm-memory(BiLSTM) and short-cut dense convolutional neural network(CNN). The BiLSTM equipped with the scaled dot-product attention mechanism is used to capture the long dependency representations of the input sentence. The CNN with the short-cut and dense connection is exploited to extract sufficient local semantic features from the word embedding matrix. We connect two structures in parallel, concatenate the long dependency representations and the local semantic features, and classify the stego and cover texts. The results of comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed method is superior to the state-of-the-art linguistic steganalysis.

The Bald Eagle Search algorithm(BES)is an emerging meta-heuristic *** algorithm simulates the hunting behavior of eagles,and obtains an optimal solution through three stages,namely selection stage,search stage and swooping ***,BES tends to drop-in local optimization and the maximum value of search space needs to be *** fill this research gap,we propose an improved bald eagle algorithm(CABES)that integrates Cauchy mutation and adaptive optimization to improve the performance of BES from local ***,CABES introduces the Cauchy mutation strategy to adjust the step size of the selection stage,to select a better search ***,in the search stage,CABES updates the search position update formula by an adaptive weight factor to further promote the local optimization capability of *** verify the performance of CABES,the benchmark function of CEC2017 is used to simulate the *** findings of the tests are compared to those of the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(PSO),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)and Archimedes Algorithm(AOA).The experimental results show that CABES can provide good exploration and development capabilities,and it has strong competitiveness in testing ***,CABES is applied to four constrained engineering problems and a groundwater engineeringmodel,which further verifies the effectiveness and efficiency of CABES in practical engineering problems.

村镇社区化是新型城镇化背景下乡村居民点的空间重构方式,也是乡村振兴的必由之路,其具体措施之一即提高乡村的公共服务设施水平。本文以山东地区乡村为研究对象,以提升乡村人居环境品质为目标,解析村镇社区宜居单元的概念,解决适宜的公共服务设施空间布局问题。引入生活圈理论,结合实地调研,运用ArcGIS网络分析法构建5min基础生活圈,指导村镇空间宜居单元划分;以空间句法为分析工具,探讨宜居单元与现状公共服务设施的布局关系及成因;通过构建量化指标体系,对单元内部公共服务设施布局机制进行研究,总结归纳村镇社区宜居单元公共服务设施的空间布局类型与模式。研究成果可以作为乡村社区化转型的空间重构策略与政策制定、规划设计的参考依据。

Economic Evaluation of a Water Source Project

This paper describes a new method which is different with the shadow price method to evaluate the economic benefits of the water source project. The approach is to take the water source as a constraint on the regional economic development, calculate the difference between the generaded when the water source project is in operation and the gross product generated when the project is nonexistent, and then review the economic benefits on the project. For this purpose, we have constructed an input-output linear programming model and compiled a compatible using the routines for solving the input-output linear programming model. The above models and the routines have been used in paractical calculation of economic benefits of a water source project for a region. The computation result are satisfactory.
